Regulators caution Ontario doctor for 'irresponsible' tweets about COVID-19

An Ontario doctor has been cautioned by the College of Physicians and Surgeons for social media posts about COVID-19 that were deemed inaccurate and irresponsible.

Dr. Kulvinder Gill was issued three cautions for "inappropriate" and "unprofessional" statements she posted on Twitter that claimed neither lockdowns nor vaccines were necessary.

The Brampton doctor had claimed there was "absolutely no medical or scientific reason for this prolonged, harmful and illogical lockdown," the college wrote in one of the decisions.

She had also written that "we don't need a vaccine," and shared a Tweet claiming that contact tracing, testing and isolation were "ineffective, naive & counter-productive against COVID-19."

Comment: The PTB are desperately trying to silence the professionals who dare speak the truth. And many organizations, groups, associations, along with the media are the bad actors of this health inquisition. Everything that is not in line with the official narrative (which are mostly lies) is strictly forbidden - and anyone who objects will be punished.

Mumford & Sons banjo player deemed a 'Nazi sh**bag' for praising book condemning Antifa

The battle lines of the culture war get redrawn every day. In the latest development, Mumford & Sons banjo player Winston Marshall has now been deemed a "nazi," because he read, and enjoyed, a book critical of 'Antifa.'

Famed for their radio-friendly folk, Mumford & Sons seem a long way from jackbooted Nazis, but a tweet from banjo player Winston Marshall on Saturday changed that, at least in the minds of online leftists. Posting a photo of Portland journalist Andy Ngo's book 'Unmasked,' Marshall congratulated Ngo on his "important book," and called the independent reporter "a brave man."

At least five people were arrested, two cars incinerated, one police car damaged, as street furniture and public bins were also destroyed, in the third consecutive night of violence in the French city of Lyon.

After incidents in the Alagniers district on Friday and the Duchère district on Thursday, violence erupted on the streets of Bron, outside of Lyon, on Saturday evening, shortly before a curfew.

Comment: Meanwhile in Austria:

Thousands of protesters flooded Austria's capital amid growing anger over the government's remaining coronavirus restrictions. The rally resulted in scuffles and several arrests, according to reports.

Austria's Krone newspaper reported that around 15,000 people attended the Saturday rally. Demonstrators held placards reading "Kurz must go" as they chanted slogans calling for the resignation of Chancellor Sebastian Kurz.

Footage from RT's video agency Ruptly shows protesters pouring into the streets of central Vienna as they waved Austrian flags. Some of the demonstrators assembled in a park where they heard speeches from leaders of Austria's right-wing Freedom Party, which had called for the rally.

Speaking to the crowd, former interior minister Herbert Kickl accused the government of "dancing on the edge of lunacy," and described the Covid-19 restrictions as "so weird and mad, [that] no Hollywood director could make it up."
And things are going down in Idaho, as citizens of Boise hold a "Burn the Mask" demonstration. From RT:
Dozens of demonstrators, including families with small children, held a "burn the mask" demonstration outside Idaho's state Capitol building in Boise, demanding that face covering mandates amid the Covid-19 pandemic be rescinded.

Video footage on social media shows demonstrators dropping masks into a burn barrel on Saturday as people cheered and a man in the background said, "Smell the freedom, baby."

Journalist Heath Druzin said Idaho Lt. Governor Janice McGeachin and at least three state legislators attended the protest. He posted photos of a crowd of maskless demonstrators listening to a speech and people talking and hugging on a stairway. One woman at the event carried a sign saying, "I will not self-suffocate," while another sign said, "No masks, no mandates. Free your face and your mind."

People on 'right' would trade tax cuts for ability to openly say 'N' word, Joy Reid claims

Joy Reid
© Tom Williams/CQ Roll Call/GettyImages
This week, MSNBC host Joy Reid stated that "people on the right would trade all the tax cuts for the ability to openly say the N-word like in 'the good old days,'" adding that those same people's inability "to be openly racist and discriminatory without consequence is oppression. Trump is the avatar for this 'freedom.'"

Comment: It says a lot that Reid and her illiberal ilk equate freedom of speech with the ability to say the 'N-word'. Weiss didn't say anything about the 'N-word' and only an ideologically possessed mind could interpret it that way. Reid's strawman is what is driving the entire ideology of the far-left and the fact that it has taken the foothold it has is both sad and terrifying.

Tucker Carlson: The mainstream media doomsday cult and the growth of the police state

How to justify indefinite occupation by any means necessary.

QAnon is the greatest threat we face. Not inflation, not China, QAnon. Everyone is saying this, but you may be wondering: Just how dangerous is QAnon? Here's the answer: the District of Columbia National Guard announced Friday that all troops who took part in the mission to protect our democracy from internet conspiracy theorists will now receive medals in recognition of their heroic sacrifice.

The primary medal is called the Presidential Inauguration Support Ribbon. That's for people who were there for President Biden's inauguration. But that medal will be supplemented, in cases in which our heroes have earned it, by the Emergency Service Ribbon. So if you're a D.C. Guardsman who's been on duty in the city since late January, protecting America from Trump voters, you can add another medal to your chest. More may be coming. According to Air Force Lt. Col. Robert Carver, "Other federal decorations are also being considered."

US agency probes Facebook for 'systemic' racial bias in hiring, promotions

A U.S. agency investigating Facebook Inc for racial bias in hiring and promotions has designated the probe as "systemic," attorneys for three job applicants and a manager who claim the company discriminated against them told Reuters on Friday.

A "systemic" probe means the agency, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, suspects company policies may be contributing to widespread discrimination.

The EEOC typically resolves disputes through mediation or allowing complainants to sue employers. But agency officials designate a few cases "systemic," enabling investigators to rope in specialists to analyze company data and potentially bring a broader lawsuit representing entire classes of workers.

Facebook operations program manager Oscar Veneszee Jr. and two applicants denied jobs brought a charge last July to the EEOC, and a third rejected applicant joined the case in December. They have alleged Facebook discriminates against Black candidates and employees by relying on subjective evaluations and promoting problematic racial stereotypes.

NYT columnist: Pepe Le Pew 'added to rape culture'—time to buy old cartoons before they're banned

pepe le pew
New York Times columnist and racial justice author Charles M. Blow has taken aim at an old Looney Tunes character, Pepe Le Pew, to cancel the romantic French skunk for promoting "rape culture."

In a tweet, Blow wrote that conservative outlets "are mad [because] I said Pepe Le Pew added to rape culture," posting it alongside an animation from the 1940s depicting Pepe Le Pew's unwanted sexual advances towards a nameless female cat whom he mistakes for a skunk (retroactively named Penelope Pussycat).

Blow describes the situation in lurid detail:

1. He grabs/kisses a girl/stranger, repeatedly, w/o consent and against her will.
2. She struggles mightily to get away from him, but he won't release her
3. He locks a door to prevent her from escaping.

Global food prices continue to rise, climate shocks, lockdowns and low reserves partly to blame

Zimbabwe

World food prices spiked for the ninth consecutive month to hit a six year-high in February, led by sugar and vegetable oils, according to data from the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations.

The agency said that its food price index jumped by 2.4 percent month-on-month to reach 116.0 points in February. The gauge, which tracks monthly changes in the international prices of commonly-traded food commodities, is also 26.5 percent higher than it was a year earlier.

The latest increase has become the longest surge for overall food costs since the food crisis broke that out in 2007-08. Prices for sugar soared most, adding 6.4 percent from January, according to the FAO. The agency's sugar price index rose for the second month in a row, reaching its highest level in nearly four years.

Comment: It's not just the developing world nor countries suffering war that are struggling to feed themselves anymore, throughout Europe the number of people that rely on foodbanks to feed their families has been growing every year:

Ballots in Arizona's Maricopa County found shredded and in dumpster - days before senate audit to begin

shredded ballots maricopa county
Piles of shredded ballots were located today in a dumpster in Maricopa County Arizona. This find occurs only days before the Senate's audit of the county's 2020 election results is due to start.

For months the Board of Supervisors in Maricopa County have blocked and delayed any independent audit performed by the Arizona Senate of the County's results in the 2020 Presidential election. As we've reported previously, after being subpoenaed by the Arizona Senate and then suing the Senate to prevent a Senate audit of their 2020 election results, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS) agreed to have an audit if they could pick the auditors. The two firms they picked they claimed were the only two who were certified by the governmental body the US Election Assistance Commission (EAC). However, we found that these firms were not certified at the time they were selected by the MCBOS.

Best of the Web: Over 20 million Britons have taken the 'Covid-19 vaccine' - UK on course to achieve staggering 90%+ vaccination rate

prozium equilibrium
Forget the Red or Blue pills, Britons have gone for Prozium
More than nine in 10 adults across the UK have either already been - or intend to be - vaccinated against Covid-19, the Office for National Statistics (ONS) has revealed.

New ONS data also shows that Covid deaths fell by more than a quarter in just one week in England in Wales.

The ONS said that between 17 and 21 February, 94% of 4,113 adults in Great Britain responding to their Opinions and Lifestyle Survey reported they 'had received, are awaiting or would be likely to have the vaccine if offered'.

This has risen from 78% indicating they would be likely to accept the vaccine if offered it in early December when polled by the weekly online survey, it added.

However, the ONS reiterated that 'fewer people in minority ethnic groups said they would be likely to have the vaccine than in [the] White ethnic group'.

Comment: The above Covid figures are obviously baloney, given that the standards for what is and is not a 'Covid case' are not based on proper medical protocol.

But unless the UK government is also inflating vaccine uptake numbers, then the above appears to provide a reliable snapshot of just how many people are willingly participating in the British government's mass socio-pseudo-scientific experiment in 'improving humans' with mRNA 'software upgrades'.

This mass obedience (in an educated, Western population!) is amazing to behold. Only Israel tops the UK, so far, for population percentage Covid vaccine uptake.

And there's currently no reason to suspect they won't also dutifully line up for the stream of 'seasonal boosters' they're told are required for each variant as SARS-CoV-2 (itself probably a 'lab-to-wild' vaccine-virus, remember!) mutates...
