Colorado to allow unrestricted abortion access for entire pregnancy

abortion
Colorado Democrat Governor Jared Polis signed a bill into law on Monday that allows for complete and unrestricted abortion access. No limits are listed in the bill, meaning that there are no circumstances under which a woman seeking to terminate her unborn child could not do so.

"No matter what the Supreme Court does in the future, people in Colorado will be able to choose when and if they have children," Polis said while signing the legislation into law, according to Colorado Sun.

"We want to make sure that our state is a place where everyone can live and work and thrive and raise a family on their own terms," Polis added. This is in keeping with Colorado's position to be a "sanctuary state" for abortion access.

Comment: How long until Colorado does what California did recently where they introduced a new bill that would allow mothers to kill their babies up to seven days after birth? Pacific Justice Institute Attorney Matthew McReynolds commented at the time saying:
"California lawmakers have crossed a red line" in their diabolical attempt to "legitimize the killing of hours-old and even week-old infants."
He wrote:
"This is not about expanding abortion rights; this is a degree of evil that the overwhelming majority of Americans, regardless of how they identify politically, cannot stomach. We will be working to defeat this insane and diabolical bill."

Transgender tyranny in public schools

Schools across the country have adopted a controversial policy of hiding the LGBT statuses of students from their parents. Sold to the public as an effort to protect children from abuse, the policy effectively circumvents parental consent and notification about their children's health, safety, and well-being.

One Texas family told Chronicles how they fought to protect their children from transgender ideology. After finding out that staff of a public school had encouraged their daughter to transition to a male gender, they withdrew their children from the school. But that wasn't the end of the story. The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) came knocking at their door, demanding to conduct a safety assessment of their family environment.

In telling us his family's story, the father, who we'll call John, asked Chronicles to protect their identities, for fear of retaliation. He gave Chronicles copies of all the documents he received and sent to DFPS during the agency's investigation.

A university literature course has removed Jane Austen to help 'decolonise the curriculum' and 'contribute increased diversity' on the syllabus.

Stirling University's English Literature programme has replaced the famous author of Pride and Prejudice with award-winning writer Toni Morrison, who is known for her works about the experiences of African Americans.

The institution is following up on a commitment made during the Black Lives Matter protests in the summer of 2020, with principal Professor Gerry McCormac saying that the university must 'support an anti-racist agenda in higher education'.

According to The Telegraph, those who are taking the Special Authors module will also learn about black postmodernism, Gothic, and 'the aesthetics of the contemporary US and African-American novel.

Best of the Web: Dr. Robert Malone v WEF

Dr. Robert Malone
Dr. Robert Malone, one of the initial founders of mRNA vaccines, turned into the most prominent critic, plans to expose everyone in the World Economic Forum (WEF). "They've been working for 30 years to train people to be their gophers...to do their bidding...there are videos of Klaus Schwab bragging about it," Malone stated. "All of these people who want to lock us up and disrespect us are not very smart. I mean, have you watched Trudeau?"

Malone admitted it is usually unethical to dox people online, but with "this crowd," ousting them is the only way to beat them. So the doctor spent millions compiling a list of over 4,000 people who are working with the WEF to push forward the Great Reset.

Comment: Dr. Robert Malone has, over the last two years, made a deeply impressive effort at not only picking apart the fallacious government/media narrative promulgated about the Covid-19 virus, but at connecting the dots around the malevolent agenda that surrounds it. His credibility, clarity, and outspokenness has made him a true warrior and hero of our time.

Twitter & MSM nervous after Elon Musk becomes largest shareholder on the platform

NYSE twitter
It's been only a day since the report that Elon Musk became Twitter's largest shareholder, but the social media platform's employees are already getting nervous. In a tweet that has now gone viral, Jackson Mullholland wrote that he is resigning from Twitter because he refuses to "work with or for" Elon Musk.

Comment: We are yet to see how this will turn out and whether or not Musk will be able to effect any genuine change in the way the platform runs. Either way, if Musk is honest in his endeavor, kudos to him! Twitter is certainly a swamp that is in need of "draining".

The absolute gall! Britain's National Gallery changes name of Edgar Degas' painting 'Russian Dancers' to 'Ukrainian Dancers'

'Russian Dancers' is now 'Ukrainian Dancers'.

The British National Gallery has changed the name of a 19th century painting by French impressionist Edgar Degas from 'Russian Dancers' to 'Ukrainian Dancers' due to the "current situation."

Yes, really.

The original name of the painting was cancelled after Ukrainian artist and activist Mariam Naiem wrote letters to numerous western art museums that carried works from the series.

Comment: What right does anyone have to change the title of a painting from what the artist named it? Degas could have named his painting 'Martian Dancers' if he really felt like it, that doesn't give anyone the right to change it because of inaccuracy. Maybe Degas had a reason for the inaccuracy (if it even is inaccurate). Next they'll be changing the name of the Mona Lisa to be more gender inclusive.

These people are too stupid to be trusted with any decisions of import.

EU to ban coal, Russian ships from EU ports, but not agricultural products or oil, in yet another round of selective sanctions

The European Commission proposed new sanctions against Russia, including a ban on buying Russian coal and on Russian ships entering EU ports, while it is also working on banning oil imports too.

After "gruesome pictures" from Bucha shocked the planet, the head of the European Union's executive, Ursula von der Leyen, responded that:
These atrocities cannot and will not be left unanswered. The four packages of sanctions have hit hard and limited the Kremlin's political and economic options. In view of events we need to increase our pressure further

Comment: The reasoning of the pathological.

More specifically, EU's new proposal suggests a ban on imports of coal from Russia worth 4 billion euros per year, as well as a full transaction ban on four key Russian banks, including the country's second-largest, VTB.

Comment: In total there are apparently nearly 6,000 different sanctions on Russia, and yet the ruble has rebounded and its partnerships show no signs of weakening, quite the opposite, meanwhile the West is scrambling not only for alternatives to Russian commodities (sources that in some cases don't actually exist) but it's also rather helplessly watching its supposed allies pivot to the East in the process: Why the UAE is shrugging off Washington's diktats

Soviet-era's last US envoy to Moscow comments on war atrocities accusations against Russia

Moral outrage over images of apparent war atrocities in Bucha, Ukraine is understandable, but the calls to turn Russia into a pariah state are ill-advised, a former US ambassador to the Soviet Union warned on Monday, during an appearance on CNN.

Jack Matlock held various positions during the height of the Cold War and was Washington's representative to the USSR in the final years of the communist powerhouse. The veteran diplomat warned CNN audiences that the drive to further antagonize Russia, which prevails in the West, is ill-advised, especially since it's driven by emotions rather than reason.
"I share many of these emotions, but to the idea that we can make a major nuclear weapon state a pariah, that by our actions we actually are destroying those elements in that society that could bring a positive change in the future. I think that is not wise," he said.
