We can't trust the renewed 'polio vaccination' push. Here's why.

Injecting the World
© Off-Guardian
Last week we wrote about the new "polio outbreak" reported in the UK and around the world, and how it was likely yet another constructed narrative designed to sell yet more vaccines.

After all, it was reported that the market for polio vaccines had "stagnated" through 2021, and the first-ever vaccine granted approval under emergency use license by the World Health Organization was a new "triple-locked" polio vaccine.

In early June, the WHO granted Chinese pharmaceutical giant SINOVAC international approval for their new polio vaccine too.

So, they had brand new products, but no one to buy them.

The motive was there to create a population of 'incentivised' customers. That's a simple mechanic of marketing we're all very familiar with.

Since March, Israel has been running the "Operation Two Drops", a polio vaccination drive (using that new "emergency use" polio vaccine), which apparently resulted in a huge increase in vaccine uptake in children of all ages.

This program was reported to be "over" just yesterday, with the Jerusalem Post headlining that "Israel's polio outbreak finally under control".

Just as with the Covid "vaccines", Israel has acted as the world's guinea pig.

Following the proclaimed "polio outbreak" in London (yes, they're actually calling it an outbreak despite literally zero reported cases) the UK government declared an "emergency" and laid plans to "increase vaccine coverage".

The EU meanwhile has pledged to provide 40 million euros worth of polio vaccines to Afghanistan,

And just today Malawi, Tanzania, Zambia and Mozambique announced they have already administered over 36 million doses of polio vaccines as part of a new joint initiative, despite the region reporting just two cases in the whole of 2022.

So, clearly, a big part of this is selling vaccines.

A lot of vaccines.

What happened in Lithuania?

Vilnius
© UnknownVilnius, Lithuania
Evidence from Europe suggests the vaccines did save lives.

The EU country with the highest excess mortality, Bulgaria, also has the lowest vaccination rate. By the end of 2021, only 36% of Bulgarians over 60 had been doubled vaccinated. Meanwhile, the EU country with the lowest excess mortality, Denmark, is one that managed to keep deaths to a minimum until completing the vaccine rollout. As of January 1st, 99% of Danes over 60 were double vaccinated.

However, this does not mean the vaccines' effectiveness against death is as high as 90%, or even close to that. Numerous countries around the world have seen large spikes in excess mortality after their vaccine rollouts. These spikes invariably coincided with waves of Covid infections, showing that - despite high levels of vaccination - many people were still dying.

One interesting case study is Lithuania, which has the second highest excess mortality in the EU. You might assume, therefore, that it would have a low vaccination rate. But it doesn't. By the end of 2021, 78% of Lithuanians over 60 had been double vaccinated - the highest level in Eastern Europe.

Comment: Mortality spiked due to a confluence of factors, one of which was vaccine.

TWICE as many vaccine deaths as covid deaths in US households, poll finds

covid-19 vaccine selection
More than twice as many Americans have lost a household member to a Covid vaccine injury as have lost one to Covid.

That's the shocking finding of a new poll of 1,500 Americans carried out by the polling company Pollfish.

While 3.6% of respondents said someone in their household had died from COVID-19, 7.9% said one had died as a result of Covid vaccination.

The poll also found that 8.5% said they had been injured by their vaccination, 5% that they had sought medical help and 3.3% that they had been hospitalised, the same proportion who said that as a result of vaccination they were no longer able to work a full day or at all. These are percentages of all respondents. If we look only at the 74.3% vaccinated with at least one dose then the figures, as a proportion of vaccinated persons, are 11.5% injured, 6.8% needing medical help, 4.5% hospitalised and 4.5% unable to work. While these figures are self-reported and there is no control group, since the unvaccinated were not asked about adverse events, they are still alarmingly high.

'Multi-demic' of viruses striking people in Australia, second country to sound the alarm

Australia is facing a devastating multi-demic assault from a vicious cocktail of viruses attacking the nation, a top medical expert has warned
Australia is being attacked by a devastating 'multi-demic' assault from a vicious cocktail of viruses, according to a top medical expert who says the threat has been caused by lockdowns reducing our natural immunity.

The population's defences against the range of different viruses and illnesses that proliferate in winter has been reduced by the very isolation measures which were meant to help in stopping the spread of Covid.

Now the rapid spread of bugs is being fuelled by cold, damp winter conditions, combined with staff returning to offices and commuting on packed trains and buses.

Comment: This happens every year, however the difference this time is it follows nearly two years of draconian lockdowns, and the experimental injection roll out.

And that's on top of the new, more infectious Omicron variant BA.5 which is sweeping through the population.

FDA official: "We will not require clinical trial data to authorize redesigned COVID boosters"

FDA food and drug
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration will not require companies to submit clinical trial data on COVID-19 vaccines modified to protect against the BA.4 and BA.5 versions of Omicron in order to authorize those shots, a top FDA official said on Thursday.

Comment: They're not even pretending to do "science" anymore. Not that there was any done for the original vaccines but at least they made a show of it then.

Dr. Peter Marks, head of the agency's Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, told Reuters the agency will rely on data from clinical trials vaccine makers have run on shots designed to combat the BA.1 lineage, as well as manufacturing data, for emergency use authorization submissions before the fall.

Preclinical data from animal studies and safety data could also be available, he said.

The FDA on Thursday recommended COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers change the design of their booster shots beginning this fall to include components tailored to combat the currently dominant Omicron BA.4 and BA.5 sublineages.

Hospitals bring back masks and social distancing as Covid admissions surge - but TWO THIRDS are in hospital for something else

nurse with mask
Hospitals have brought back the wearing of face coverings and reinstated social distancing measures following a recent surge in Covid infections and hospitalisations. MailOnline has more.
Trusts from Cambridgeshire, Hampshire, Nottinghamshire, Devon and Wales have all reinstated guidance that urges people to mask-up because of a spike in infections.

Figures from NHS England show there were around 10,658 patients hospitalised with the virus on Monday.

Infections have doubled in a fortnight across England — with around 1,000 patients now being admitted with the virus each day.

However, only around a third of these are primarily being treated for the virus - the other two thirds are incidental admissions, being treated primarily for something else.

What you eat first during meals can lower glucose by 40%

What you eat is quite possibly the most important strategy for optimizing your metabolic health and reducing your risk of diseases like Type 2 diabetes. However, the order in which you eat your food also matters, such that you can consume the same foods — same calories, same total carbs, same nutrients — and have drastically different metabolic effects depending on what you eat first.

In the video above, Dr. Jason Fung, a nephrologist (kidney specialist) and author of several books, including The Diabetes Code: Prevent and Reverse Type 2 Diabetes Naturally, explains how you can get aa1

SOTT Focus: Objective:Health: In The News: Vaccines, Vaccines and More Vaccines

O:H header
Welcome to another In The News episode of the Objective:Health show, where we peruse the current health headlines and give you the O:H take.

On this week's episode, we look into the continuing irony around vaccinations. Fauci has the Covid and is experiencing rebound symptoms after taking Pfizer's antiviral pill Paxlovid. We also look at the connection between a serious decline in live births worldwide and the vaccine rollout 9 months ago (a rather curious coincidence, no?). We take a look at a recent study that found heart inflammation 44 times higher after Covid vaccinations and the US' recent commitment to buying 300,000 monkeypox vaccines.

Join us for a discussion on all of this and more on this episode of Objective:Health.

Covid vaccine safety update

Vaccine
This is the 34th of the round-ups of Covid vaccine safety reports and news compiled by a group of medical doctors who are monitoring developments but prefer to remain anonymous in the current climate (find the 33rd one here).
By no means is this part of an effort to generate alarm about the vaccines or dissuade anyone from getting inoculated. It should be read in conjunction with the Daily Sceptic's other posts on vaccines, which include both encouraging and not so encouraging developments.

At the Daily Sceptic we report all the news about the vaccines whether positive or negative and give no one advice about whether they should or should not take them. Unlike with lockdowns, we are neither pro-vaccine nor anti-vaccine; we see our job as reporting the facts, not advocating for or against a particular policy.

The vaccine technology is novel and the vaccines have not yet fully completed their trials, which is why they're in use under temporary and not full market authorisation. This was done on account of the emergency situation and the trial data was largely encouraging on both efficacy and safety. For a summary of that data, see this preamble to the Government's page on the Yellow Card reporting system. (Dr. Tess Lawrie in June 2021 wrote an open letter to Dr. June Raine, head of the MHRA, arguing that: "The MHRA now has more than enough evidence on the Yellow Card system to declare the COVID-19 vaccines unsafe for use in humans," a claim that has been 'fact checked' here.)

Boris Johnson said in October that being double vaccinated "doesn't protect you against catching the disease, and it doesn't protect you against passing it on". We publish information and opinion to inform public debate and help readers reach their own conclusions about what is best for them, based on the available data.
