On Friday, Russia's Foreign Ministry spokeswoman, Maria Zakharova, stated that Moscow strongly condemns Israeli strikes targeting Syria, deeming them unacceptable and provocative.

"We strongly condemn these provocative military actions, which can lead to extremely dangerous consequences in the context of a sharp deterioration of the situation in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict zone," the spokeswoman said in a statement while also calling Israeli actions "unacceptable."

The statements come after an Israeli aggression on Aleppo resulted in the deaths of 40 people.

In addition to the number of martyrs, the Syrian Ministry of Defense said that the aggression was carried out on multiple sites across the city and resulted in extensive amounts of material damage.

The intensity of claims that Ukraine is innocent is unusual, the Russian foreign minister has said

The US and the EU have been obsessive in insisting on Ukraine's innocence in the Crocus City Hall terrorist attack, to the point that such behavior is suspicious, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said in an interview published on Friday.

The Islamic State Khorasan (ISIS-K) terrorist group has claimed responsibility for last Friday's attack just outside Moscow, in which 143 people were killed and over 200 injured. Washington and Brussels immediately declared that ISIS-K was the sole culprit and that no evidence whatsoever pointed to Kiev.

2) Imagine something like the Crocus City attack had taken place in the US, UK, France..., what would the reaction have been from the local politicians and local media? What would have been the reaction expected from allies?

Think also about the reaction, or was it lack of reaction, when a plane with POW was shot down over Belgorod earlier in the year.

In general, there is little unique about the West misrepresenting an event to fit their purposes. Joe Biden's Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) appears to be carrying out house calls in response to social media posts deemed offensive. This effective policing of "wrongthink" or "thoughtcrime" has been displayed in multiple videos circulating on the internet and reviewed by The National Pulse.

In the first, three individuals presenting as FBI agents are filmed visiting Rolla Abdeljawad, who resides in Stillwater, Oklahoma, to discuss her social media posts. In the video, Abdeljawad requests and is declined identification from the visitors. The woman refuses to engage in conversation until she has an attorney present.

Comment: It would appear that the policing of social media posts is being taken a step further into the realm of FBI involvement. To be sure, this seems more like intimidation than anything, but how soon before we start seeing arrests?

The French president's remarks were intended to serve as a "distraction" for voters at home, the Russian foreign minister believes.

Remarks by French President Emmanuel Macron that the West could send troops to Ukraine appear to be aimed at boosting his plummeting domestic popularity, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said.

Macron openly raised the possibility of putting NATO troops on the ground in Ukraine last month, saying that "we cannot exclude anything" and that the West "will do everything necessary to prevent Russia from winning this war."

Comment: This would be a logical explanation for Macron went "off-script" in his comments about sending French troops to Ukraine, even when other NATO leaders openly disagreed. Desperation will lead one to all sorts of questionable actions.

The chief suspects in last week's terrorist attack on the Crocus City Hall outside Moscow have testified that their orders came from a mystery man who told them to flee to Ukraine afterwards, the Russian Investigative Committee announced on Friday.

Security services detained the four suspected perpetrators near the Ukrainian border last Saturday. The attack claimed 144 lives and left over 200 people hospitalized.

In their initial testimonies and during their subsequent interrogations, the suspects said the attacks were prepared in coordination with "a man who introduced himself to them under a pseudonym," the Investigative Committee said in a statement. He communicated with them by voice messages sent over Telegram, it added.

"On the instructions of the coordinator, after committing the crime, the terrorists drove in a car towards the Russian-Ukrainian border to subsequently cross it and arrive in Kiev to receive the promised reward," the law enforcement agency said.

Nazrimad Lutfulloi, Crocus City Hall terrorism suspect

Moscow's Basmanny District Court has placed a ninth suspect under arrest in connection with last week's Crocus City Hall terrorist attack. Nazrimad Lutfulloi, a Tajikistani native, will remain in custody until May 22, according to the court's ruling.

Lutfulloi was detained by law enforcement near Crocus City Hall on March 23 - one day after the deadly shooting that claimed the lives of more than 140 people. When police officers asked him to show identification, the suspect allegedly started to behave violently, did not respond to police commands, and insulted the security forces.

On March 25, Moscow's Preobrazhensky Court arrested Lutfulloi for 15 days for petty hooliganism. He pleaded guilty to the charge.

Several days later, however, Russia's Investigative Committee asked the court to place the Tajikistani national under arrest as a suspect in the Crocus City Hall attack, accusing him of being involved in funding the terrorists.

The Basmanny court had previously approved the arrest of four men believed to have carried out last Friday's attack, as well as four others who are accused of aiding the terrorists by providing them with a vehicle and renting them an apartment.

Russian attack on NATO troops in Ukraine wouldn't trigger article 5

Article 5 of the NATO treaty, which enshrines the bloc's collective military response policy, would not be triggered should any member's troops deployed to Ukraine be attacked by Russia, a report by an a German parliament expert group seen by wire agency dpa has claimed.

Reflecting the principle of collective defense of the 31 NATO members, Article 5 states that an armed attack against one or more of the members shall be considered an attack against all.

"If troops of a NATO member state engage in collective self-defense (Article 51, UN Charter) in favor of Ukraine in an existing conflict (between Russia and Ukraine) and are attacked by the other party to the conflict (Russia) in the course of the battle in the conflict area, this does not constitute a case of Article 5 NATO Treaty," the experts wrote as quoted by dpa on Friday.

According to the unpublished document, Article 5 of the NATO Treaty can only be triggered if member countries of the US-led military bloc are attacked on or over their own territory.

Comment: That's how proxy warfare works. NATO wants to attack Russia without "actually" attacking Russia. It's a game of pretend. They will operate within certain limits to avoid having to face the responsibility of actually attacking, sticking to "acceptable" provocations.

Acts of terrorism such as the Crocus City Hall massacre tend to have state sponsors, Omer Celik, a spokesman for Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's Justice and Development Party (AKP), said on Thursday.

The Moscow concert venue was attacked and set on fire by a group of gunmen last Friday, who killed 143 people and injured over 300. Eleven suspects - including the four alleged perpetrators - have since been apprehended by Russian security services.

"It is obvious that it is impossible to carry out such a professional action without the support of intelligence of any state," Celik, who is also the AKP deputy chairman, told the Turkish TV station NTV.

"Such events always have sponsors," he added, pointing to "lobbies that want the war to continue," in reference to the Ukraine conflict.

Intelligence agencies of Türkiye are assisting Russia in fighting terrorism, Celik said, adding that Ankara has sent "sincere condolences" to Moscow over the tragedy at Crocus City Hall.

A military agreement with Washington comes at a cost, Helsinki has acknowledged

A new military cooperation deal agreed with Washington will limit Helsinki's sovereignty, the Finnish Foreign Ministry said on Thursday, advising that its ratification will therefore require a two-thirds majority in the parliament.

Finland joined NATO in April 2023, abandoning a decades-long policy of neutrality. It began negotiating a Defense Cooperation Agreement (DCA) with the US almost immediately, and signed it last December.

Comment: As has happened before, the step from EU to NATO was a matter of time. The Finnish government managed to sell the concept of joining NATO, next is to improve on the level of subjugation, let the US do more of what it wants within Finland, thus moving from being a mere vassal to becoming a more fully occupied state. Finland is not alone, somewhat similar agreements have been concluded between the US and the other Nordic countries.

The recent terrorist attack on Crocus City Hall, in the suburbs of Moscow, has taken over the news around the world. The tragedy made many internet users pay attention to the Russian scenario, generating curiosity in Western public opinion. However, as expected, anti-Russian media outlets are spreading rumors designed to disguise the truth about what happened in Krasnogorsk.

The attack was carried out by four gunmen who entered the Crocus facilities and murdered more than 140 Russian civilians. After the massacre, the killers escaped and hours later were captured by Russian security forces while trying to cross the border into Ukraine in Bryansk oblast. They claimed they were hired via Telegram and received weapons from the hirers to conduct the attack. The reward for terrorist service would be half a million Russian rubles.
