The US Supreme Court has rejected Johnson & Johnson's appeal against a $2.1 billion damages award to women who claimed their ovarian cancer was a result of asbestos in the US pharmaceutical giant's talcum powder.

The court's decision not to hear the case means the earlier jury award, granted to 22 women in the US state of Missouri in 2018 after a class action lawsuit against J&J, still stands.

The case against J&J is the largest in its history, with the claimants originally awarded $4.7 billion in damages from the company, before the amount was reduced on appeal. Nine of the plaintiffs have died from ovarian cancer since they first launched their legal action, their lawyers said.

Last year the company said it would no longer sell its famous Baby Powder in the US and Canada after a 60% decline in sales.

Comment: The same company produces a vaccine now against the "deadly" Covid -19 virus. Their baby powder is deadly and toxic (which they knew and denied), but the vaccine produced by the same company is perfectly safe? Can people see the hidden games behind all this?

Flashback Peter Daszak's EcoHealth Alliance Has Hidden Almost $40 Million In Pentagon Funding And Militarized Pandemic Science

The Pentagon

"Pandemics are like terrorist attacks: We know roughly where they originate and what's responsible for them, but we don't know exactly when the next one will happen. They need to be handled the same way — by identifying all possible sources and dismantling those before the next pandemic strikes."
This statement was written in the New York Times earlier this year by Peter Daszak. Daszak is the longtime president of the EcoHealth Alliance, a New York-based non-profit whose claimed focus is pandemic prevention. But the EcoHealth Alliance, it turns out, is at the very centre of the COVID-19 pandemic in many ways.

To depict the pandemic in such militarized terms is, for Daszak, a commonplace. In an Oct. 7 online talk organized by Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, Daszak presented a slide titled "Donald Rumsfeld's Prescient Speech.":
"There are known knowns; there are things we know that we know. There are known unknowns; that is to say, there are things that we know we don't know. But there are also unknown unknowns — there are things we don't know we don't know." (This Rumsfeld quote is in fact from a news conference)

38th and Chicago had been a memorial and autonomous zone.

Minneapolis city workers could be seen at the intersection at George Floyd Square early Thursday morning - the site of a memorial where former police officer Derek Chauvin pressed his knee in the upper body of Floyd last May.

Video broadcast by local affiliates showed workers in hard hats and heavy machinery, including a dump truck, being brought into the intersection at 38th St. and Chicago Ave. But officials so far have not confirmed to Fox News whether the memorial at George Floyd Square is being dismantled.

The intersection is reopening and artifacts are being preserved, Fox 9 Minneapolis reported.

King County, Washington Council votes to ban facial recognition software

The King County Council voted Tuesday 9-0 to ban government use of facial recognition software, which means King County is the first U.S. county to pass such a ban.

However, cities across the country, such as Portland, Boston, and San Francisco, have implemented bans on facial recognition software.

After a divisive hearing in early May, the King County Council decided not to vote on the proposal. One prevailing argument against moving forward with a vote involved the fact that state lawmakers recently passed a law addressing many underlying concerns related to the technology.

Trudeau's regret over children's deaths does nothing to address the issues faced by Canada's indigenous people

The discovery of 215 bodies at a residential school shocked Canada. But indigenous parents have long been seen as unworthy by the authorities, and the 'atrocity tale' narrative that persists around schools prevents any change.

Since the horrifying news broke this week that the bodies of 215 children have been found at Kamloops Residential School in the Canadian province of British Columbia, there have been increasing calls for 'greater accountability' and a nationwide search for more graves.

Between 1831 and 1996, more than 150,000 indigenous children were forcibly removed from their homes, in some cases ripped from the arms of their parents. Many of these children ultimately died of abuse and neglect, to which this latest discovery attests. It's a horrifying chapter in Canadian history, and the authorities would like us to believe it is just that - history. But it's not.

Fauci's upcoming book scrubbed on Amazon, Barnes & Noble amid backlash

anthony fauci book removed amazon
Book will allegedly offer "universal advice to live by."

White House coronavirus adviser and long-time U.S. infectious disease expert Dr. Anthony Fauci's upcoming book has been scrubbed from and altered on online listings, amid criticism that he is profiting from the deadly COVID-19 pandemic.

The book, "Expect the Unexpected," was earlier pegged for a November release, according to its Amazon listing. As of Wednesday morning, the book's listing had been entirely scrubbed from Amazon. However, a cached version of the listing, still displayed the book's promotional description and preorder status.

Comment: There are going to be legions of Fauci fans completely heartbroken they'll be unable to purchase a copy of his vanity project, unable to bask in his invaluable pearls of wisdom on how to live a better life. Amazon should be tried for crimes against humanity.

EU unveils plan for new digital ID wallet

vaccine passport
The EU recently signed off on a similar plan to allow vaccinations or coronavirus tests to be recognized across all 27 member states.
The European Commission on Thursday unveiled a plan to provide digital wallets for the EU's 450 million residents to store their identity documents.

According to the proposal, EU citizens would be able to sign up voluntarily for the European Digital Identity Wallets, which would allow them access to a wide range of public services and store official documents.

What is the idea with the digital wallets?

Officials say the coronavirus pandemic has shown the need to have a way of recognizing paperwork across the 27-member bloc. Diplomats last month signed off on a digital green travel certificate, effectively a vaccine passport, as a means of reopening travel across the European Union.

The Commission, the EU executive body largely responsible for proposing legislation, intends for the wallets to come in the form of a smartphone application to help citizens navigate cross-border bureaucracy.

It could be used to open bank accounts, sign apartment leases and enroll in colleges abroad.

The State Department's woke foreign policy crusade has reached the Vatican, as the US Embassy to the Holy See tripled down on celebrating LGBTQI+ Pride Month, both on social media and by hoisting the rainbow flag.

"The United States respects the dignity and equality of LGBTQI+ people. LGBTQI+ rights are human rights," the embassy declared on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram on Tuesday, showing a photo of Pride flag hanging off the front facade and announcing it will be there "during the month of June."

Comment: It's hard to see this as anything other than a direct provocation.

The FBI's strange anthrax investigation sheds light on covid lab-leak theory and Fauci's emails

Dr. Anthony Fauci
© Stefani Reynolds-Pool/Getty ImagesDr. Anthony Fauci, Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, speaks during a Senate Appropriations Subcommittee hearing May 26, 2021 on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.
One of the most significant events of the last two decades has been largely memory-holed: the October, 2001 anthrax attacks in the U.S. Beginning just one week after 9/11 and extending for another three weeks, a highly weaponized and sophisticated strain of anthrax had been sent around the country through the U.S. Postal Service addressed to some of the country's most prominent political and media figures. As Americans were still reeling from the devastation of 9/11, the anthrax killed five Americans and sickened another seventeen.

As part of the extensive reporting I did on the subsequent FBI investigation to find the perpetrator(s), I documented how significant these attacks were in the public consciousness. ABC News, led by investigative reporter Brian Ross, spent a full week claiming that unnamed government sources told them that government tests demonstrated a high likelihood that the anthrax came from Saddam Hussein's biological weapons program. The Washington Post, in November, 2001, also raised "the possibility that [this weaponized strain of anthrax] may have slipped through an informal network of scientists to Iraq." Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) appeared on The David Letterman Show on October 18, 2001, and said: "There is some indication, and I don't have the conclusions, but some of this anthrax may -- and I emphasize may -- have come from Iraq." Three days later, McCain appeared on Meet the Press with Sen. Joe Lieberman (D-CT) and said of the anthrax perpetrators: "perhaps this is an international organization and not one within the United States of America," while Lieberman said the anthrax was so finely weaponized that "there's either a significant amount of money behind this, or this is state-sponsored, or this is stuff that was stolen from the former Soviet program" (Lieberman added: "Dr. Fauci can tell you more detail on that").

The virus "looks engineered", Dr Fauci was told by a leading scientist, before both of them actively suppressed the lab leak theory

National Institutes
Why did senior U.S. Government Covid adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci and other leading scientists seek to quash any suggestion of a lab leak origin back in early 2020 and ensure it was written off as a conspiracy theory? That's what many people are asking now that a lab leak is being seen, including by Dr. Fauci himself and President Joe Biden, as a possibility worth investigating.

In May 2020, Dr Fauci was unequivocal: "If you look at the evolution of the virus in bats and what's out there now, [the scientific evidence] is very, very strongly leaning toward this could not have been artificially or deliberately manipulated... Everything about the stepwise evolution over time strongly indicates that [this virus] evolved in nature and then jumped species." Yet now he has changed his tune. On May 11th he stated that he is "not confident" the virus developed naturally and he is "perfectly in favour of any investigation that looks into the origin of the virus".

The controversy has escalated in the last couple of days after the publication of emails from February 2020 that show Dr. Fauci being told by Dr. Kristian Andersen, Director of Infectious Disease Genomics at the Scripps Research Institute, that SARS-CoV-2 features "look engineered".

Comment: Dr. Fauci has been a fraud since the start, no surprise there. Tucker Carlson reports:
