Italy's government has traded barbs with the opposition over weapons shipments for Kiev, after a massive demonstration in Rome over the weekend called for peace and diplomacy in Ukraine.

Former PM Giuseppe Conte said that shirking political debate on Ukraine aid would be bullying democracy itself, in response to Defense Minister Guido Crosetto labelling him a "neighborhood bully."

Conte, who leads the Five Star Movement (M5S), addressed tens of thousands of Italians who rallied against the war on Saturday, telling them the new government's approach is "leading only to escalation." Now that Ukraine is "fully armed," Italy needs to push for a ceasefire and peace talks, he said.

The logo depicts the African sun (above) and embracing the ancient Egyptian Aten's sun (below), which implies giving rise to a new horizon (new world order).

All of the global crises unleashed upon the earth since March 2020 have been aimed at one thing - depopulation. The globalists' plan calls for riding the wave of fear created by various global crises all the way to a new world order, or as they now call it, a Great Reset. Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and Nancy Pelosi are of no use to the Left in the midterms because it is their radical ideology that was finally enacted and wrecked the country.

Over the last few months the four icons of the Democratic Party — Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and Nancy Pelosi — have hit the campaign trail.

They've weighed in on everything from "right-wing violence" and "election denialists" to the now tired "un-American" semi-fascist MAGA voter — and had nothing much to say about inflation, the border, crime, energy, or the Afghanistan debacle. In this, they remind us just how impoverished and calcified is this left-wing pantheon.

So why should we take anything they say seriously, given their own records — and especially given their mastery of projecting their own shortcomings upon others as some sort of private exculpation or preemptive political strategy?

Algeria has reportedly filed an official application to join the BRICS group of major emerging economies. News website Al-Shouruk said the announcement came from Leila Zerrouki, the Foreign Ministry's special envoy for international partnerships, speaking on state radio.

Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune recently said the country was interested in joining Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa in the BRICS group, explaining that the country largely meets the criteria for membership.

Later, Russian Ambassador to Algeria Valeryan Shuvaev indicated that Moscow had no objections to Algeria joining.

Comment: It's worth noting that Algeria has the world's sixteenth-largest oil reserves and the ninth-largest reserves of natural gas, and it was only a few months ago that the EU was courting them in an attempt to alleviate their self-inflicted energy crisis. It has recently also 'strengthened bilateral cooperation with China and is a historical ally of Russia which helped it gain its independence from France'.

Taken together, the Western establishment's death grip on the planet just gets weaker and weaker. Although this in itself is a cause for alarm because pathological personalities when threatened with irrelevance are liable to lash out, and, indeed, we can expect the West won't go quietly.

The campaign to pull corporate advertising from Twitter, following its purchase by SpaceX founder Elon Musk, is being led by a network of left wing dark money activists with ties to prominent Democrat politicians and mega donors.

An advocacy group formed in 2020 called Accountable Tech is organizing the pressure campaign, which has thus far succeeded in having the likes of Pfizer, Audi, General Mills, and other corporations pull their advertising expenditures from the platform.

Accountable Tech has taken credit for organizing an "open letter" signed by dozens of progressive groups, which demanded that multinational corporations cease advertising with Twitter immediately.

Speaking at an awards ceremony over the weekend, retiring government bureaucrat Anthony Fauci expressed his dismay over the fact that Americans seem entirely uninterested in getting the latest Pfizer and Moderna booster shots.

"We have a COVID vaccine and a booster that is matched very well to the circulating virus and yet only about 15% of people who have been vaccinated have gotten the boost, that is terrible," Fauci raged, like a pharma rep who failed to meet his sales quota. "We've got to do better than that."

In total, only about 7% of all Americans have taken the new shot, according to the CDC.

Spy agency advised that the powerful Emergencies Act would likely galvanize the anti-government narratives within the convoy.

Canada's spy agency warned the federal government invoking the Emergencies Act could further radicalize Canadians engaged in convoy protests, and push some towards violence.

The information is contained in an undated report from the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) that was presented at the Emergencies Act (EA) inquiry on Monday. It surfaced during Windsor Mayor Drew Dilkens's testimony about the blockade of the Ambassador Bridge last winter, part of several protests against pandemic restrictions.

A Wisconsin judge has rejected a request from the state's League of Women Voters to allow election officials to count absentee ballots with incomplete witness addresses.

Dane County Circuit Judge Nia Trammell on Wednesday said the group's request for a temporary injunction "would upend the status quo and not preserve it" and "frustrate the electoral process by causing confusion" less than two weeks before Election Day, CBS News reported.

The New York Times reported on 4 November that the current Estonian prime minister, Kaja Kallas, was a strong contender to be the next secretary general of NATO as the current alliance chief, Jens Stoltenberg, will step down in September 2023.

According to the article, where any of the candidates come down on support for Ukraine in the war against Russia will be a critical factor.

"However strongly opposed they are to Russia's invasion of Ukraine, countries of Western Europe, like France and Germany, want to look past the day the war ends, one way or another, and will want someone willing to try to create a new, more stable relationship with Moscow," the newspaper says.
