In the midst of the 2020 Black Lives Matter riots, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos went before Congress to hail the "much-needed race reckoning" America was going through and reportedly hired Robin DiAngelo to teach employees about "white privilege" and "white fragility."

On Thursday, one of Amazon's employees who appears to have been hopped-up on just such anti-white propaganda was filmed viciously assaulting an elderly white woman after reportedly telling her to "check her white privilege."

Guess what issue American voters care about the most and what action they demand from their elected officials in Washington?

If you said forever wars, Russian hackers, and China's human rights, you failed.

Instead, "protecting jobs for American workers" is on top-of-mind for voters. Reducing illegal immigration, long seen as a headwind for American blue-collar workers in certain sectors of the economy like construction work, was second.

Comment: It's hopeful that, even with the constant ramming-down-our-throats propaganda about climate change, Americans still care most about their jobs. At least they're not completely brainwashed.

Vaccine hesitancy rates have shown modest declines in the past month as more businesses introduce perks for getting the shots, a trend that has bolstered President Joe Biden's push to increase the national rate to 70% by the Fourth of July.

The United States has seen a shrinking rate of hesitancy surrounding vaccine safety. The proportion of the population that is unwilling to be vaccinated fell 3 percentage points on average from the week of April 26 through May 31, falling from 34% to 31%, according to new polling from Morning Consult.

Now, the Biden administration is ramping up efforts to boost national vaccination rates and encourage trust in the scientific research that went into developing the shots. The White House announced on Wednesday that June would be the "Month of Action" aimed at boosting incentives for people to get the COVID-19 shots after vaccination rates dipped in mid-April. The administration will also provide free childcare services to make it easier for parents and caretakers to get vaccinated. Biden also announced pharmacies would be open every Friday night this month to provide shots to those who want them around the clock.

The New York governor's daughter, whom almost no one has ever heard of, has revealed that she's "queer," and the mainstream media is so excited that it had to take a break from gun-grabbing and race-baiting to break the 'news'.

Michaela Kennedy-Cuomo, the youngest daughter of New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, told the world in an Instagram post on Thursday that she's bisexual. That's right. Just in time for Pride Month, the 23-year-old daughter of New York's alleged serial-groper-in-chief said she's "queer," and legacy media outlets ranging from NBC News to People Magazine and the Huffington Post pounced to tell her strong and brave story.

Kennedy-Cuomo came out of the gate powerfully, showing that she's more than ready to embrace and exploit all the victim points she can as the media-, government-, corporation-, academia- and Hollywood-celebrated offspring of New York's rich and powerful Cuomo political dynasty. If that's not enough, she descends from the powerful Kennedy political dynasty of Massachusetts on her mother's side.

Sold under the pretence of a quest for optimising well-being and 'happiness', capitalism thrives on the exploitation of peoples and the environment. What really matters is the strive to maintain viable profit margins.

The prevailing economic system demands ever-increasing levels of extraction, production and consumption and needs a certain level of annual GDP growth for large firms to make sufficient profit.

But at some point, markets become saturated, demand rates fall and overproduction and overaccumulation of capital becomes a problem. In response, we have seen credit markets expand and personal debt increase to maintain consumer demand as workers' wages have been squeezed, financial and real estate speculation rise (new investment markets), stock buybacks and massive bailouts and subsidies (public money to maintain the viability of private capital) and an expansion of militarism (a major driving force for many sectors of the economy).

We have also witnessed systems of production abroad being displaced for global corporations to then capture and expand markets in foreign countries.

There is something deeply nauseating about the sight of a group of middle-class white women who have paid $5,000 to take part in a dinner party where they get a chance to confront their privilege.

These now-widely reported events are organised by Race2Dinner, a company created by Regina Jackson, who is black, and Saira Rao, who is Indian American. Jackson and Rao are part of the growing woke training industry, which is busy successfully monetising white guilt. As Molly Fischer of New York magazine noted, "[The] two entrepreneurs have built a business dredging up white women's shame."

Earning serious cash on the back of guilt tripping a group of white women is reminiscent of the medieval Catholic Church selling indulgences to sinners looking to be saved. From the standpoint of woke dogma, white privilege is the original sin that underlies the morally inferior condition of whiteness.

However, unlike the old Church, which relieved you of your guilt, woke trainers are committed to ensuring that you remain constantly aware of your white privilege.

Comment: Western society has already been infantilized, and likely why predatory businesses like the above are becoming successful.

Twitter argued that a free and open internet is "an essential human right in modern society," which many found to be comically hypocritical since the big tech platform is often accused of censoring conservative voices.

The situation stemmed from an ongoing dispute between Twitter and the Nigerian government. Twitter deleted a stern and threatening tweet posted by Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari, which condemned attacks on public infrastructure in the country's southeast region, including arson attacks on government offices and police stations.

"Many of those misbehaving today are too young to be aware of the destruction and loss of lives that occurred during the Nigerian Civil War," Buhari wrote on Tuesday. "Those of us in the fields for 30 months, who went through the war, will treat them in the language they understand."

Buhari referenced the "brutal two-year Nigeria-Biafra war, which killed an estimated one to three million people, mostly from the Igbo tribe in the eastern part of the country between 1967-1970," according to CNN.

Twitter removed the tweet written by the Nigerian president, claiming it had violated the platform's policy on abusive behavior.

In retaliation, the Nigerian government banned Twitter from the African nation.

You probably don't need me to tell you that society is coming apart at the seams all around us. If you live in a major city, you can just walk outside and watch it happen right in front of you. Prior to 2020, social decay was steadily eating away at our society, but once the pandemic hit many of our societal problems greatly accelerated. Even while the Federal Reserve was making sure that wealthy Wall Street investors were being taken care of well, poverty and homelessness were absolutely exploding in major cities all over the nation. Meanwhile, an increasing number of Americans have been turning to drugs to cope with their problems, and this has particularly been true in our urban areas.

At one time, Washington Square Park in Lower Manhattan was quite lovely, but now it is being described as "lawless" and "drug-infested" because of the hordes of drug addicts that constantly hang out there...
A lawless, drug-infested Washington Square Park is horrifying even famously free-spirited Greenwich Village residents.

"We may be liberal but this has gone too far," lamented Steven Hill, who has called the neighborhood home since 1980. "There have always been drugs in the park, mostly pot, but what's emerged this spring is like nothing we've ever seen before."

Six people were killed and 14 wounded in a knife attack in eastern China on Saturday.

The authorities in Anqing, a city in Anhui province, said a 25-year-old unemployed man from Huaining county named Wu had been arrested over the attack.

"He killed out of anger, because of family troubles and pessimism," the municipal government said in a statement.

More people are becoming conscious of the Palestine issue and politicians and pundits can no longer get away with painting themselves as progressive-minded humanists without acknowledging the brutal nature of Israeli occupation.

The National Director Emeritus for the Anti-Defamation League has announced on Twitter that he is cancelling his subscription to The New York Times, claiming that a front-page story featuring the photos of children killed in Israel's assault on Gaza this month constitutes "blood libel" against Jews.

Abraham Foxman tweeted:
"I am cancelling my subscription to NYTimes. I grew up in America on the NYT - I delivered the NYT to my classmates - I learned civics - democracy and all the news 'fit to print' for 65 years but no more. Today's blood libel of Israel and the Jewish people on the front page is enough."
Foxman's statement drew criticism from all corners, including from loyal establishment pundits like Jonathan Chait, for his ridiculous assertion that merely humanizing Palestinian children killed by Israel is the same as promoting the ancient antisemitic canard known as blood libel.

Comment: With no conscience or remorse for children needlessly obliterated in an instant, it is for Israel, the perception that matters.
