An Ontario court has dismissed Jordan Peterson's appeal of an earlier decision that sided with the College of Psychologists of Ontario

Jordan Peterson says "the war has barely started" after losing his bid to have the courts bar the College of Psychologists of Ontario from ordering him to undergo remedial social media training.

On Tuesday, a panel of three judges with the Ontario Court of Appeal dismissed Peterson's motion for leave to appeal an earlier decision by the Ontario Divisional Court. No reasons were given, which is normal for the appeal court.

"A higher court in Canada has ruled that the Ontario College of Psychologists indeed has the right to sentence me to re-education camp. There are no other legal avenues open to me now," Peterson wrote on X. "It's capitulate to the petty bureaucrats and the addle-pated woke mob or lose my professional licence."

Peterson said that the college had "won this round," but the war is not over.

Florida Surgeon General's call to halt use of vaccines sparks debate

On January 3, 2024, Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo called for a halt in the use of the mRNA Covid-19 vaccines after US health agencies failed to adequately address his concerns about DNA contamination in the products.

In a statement on X, Ladapo accused the FDA and CDC of always playing it "fast and loose" with Covid-19 safety, but their failure to test whether DNA fragments in the vaccine could integrate into a person's genome was "intolerable."
"As I and others have pointed out on numerous occasions, the FDA's own guidance on regulatory limits for residual DNA in vaccines states, there are several potential mechanisms by which residual DNA could be oncogenic [cause cancer], including the integration and expression of encoded oncogenes or insertional mutagenesis following DNA integration."
In a letter, Ladapo had also asked the two agencies if they'd carried out any risk assessment regarding the presence of the "SV40 promoter" in the vaccines, which is thought to enhance DNA integration into host cells.

But the FDA's top vaccine official Peter Marks responded to Ladapo's demand for answers with intransigence and obfuscation.

Tesla charging stations in Chicago lined with dead cars and zero temperatures

Teslastation
Chicago area drivers stranded their Teslas at charging stations in Chicago highlighting the foolishness of owing an EV without a reliable home charger.

Bunch of Dead Robots
Desperate Tesla owners in and around Chicago were seen trying to charge their vehicles with no luck amid frigid temperatures that have gripped the Midwest.

"Nothing. No juice. Still on zero percent," Tyler Beard, who had been trying to recharge his Tesla at an Oak Brook, Illinois Tesla supercharging station since Sunday afternoon, told the news outlet. "And this is like three hours being out here after being out here three hours yesterday."

"This is crazy. It's a disaster. Seriously," said Tesla owner Chalis Mizelle. Mizelle said she abandoned her car and got a ride from a friend after hers would not charge. "We got a bunch of dead robots out here," one man said.
Do I feel sorry for anyone in this situation? No, I don't. Nor should anyone else.

There is an upside.

A leaked email to Massachusetts lawmakers has sparked allegations of a cover-up regarding tuberculosis cases at a Cape Cod migrant shelter, leading to heated debates and calls for transparency.

An emergency alert email sent by Heidi Nelson, CEO of Duffy Health Center, to Massachusetts lawmakers on December 2, has sparked a controversy involving alleged tuberculosis cases at a migrant shelter on Cape Cod. The recipients included three Massachusetts House members and one state senator. Despite inquiries by The Epoch Times, there have been no responses from either Ms. Nelson or the Duffy Health Center. The lawmakers, including State Representatives Kip Diggs, Christopher Flanagan, Senator Julian Cyr, and Representative Steven Xiarhos, have also remained silent on the issue.

The controversy gained momentum when Xiarhos confirmed during a call to the Ed Lambert show on 95 WXTK radio, that he received the email concerning tuberculosis cases at a South Yarmouth motel housing migrant families.

Governor Maura Healey's administration has come under fire for allegedly spending millions to shelter migrants, a point of contention among critics who argue that American citizens, including homeless veterans, are being neglected.

Tanzania claims the decision to withdraw approval for Kenya's national carrier is a retaliatory measure...

Tanzania has revoked authorization for Kenya's flagship airline to operate passenger flights between the two East African countries, starting next week. The move is in response to a similar action by Kenyan authorities, the Tanzanian Civil Aviation Authority (TCAA) said in a statement on Monday.

According to TCAA, the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority denied Air Tanzania the necessary approvals to operate cargo flights, in violation of a 2016 air services agreement signed by Nairobi and Tanzania.

The TCAA stated:
"This is to reciprocate the decision by the aeronautical authorities of the Republic of Kenya to refuse the Tanzanian request for all-cargo flight operations by Air Tanzania Company Limited under Fifth Freedom Traffic Rights between Nairobi and Third countries.

"Following this decision, there shall be no passenger flights by Kenya Airways between Nairobi and Dar es Salaam from January 22, 2024."
It is the latest in a series of trade disputes to plague the eight-member East African Community economic bloc. Kenya has already banned imports of milk from its neighbor Uganda and farm produce from Tanzania, which has also restricted the shipment of onions to Nairobi.

A fire has broken out at the Shakhty polyester plant in the Rostov region of Russia.

Stenyakina shared on her Telegram: "There was an explosion at the polyester plant in my hometown of Shakhty. Residential buildings were not damaged, but there is destruction in the production building itself."

Comment: With all the fires and explosions of late, all points considered, it seems most likely that this was sabotage:

Quebec man pleads guilty to setting 14 forest fires—Trudeau claimed it was climate change

trudeau forest fires
A Quebec man has admitted to setting a series of forest fires that ravaged the province and forced hundreds of people to flee their homes last year.

Brian Paré, 38, had posted numerous conspiracy theories online suggesting the government had deliberately ignited the blazes. At the same time, the Trudeau Liberals blamed climate change.

According to CTV News, Paré pleaded guilty to 13 counts of arson and one count of arson with disregard for human life at a courthouse in Chibougamau, Quebec on Monday. Two further charges of breaking and entering, and causing a public nuisance have been conditionally suspended.

Comment: Trudeau is an opportunist who will glom on to anything that can possibly be ascribed to climate change, no matter how far-fetched. Forest fires? Climate change. Recession? Climate change. Did you stub your toe this morning? Climate change.

Hunter Biden's gun pouch tested for cocaine last year after sister-in-law-turned-lover Hallie tossed it in trash in 2018: docs

Hunter Biden
© ZUMAPRESS.comHunter Biden is facing three gun related charges.
Hunter Biden was loaded in more ways than one in October 2018, federal prosecutors alleged Tuesday in a scathing response to the first son's attempt to dismiss weapons charges against him.

Five years after the now-53-year-old's sister-in-law-turned-lover Hallie Biden dumped Hunter's firearm in a trash can behind a grocery store in Delaware, FBI officials re-examined the pistol.

Agents removed the sealed Colt Cobra 38SPL revolver from a state police vault to photograph the weapon sometime last year and found white powder on the pouch that held the weapon, a court filing from special counsel David Weiss revealed.

Comment: Hunter Biden is an absolute clown.

The insurgent candidate is outshining the frontrunners.

Amid the muck created by America's two inadequate presidential frontrunners, green shoots are rising. They may not grow to maturity this year, but the basis for the emergence of better political choices already exists and is showing surprising life.

The majority of voters, particularly independents, do not want a Biden-Trump rematch. That's no surprise, since three-quarters of the population think that Joe Biden is too old, with the vast majority considering him not mentally up to the job. For his part, Donald Trump has consistently failed to gain approval from more than 42% of the electorate. Astonishingly, the most favoured of all the candidates is neither one of these two, but instead independent candidate Robert Kennedy.

Increasing psychopathic behavior is a sign that society is on the verge of breaking down

riot fire rioters
Discussions on collapse often turn to signs and signals - The economy, politics and social tensions have become increasingly unstable for many years now, and much like adding more and more weight to a man standing on a frozen lake, eventually the ice is going to break. The question is, how do we know when that moment will be?

As cultural systems begins to dissolve due to political clashes and economic decline the real evil tends to slither out of the woodwork. It happens slowly at first, then all at once. A sure sign of accelerating collapse is the growing prevalence of psychopaths and psychopathic behavior in the open.

The US appears to have entered the middle stages of such a collapse with many sociopaths and psychopaths beginning to feel that they might be able to act out their worst impulses without consequences. They are beginning to test the waters to see what they can get away with.

Comment: This is a pretty good overview of the low-level psychopath we see in the streets. But the shrewd, manipulative psychopaths, the snakes in suits at the top of the food chain, are a different thing altogether. See Political Ponerology for a look at how the pathology of the elites effects society as a whole. It's never been more pertinent.
