World's largest free trade agreement signed by Asia-Pacific countries, a coup for China

Fifteen Asia-Pacific countries on Sunday signed the world's biggest free trade deal, seen as a huge coup for China in extending its influence.

The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) includes 10 Southeast Asian economies along with China, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand and Australia, with members accounting for around 30 percent of global GDP.

First proposed in 2012, the deal was finally sealed at the end of a Southeast Asian summit as leaders push to get their pandemic-hit economies back on track. Chinese Premier Li Keqiang, after the virtual signing, said:
"Under the current global circumstances, the fact the RCEP has been signed after eight years of negotiations brings a ray of light and hope amid the clouds. It clearly shows that multilateralism is the right way, and represents the right direction of the global economy and humanity's progress."
The agreement to lower tariffs and open up the services trade within the bloc does not include the United States and is viewed as a Chinese-led alternative to a now-defunct Washington trade initiative.

Silencing discussion? Labour Party demands online crackdown on anti-vax 'disinformation' ahead of Covid-19 vaccine rollout

With the UK preparing for a Covid-19 vaccine rollout, the Labour Party is calling for emergency censorship legislation to punish social-media companies if they allow posting of what it considers to be "anti-vax disinformation." Shadow culture secretary Jo Stevens tweeted on Sunday:
"Social-media companies have a pitiful record of tackling disinformation. The government needs to stop dragging its heels and force companies to remove this dangerous content ahead of the rollout of the coronavirus vaccine."
Stevens and Labour's shadow health secretary, Jonathan Ashworth, have co-authored a letter demanding that the government impose financial and criminal penalties on social-media platforms that fail to censor anti-vaccine posts.

Comment: UK PTB just handed Google, Twitter and Facebook a power-grab upgrade. No big surprise, it was merely a matter of time.

'We can't go on like this forever': Rand Paul vows to prevent Biden lockdown

Rand Paul

In a Sunday interview with New York AM WABC 770 radio's The Cats Roundtable, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) promised he would do "everything" he could to "prevent" a lockdown if former Vice President Joe Biden officially wins the presidency. This comes in response to Biden and members of his so-called coronavirus task force suggesting another shutdown may be necessary as COVID-19 cases are spiking in some areas of the United States.

Paul said the country cannot be under lockdown and be forced to wear masks like it has the majority of 2020 "forever." The physician-turned-senator said the idea of remaining inside and canceling Thanksgiving is "ridiculous" and "not based in science."
"Today, Biden's talking more about a lockdown. This is absolutely why he's going to be a terrible president if we get him. He's going to ruin the country. Lockdowns don't work. And in fact, all of the evidence on mandatory masks show that they don't work either. There's about 10 different countries or venues, maybe 20, that instituted mandatory masks, and everyone one of them โ€” to a T โ€” the infection rate, the COVID rate went up after the mask mandate. Now, this is just showing that ... all these mitigation strategies โ€” washing our hands, staying six feet apart โ€” they really don't work, frankly. And the virus, as the Wall Street Journal put it, is insidious. It is going to do what it's going to do. The only thing that's going to stop it is either enough immunity among individuals in the community or a vaccine.

"I'm going to do everything I can to try to prevent Biden from locking us up and locking us down and forcing us to wear masks forever. We can't go on like this forever."

Warmonger Obama thinks Russia should kill more innocent civilians like the US does so they can be a 'superpower' too

If it wants to be taken seriously on the world stage, Russia should take a leaf out of Washington's book and deploy more of its soldiers in other countries. That's according to former US President Barack Obama.

In his new book, 'A Promised Land', the two-term president claimed that while Russia has "a nuclear arsenal second only to our own," the country "wasn't a superpower anymore," as it "lacked the vast network of alliances and bases that allowed the United States to project its military power across the globe."

Comment: What difference does all that make when Russia can go into Syria and kick American asses? Russia has more sophisticated military tech than the US, so all the bases and vassal states that the US Empire has at its disposal has done zero good against a superior opponent. Also, the idea that Russian does not have global alliances is pure rubbish. Syria and Venezuela are two countries who the US would love to have as a vassal state, yet all their supposed influence has not helped one bit.

Despite this view, Obama vented frustration at how effectively Moscow had been able to oppose many of Washington's diplomatic goals. In particular, he bemoaned that "when US-backed initiatives came before the UN Security Council ... Russia blocked them or watered them down."

Giuliani steps in to represent Trump campaign in Pennsylvania case

President Trump's personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani on Tuesday is expected to represent the Trump campaign in federal court in Pennsylvania in a case seeking to stop the commonwealth from certifying its election results.

President-elect Joe Biden was projected to win the Keystone State over a week ago, with the victory pushing him over the edge to win 270 Electoral College votes.

Giuliani, who has been recently spearheading Trump's effort to challenge the results of the presidential election, filed an application to appear in court on behalf of the Trump campaign on Tuesday morning just hours before a telephone hearing was scheduled in the case.

His request was later approved by the federal judge overseeing the case.

How the British government secretly funded Syrian cartoons and comic books as anti-Assad propaganda - aimed at children

Leaked documents show how the Foreign & Commonwealth Office spent millions setting up a clandestine network to churn out pro-rebel material, much of it aimed at winning the hearts and minds of kids.

A swath of internal UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) files have exposed a number of covert ways in which London sought to both propagandize Syrian children and turn them into weapons, in a vast, long-running information warfare campaign at home and abroad.

The documents are just some of the bombshell papers released by hacktivist collective Anonymous, outlining a variety of cloak-and-dagger actions undertaken by the UK government against the Syrian state over many years.

The overriding objective behind them all was to destabilize the government of Bashar Assad, convince Syrians, Western citizens, foreign governments, and international bodies that the Free Syrian Army (FSA) was a legitimate alternative, and flood media the world over with pro-opposition propaganda.

Comment: Yet another example of how the UK, and the West in general, did its darned best to overthrow a democratically elected leader - and failed. See also:

Putin's spokesman condemns police brutality of Belarusian security forces but notes that 'there are also provocations'

minsk police
Detention by law enforcement officers of participants of the unauthorized rally of the Belarusian opposition "March of the bold" in Minsk.
Violence against Belarusian protesters by law enforcement is unacceptable, but some officers were provoked. That's according to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, noting that Moscow is monitoring the situation in Minsk very closely.

"As President Lukashenko said himself, brutality that was not provoked by the actions of protesters is undesirable and unacceptable, of course" Peskov noted. "But we cannot ignore the fact that there are also provocations against law enforcement officers."

According to the spokesman, Russia wants to see Belarus return to stability, and free from any external influence. "We are very closely following what is happening in Belarus. This is our Union State and our fraternal people - Belarus," he explained, "Of course, we would like to see Belarus calm, stable, and prosperous, and we hope that this will be the case." Peskov said.

Merkel postpones harsher lockdown amid pushback from German regional leaders

The decision on more coronavirus curbs in Germany has been delayed to November 25 after the leaders of the country's 16 federal states rejected Chancellor Angela Merkel's demands to widen the current partial lockdown.

"I could have imagined imposing further contact restrictions today," Merkel told a press-conference in Berlin, adding that the federal government and regional leaders couldn't find common ground on the issue.

Germany already introduced a partial lockdown two weeks ago in an attempt to stem the second wave of the virus. Under those measures, bars and restaurants have closed, but schools and shops remain open. Private gatherings were also limited to no more than 10 people from two different households.

Comment: Regional leaders in other countries that also objected were railroaded by central government into conceding, and it seems unlikely that Germans will be so lucky as to escape the seemingly coordinated, tyrannical measures, even if protests there have been much larger and more widespread:

Flashback Election fraud in the Philippines using... Smartmatic

Smartmatic
By this time, only the truly uninformed would still find Smartmatic's combination of PCOS/VCM (Precinct Count Optical Scan/Vote Counting Machine) and CCS (canvassing and consolidation system) an acceptable solution to the automation of Philippine elections. We used this solution in the last three National and Local Elections (NLE) and in all three, we experienced "glitches" and lack of transparency that convinced us of the system's unreliability and its vulnerability to tampering.

Consider the following incidents:

During the canvassing of the 2008 ARMM (Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao) election, several precincts in Wao, Lanao del Sur, showed zero results. When this was reported to Smartmatic, a technical person in the company accessed the machines in Wao and made the correction ... from Manila! This is the first proof that Smartmatic can change the results in any region, at will, from anywhere in the country.

Exactly one week before the 2010 elections, Smartmatic's systems test yielded erroneous results. This triggered the replacement of supposedly "all CF cards" installed in the 82,000 PCOS machines. Many found it difficult to believe that they were able to do this successfully - i.e., replace those many CF cards in a span of one week. But if they failed to do so, how do we explain the fact that they were able to announce election results that came close to what the surveys published? One possibility stood out: program the results to follow the surveys. Hmm ... not all that difficult to do.

Comment: Sound familiar?? You bet it does. Same voting technology, same political dynamics, same utter corruption - as what we've just seen occur in the US Presidential election. And of course the Dems knew how it worked in the Philippines...

'Recipients being misled to a criminal extent': What's not being said about Pfizer's new Coronavirus vaccine

Pfizer
Bill Gates is actively financing and promoting new untested vaccines supposed to keep us at least somewhat safe from a ghastly death from the novel coronavirus and supposedly allow us to resume somewhat "normal" lives. The Pharma giant Pfizer has now announced what they claim were spectacular results in initial human tests. They use an experimental technology known as gene editing, specifically mRNA gene-editing, something never before used in vaccines. Before we rush to get jabbed in hopes of some immunity, we should know more about the radical experimental technology and its lack of precision.

The financial world went ballistic on November 9 when the pharma giant Pfizer and its German partner, BioNTech, announced in a company press release that it had developed a vaccine for Covid19 that was "90%" effective. The controversial US head of NIAID, Tony Fauci, rushed to greet the news and the EU announced it had purchased 300 million doses of the costly new vaccine. If you believe financial markets, the pandemic is all but past history.

Suspicious events

However it seems Albert Bourla, the CEO of Pfizer, doesn't share the confidence of his own claims. On the day his company issued its press release on the proposed vaccine trials, he sold 62% of his stock in Pfizer, making millions profit in the deal. He made the sell order in a special option in August so it would not appear as "insider selling", however he also timed it just after the US elections and the mainstream media illegitimately declared Joe Biden President-elect. It seems from appearances that Bourla had a pretty clear conflict of interest in the timing of his press release on the same day.
