Alone in the woods: 14yo survives 6 days in the romote Russia Krasnoyarsk region

Hundreds of rescuers and volunteers on the ground and in the air combed a thick Siberian forest trying to locate a 14-year-old who got lost picking berries. With hopes dwindling, the girl was finally found on the sixth day of the massive search operation.

On Sunday, Yana Tomacheva was found alive in the wild of Russia's Krasnoyarsk region after wandering in the woods for six days. The rescue operation went on for almost a week, with more than 230 police officers, National Guard personnel, military and volunteers scouring the lush area.

Hundreds of square kilometers of dense taiga forest, as well as the land along the rivers and roads had been searched with the help of 17 vehicles. A helicopter, drones and a gyroplane were also deployed.

A bull killed itself on a wooden post after being sent into a terrified frenzy when it's horns were set on fire in front of a baying crowd.

Footage has emerged of the animal becoming confused and scared before it runs a short distance around a ring and hits its head on a wooden post in the small town of Foios in Valencia, Spain.

The animal, which died instantly, was initially tied to the post in front of the baying crowd during the "Bulls in the Street" festival - which is a scaled down version of Pamplona's famous Running of the Bulls festival.

In June 2016 the Pentagon repealed a ban on openly transgender people serving in the US military. A year later and Tzar Trump I has reinstated the ban, causing a panic among the liberal Left for whom the right of transgender people to kill innocent civilians in foreign countries is more important than the right of those people to not be killed. From my perspective, less people in the military is a good thing, regardless of whether they consider themselves male, female or anything else. The Pentagon's support for a forthcoming documentary on transgender military personnel represents a shift in policy towards the PR of politically correct genocide, given their very conservative past.

A journalist working with RT Arabic, Khaled Alkhateb, has been killed in shelling from Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) side in the eastern suburb of Homs, Syria.

The journalist was filming a report on the Syrian Army's operations against IS terrorists.

He and a Syrian Army official, who has not been identified yet, were killed in a rocket attack by Islamic State militants near a village called Bghailiyah, in Homs province, according to the head of RT Arabic's office in Damascus, Abdelhameed Tawfiq.

Khaled Alkhateb was just 25 years old and had recently started to work with RT.

"Today RT Arabic lost a young colleague, journalist Khaled Alkhateb. This is very painful news for all of us," the head of RT Arabic, Maya Manna, said in a statement.

Another Philippines mayor on Duterte's 'drug list' plus 14 others killed in overnight raids

Reynaldo Parojinog, the mayor of Ozamiz city, and 14 other people were killed in a series of early morning raids on the southern Philippines island of Mindanao according to police.

"The Parojinogs, if you would recall, are included in President Duterte's list of people involved in the illegal drug trade," Duterte's spokesman, Ernesto Abella, said in a statement.

Supt. Lemuel Gonda, spokesperson of the Northern Mindanao police confirmed the death toll stood at 15 while talking to ABS-CBN.

Parojinog's wife, brother and sister were also killed in the raids reports Rappler.

I've had it with the Conservatives. For me, and I know I'm not the only one, the final straw was the announcement at the weekend that the Equalities Minister Justine Greening wants to change the law so that people are free to specify their gender on their birth certificate regardless of medical opinion. What were they thinking, Greening and the various senior party bods who supported this decision, including, apparently, the Prime Minister? Actually, I think we can guess. They were thinking: 'Oh, Jeremy Corbyn. His young followers seem to like this LBGBLT - how do the initials go again? - malarkey so perhaps we'd better get with it too.' And: 'Nasty party detox. Just like gay marriage did, this will help rid us of all those ghastly reactionary grassroots supporters who are ruining our image.' And: 'Compassion. We need to show compassion to oppressed minorities because that's the kind thing to do.'

If you want to see the 'kindness' fallacy kicked into touch, I recommend you google Jordan Peterson, the Canadian psychology professor at the University of Toronto who has become the voice of the resistance to the extreme political end of the trans-gender movement. Have a look, for example, at the debate he had with a fellow Toronto professor, A.W. Peet, over his uncompromising stance on 'non-binary' pronouns.

Comment: The exponential speed with which the nihilistic postmodern "gender fluidity" insanity is penetrating the mass psyche is deeply alarming. This is, without a doubt, a sign that western "civilization" is rapidly imploding into its own black hole of narcissism and willful ignorance.

It is, however, at least a fortunate sign that many are seeing this insanity for what it is and those in power who are pushing this pedophile-normalizing agenda are alienating their traditional support base. For more information:

Michael Dourson - expected nominee to head the EPA's chemical safety office aided DuPont in the Teflon scandal

Michael Dourson, President Trump's expected nominee to head the Environmental Protection Agency's chemical safety office, has made a career of helping industry stave off or weaken regulations on toxic chemicals. Particularly disturbing is his work on behalf of PFOA, a notorious carcinogenic compound formerly used by DuPont to make Teflon - a chemical that, if Dourson is confirmed, he will be in charge of regulating.

In 1981, DuPont received secret studies from 3M, which made PFOA, that found birth defects in the eyes of rats whose mothers were dosed with it and closely related chemicals during pregnancy. Later that year, a DuPont worker in its Teflon plant in near Parkersburg, W.Va., gave birth to a son with multiple facial defects. Alarmed, DuPont transferred all female workers out of the plant.

The truth about this family of chemicals emerged only after DuPont was hit with lawsuits for poisoning drinking water for tens of thousands of people in West Virginia and Ohio. DuPont paid a record $16.5 million fine for hiding the alarming truth that C8/PFOA chemicals were linked to cancer and birth defects. DuPont promised to phase the chemical out by the end of this year but the company continues to hide behind confidentiality and trade secrets to keep the public in the dark.

"We are deeply troubled that families have no way of knowing if they are being exposed to these chemicals in their own homes," said Bill Walker, EWG consultant and co-author of the report. "DuPont continues to hide the truth about the health concerns of these new replacement chemicals."

Drunk driver rams French police officers, dies in crash after shots fired at car

A driver, who according to witnesses was intoxicated, crashed and died in the western French city of Rennes after slamming into a police patrol called to deal with his disorderly behavior.

A local resident called the police at about 8am, complaining about the disorder in the vicinity of a train station. The man, who was allegedly drunk, "made noise, turned over motorcycles and tables near the train station and could have a knife on him," AFP reported, citing Rennes prosecutor Nicolas Jacquet.

When the train station police patrol arrived at the scene, the man had already gotten into a grey Renault Twingo car.

"When they tried to check the car, the driver headed straight towards them. One of the officers was hit by the car, he has been hospitalized, while two other policemen used their weapons [to retaliate], firing one shot each," Jacquet said.

It didn't stop the perpetrator. He continued to drive and seemed to lose control of the car, which turned over.

Bolivarian University Professor Chris Gilbert addresses the racism and white supremacy of the Venezuelan opposition in light of recent lynchings against Black and Brown Venezuelans accused of being "Chavistas" or "thieves" by opposition militants. The most emblematic of these cases was the public lynching of Afro-Venezuelan Orlando Figuera on May 20. Figuera was stabbed six times, doused in gasoline, and burned alive by opposition protesters in the eastern Caracas neighborhood of Altamira. He died in hospital ten days later. Other prominent cases include that of Danny Subero, Pedro Josue Carrillo, as well as a pair of youths in Lara state.

No American, if that means a person from the United States, should support the Venezuelan opposition. Why? The question can be made this simple: Which side in the Venezuelan conflict produces "Strange fruit hanging from the poplar trees... a fruit for the crows to pluck"?

I refer, of course, to the fact that in a number of well-documented instances Venezuelan opposition forces have burned black people alive. This horrible fact should be enough to decide the issue for those in the United States when they think about which of the two sides to support in the struggle.

Comment: The same questions can and should have been asked about the Opposition in Libya, Ukraine and Syria - but somehow they rarely ever do.

150 jihadists and criminals stripped of UK citizenship in major clampdown on extremism

The UK has stripped more than 150 suspected jihadists and criminals of their citizenship as part of counter terrorism efforts aimed at curbing extremism and preventing returning ISIS militants from embedding themselves in civil society.

"There's an awful lot of people we have found who will never be coming home again. Our number one preference is to get them on trial. If we don't think that's possible, we use disruption techniques," an unnamed senior security source told the Sunday Times.

The so-called "deprivation orders" bans any jihadists who fought alongside Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIL/ISIS) from returning to the country.

More than 40 suspects have had their right to passports revoked so far in 2017, including the so-called "jihadi brides" who had travelled to Syria.

However, the punishment only applies to suspects with dual nationality, as the UK cannot leave people stateless.
