The University of California, Los Angeles Medical School hired students to write the curriculum for the school's required Structural Racism and Health Equity (SRHE) courses.

A June 2023 document that was obtained by Do No Harm, a medical and policy advocacy group, showed that UCLA's medical school was seeking to recruit first and second year medical students to develop a curriculum associated with liberal ideas such as critical race theory.

The SRHE curriculum "emphasizes critical race theory, queer theory" and "diversity, equity, and inclusion ideology." The university's SRHE course guide directly states: "The first section of the year will focus on ... how structural determinants of health such as race shape our present healthcare framework."

The document outlined that in order to apply, applicants must have a letter of support from a peer outlining their commitment to anti-racist work.

Comment: This is peak stupidity. Surely, if one wants the most enlightened and unencumbered view of the situation then the school should be having newborn babies construct the syllabus.

50 items you should stockpile to prepare for election chaos, World War III, cataclysmic natural disasters and the next global pandemic

prepping emergency kit supplies
Are you getting prepared? Right now, millions of Americans are stockpiling food and supplies in anticipation of what they believe is coming. People are on edge due to the approaching election, the rapidly escalating war in the Middle East, the alarming natural disasters that we have been witnessing all around the world, and the potential for another great global pandemic. In all my years, I have never seen more concern about the next 12 months as I am seeing at this moment. There is a growing consensus that major history changing events are about to happen, and there are lots and lots of people that want to be well prepared. In fact, Newsweek has reported that "doomsday prepping" has become a 2.46 billion dollar industry...
The once-fringe act of doomsday prepping is evolving into a booming $2.46 billion industry, tapping into a societal pulse of self-reliance amidst a world of uncertainties.

Whether driven by the aftershocks of a post-COVID-19 environment, supply-chain disruptions, natural calamities, or geopolitical tensions, the narrative of disaster preparedness is shifting from the outskirts of society to mainstream households.
When I was growing up, I never once heard the words "prepper" or "prepping".

But now a very large portion of the population is actively preparing for the collapse of society.

Comment: Things may not play out exactly as Snyder foresees them, but as our ancestors rightly knew, it is always good to put extra of life's necessities by. His article is a good starting point.

Drops federal charges against Louisville police officers Joshua Jaynes and Kyle Meany

A U.S. District Judge has officially dropped key federal charges against former Louisville Police Detective Joshua Jaynes and Former Sgt. Kyle Meany regarding their alleged 'involvement' in Breonna Taylor's death, which occurred back in 2020.

This week, U.S. District Judge Charles Simpson ruled that the officers in the case were not responsible for Taylor's death, instead laying the blame at the feet of her criminal boyfriend, who opened fire on police the night of the raid.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Breonna Taylor was fatally shot in her apartment in March 2020 by officers who were executing a search warrant on Jamarcus Glover.

A period of great uncertainty - Martin Armstrong

AmDream

Almost everything you see and hear with the Lying Legacy Media and the government is a lie. Just this past week, the Biden Administration backtracked about employment as it was widely reported, "US economy added 818,000 fewer jobs than first reported in year that ended in March." A huge miss or a huge lie...take your pick. Other big lies we have been told in recent years: "Trump is colluding with Russia," "Hunter Biden's laptop is Russian disinformation", and the "CV19 vax injections are safe and effective." That is just scratching the surface of the lies we are told on a daily basis. The lies, which people realize are becoming preposterous, are adding to the public's lack of confidence in everything, including the economy. Martin Armstrong says:
"We are in a period of great uncertainty. . .. When people are uncertain, they don't spend. They save. That's what happens in a depression and a recession. ... So, if you have no confidence in the future because of all this crazy stuff going on, what do you do? You don't borrow, and you pull back and say 'let me see what is going to happen'."

A new poll has found that around three quarters of Democrat voters have no clue what Kamala Harris' positions on key political issues are.

The survey, conducted by the Media Research Center, found that over 70 percent of "registered Democrats" as well as Independents said they "either had not heard of Harris's position or were unsure" on ten different issues.

The poll found that 78% of voters surveyed were unaware that Harris promoted a fund that aided violent BLM agitators to be bailed out of jail during the 2020 unrest.
Poll on Kamala
Seventy-four percent said they were unaware that Harris supported decriminalizing illegal immigration, and 72 percent had no clue that Harris "never visited a conflict zone on the border as Border Czar."

Those surveyed stated that they get news information primarily from ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, and MSNBC.

Comment: Kamala Harris can not be taken seriously as a presidential candidate but is an insult to all intelligent people.

Andrew Tate to stand trial for sex trafficking and rape

A Bucharest court has moved to try Andrew Tate, the Anglo-American social media influencer, who has been charged with rape, human trafficking, and running a criminal gang to sexually exploit women.

Tate, 37, and his brother Tristan were arrested in December 2022. Both men were indicted last June, along with two Romanian women alleged to have been their accomplices. The accused have denied all charges and challenged the indictment.

However on Friday, the Bucharest Tribunal ruled it would allow the case to go forward, without setting a trial date. Lawyers for the Tate brothers have criticized the decsion to go to trial.

"The ruling issued by the preliminary chamber judge lacks legal basis and reasoning," said Eugen Vidineac, "We have filed a strong appeal as we believe the ruling to be unlawful."

Another attorney, Ioan Gliga, told AP that the arguments challenging the criminal investigation and the indictments "did not receive the necessary attention in the preliminary hearing," but that the Tates' defense was confident that the appeals court will rule in their favor.

Telegram founder finds out that 'freedom' isn't free

Pavel Durov.

Pavel Durov, who fled his birth country refusing to cooperate with authorities, has discovered the limits of free expression in France

French officials have sprung into action with an arrest warrant that seemed to have been scribbled on the back of a napkin when they realized that the founder of the globally-popular online chat app, Telegram, was about to make the colossal mistake of landing in France, despite his company being based well out of the EU's reach in Dubai.

Russian Pavel Durov mysteriously managed to get French citizenship in 2021 without ever even living in the country. Normally, French citizenship requires proof of five years of residency, and seemingly more importantly to French authorities, five full years of paying income tax in France. Instead, Durov managed to get fast-tracked citizenship through a French Foreign Ministry initiative that awards naturalization based on some kind of action that contributes to the image, prosperity, and international relations of France. No one has been able to actually articulate what exactly Durov has contributed to France beyond badmouthing Russia, or having created the chat app that French media have long qualified as the top choice of French President Emmanuel Macron and his entourage since at least 2016.

Northeastern towns issue voluntary lockdown to prevent spread of potentially deadly mosquito-borne disease EEE

Four Massachusetts towns — Douglas, Oxford, Sutton and Webster — have enacted a voluntary evening lockdown in an attempt to curb the spread of a potentially deadly mosquito-borne disease.

The decision comes after the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) confirmed the first human case of Eastern equine encephalitis (EEE) since 2020 in Worcester County.

On Wednesday, the Oxford Board of Health voted to support the recommendation for people to remain indoors after 6:00 p.m., effective immediately, through Sept. 30, according to a public health advisory shared with Fox News Digital.

Starting on Oct. 1, the recommendation is to remain indoors after 5:00 p.m. until the first hard frost.

The period from dusk through dawn is considered "peak mosquito hours," the notice stated.

The advisory designates the four communities as "critical-risk."

"It is the Board of Health's responsibility to protect the public health, and we take EEE very seriously, and we are strongly encouraging residents to follow these recommendations due to the severity of EEE and the fact that it is in our community," a spokesperson for the town of Oxford said in an email to Fox News Digital.

"So far this year in Massachusetts, there has only been one human case of EEE, but throughout the state, mosquitoes have tested positive for EEE."

Comment: So one is more likely to be struck by lightening than get this mostly harmless virus, but still the government is so concerned it's requiring proof of insurance and waivers to use town fields. Seems a bit much, no?

North Korea showcases new kamikaze drones

Kim Jong Un
© Korean Central News Agency / Korea News Service via APKim Jong Un inspects a demonstration of what it says a drone crashing into a target at an undisclosed location in North Korea, August 24, 2024.
North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has overseen the testing of new domestically-developed suicide drones amid rising tensions with the US and South Korea, state-run KCNA news agency reported on Monday.

The remotely piloted loitering munitions can reportedly be deployed with different striking ranges, and are able to correctly identify and destroy both ground and sea targets.

Kim urged researchers to develop and produce more suicide drones of various types that could be deployed with tactical infantry and special operation units, as well as strategic reconnaissance and multi-purpose attack drones. The North Korean leader also called for introducing artificial intelligence for unmanned aerial vehicles.

The images shared by the agency show the drones taking off and destroying test targets, including a mock tank, and Kim observing the test along with senior state officials.

In recent months, North Korea has been actively building up armaments while voicing strong concern about US military drills conducted near the Korean Peninsula. Pyongyang has suggested that the exercises could be rehearsals for a possible invasion.
