Biden: 'The pandemic is over'

biden pandemic over
President Biden declared the coronavirus pandemic "over" in an interview that aired Sunday, pointing to the return of large events and the lack of masking and other public health measures in place nationwide.

"The pandemic is over," Biden told "60 Minutes" from the Detroit auto show last Wednesday, the first time the event has been held since the onset of the pandemic in 2020.

"We still have a problem with COVID. We're still doing a lotta work on it. It's — but the pandemic is over. If you notice, no one's wearing masks. Everybody seems to be in pretty good shape. And so I think it's changing. And I think this is a perfect example of it."

Comment: Looks like Biden was caught speaking out of turn again:

'Idiot' Greens made EU dependent on Russian energy - Le Pen

Paris also made a "geopolitical mistake" when it supported EU sanctions against Russia, the politician believes.

Marine Le Pen, the leader of the right-wing National Rally parliamentary group, has harshly criticized France's support of anti-Russia sanctions, branding such a stance a major "geopolitical mistake." She also called out "idiots" supporting a green agenda, naming them the real culprits behind the EU's dependency on Russian fossil fuels.
"The European Union sees its promises of prosperity and peace sinking in its economic, energy and geopolitical mistakes," Le Pen said on Sunday at the party's meeting in the southern French town of Adge.
Paris has been "swept along by the European Union crazed by the war in Ukraine into adopting inappropriate and thoughtless sanctions," she added.

The SCO summit and the need for a new global security architecture

SCO Summit
© Public Domain
During a meeting held between Putin and Xi the recent Shanghai Organization Summit in Samarkand, the Chinese leader re-affirmed his understanding both of the historical moment now shaping the world and also the vital role he understands both Russia and China must play in navigating humanity through this storm saying:
Dear President Putin, my dear old friend. I am very pleased to meet again. In the face of tremendous changes of our time on a global scale unprecedented in history, we stand with our Russian colleagues to set an example of a responsible world power.
The meeting was especially strategic as it was the first such meeting featuring Iran as full member and Belarus on the fast track to join in the short term alongside other states including the UAE, Bahrain, Myanmar, Kuwait and the Maldives. It is extremely apparent that the foundations for a new alternative security architecture are coming online which also includes a vital financial component which is perhaps why convenient fires were also lit with bloody confrontations launched by Azerbaijan against SCO member Armenia and also between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan (both SCO members hosting Russian bases and Chinese BRI-connected vital infrastructure). While not all the details are yet known as to the arsonists lighting these fires, the timing and character of conflicts smells of Anglo-Intelligence operations.

The common theme amongst the discussions of the SCO Summit and broader multipolar alliance is shaped around the common good, common security and coordination of action towards improving the conditions of life of peoples and sovereign nations as outlined by the UN Charter (which is a very different creature than the "rules based international order" which unipolarists love bandying about these days).

Unfortunately, even the saner voices with even a modicum of political influence among the western states seem to be completely unaware of the epoch-making decisions now being made by allies of the Multipolar Alliance who have made it incredibly clear that they would prefer cooperation with the trans-Atlantic community as allies over going to war, although events have forced them to prepare for the later in ways few thought possible just a few years ago.

If there were ever a time for humility and self-reflection amongst the leaders of the west, that time is now.

Biden signs executive order designed to unleash transhumanist hell

DNA alterations
If anyone needed proof that the powers pushing the levers behind the mindless moron who sits in the Oval Office are fully on board with the World Economic Forum/United Nations agenda of biomedical tyranny and transhumanism, look no further than the executive order that Joe Biden signed on Monday, September 12.

By quietly getting Biden's signature on this document, his handlers may have given us the most ominous sign yet that we stand on the threshold of a technocratic one-world beast system. Prepare to make your stand because it's about to get much more intense.

This document's Orwellian title, Executive Order on Advancing Biotechnology and Biomanufacturing Innovation for a Sustainable, Safe, and Secure American Bioeconomy, will assure that its significance will fly right over the heads of 99 percent of the media, even the conservative media.

They will read it and yawn. I plead with everyone reading this article to please not make that same mistake.

Because of the arcane scientific language in which this document is written, even most of those who take the time to read and study it (I assure you Biden did not) will not fully grasp what is being ordered by the White House.

That's where we strive to help.

Best of the Web: US plays its Ukraine 'hand': Overt NATO war. Will Putin Retaliate?

putin
This is a key moment. The pressure is on President Putin to respond to the transformation of a limited proxy affair into overt NATO war is increasing.

On Thursday of last week, there gathered in the Ramstein NATO air base in Germany a flotilla of European, British and American officials -- ostensibly to lay claim to a PR success for the role that western weapons have played in Ukraine's war against Russia. Yet, the meeting had the second, deeper objective of assessing the ability of Kiev to continue sustained warfare, which is to say, not only briefly to take territory, but to keep it.

This latter aspect has taken on added urgency as there is a little more than one month left until winter turns the Ukrainian terrain on the plains into mud, leaving tanks and heavy vehicles floundering. Furthermore, Ukraine's public finances are in freefall, with external aid amounting to only $1.5 billion -- leaving a hole of some $7 billion per month that is being filled by Ukraine printing fresh money.

China warns citizens not to touch foreigners after first monkeypox case discovered

Chinese citizens have been urged not to make skin-to-skin contact with recently arrived foreigners, after the first case of monkeypox was registered in the southwestern Chongqing municipality last week.

The warning was issued on Saturday by Wu Zunyou, the chief epidemiologist at the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CCDC).

Writing on his official Weibo page, the official said that in order to "prevent possible monkeypox infection and as part of our healthy lifestyle, it is recommended that you do not have direct skin-to-skin contact or close relationships with foreigners who have recently come from overseas." He clarified "recent" to mean having arrived within the last three weeks.

Comment: Is this advice based on being over cautious, misinformed, or is there an awareness of other possibilities that they're not letting on? Note that it's not simply one official, or even one department, but it seems to be backed up by the Foreign Ministry.

UN chief supports Moscow's aid proposal to release & send sanctioned fertilizer to developing nations

António Guterres

The UN's top official has pledged to help Russia donate some 300 tons of fertilizers stranded in European ports to developing nations.

"If Russia wants to provide fertilizers free of charge to developing countries, I believe the World Food Programme will be able to implement that desire," Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said in an interview with the Russian news agency RIA Novosti, which was published on Monday.

He acknowledged that EU nations will first have to be convinced to allow the export of Russian fertilizers through their ports.

Comment: Which actually just reveals how desperate and spiteful the rulers of those nations are.

Comment: How times change. Because Western media also used to admit and expose Ukraine's Nazi problem.

Zelenskiy and Zaluzhnyi

zaluznyi

On 7 September, Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, General Valeryi Zaluzhnyi, and Lieutenant General Mikhail Zabrodskii first Deputy Chairman of the Ukrainian Rada's Committee for National Security, Defense, and Intelligence, wrote a revealing article for UkrInform. The article is of interest for several reasons:

First, it reflects the strategic thinking of the Ukrainian military command at this point in time, the complete dependence of Ukrainian military capability on Western military and financial support, and intentions to escalate the war if Ukraine is well-supported, seize back Crimea from Russia, and engage in massive artillery and other air attacks on Russian territory.

But the most important aspect of the article and the one I will focus on here are its indications of the Ukrainian military command's disagreement with President Volodomyr Zelenskiy to conduct the present offensives in the south in the Kherson direction and in the north in the Izyum direction without the proper preparation and sufficient manpower and weaponry and instead carry out a military offensive for what seem to be largely political reasons at great costs to Ukraine's personnel and weapons stockpiles without any real prospects of making a permanent breakthrough on either front.

Comment: War is fought best when all aspects of planning and execution are in synch and flow one to the other. This has not been the case.

Ukraine fumes over 'unnatural borders' claim

restoration

The Ukrainian Embassy in Romania has accused the EU country's former foreign minister, Andrei Marga, of undermining the "basic principles of international law," after he claimed that the borders of modern Ukraine are "unnatural," and suggested that Kiev should cede parts of its territory to neighboring states.

The embassy voiced its "regret" that a former top official of a "democratic European state" would make a statement that is not just "unacceptable under any circumstances," but also represents a "particularly blatant deviation at a time when Ukraine heroically defends its independence and the security of Europe."

The former Romanian diplomat made the controversial remark earlier on Saturday at the Alba Transylvania book fair, where he presented his new book The Fate of Democracy and suggested that leading world powers should come together and agree on a new "security structure" in Europe and worldwide.

He listed the regions that were incorporated into then-Soviet Ukraine by the Communists, but which he thinks should be relinquished:
"We are in a very special situation here, and I take this with all responsibility, Ukraine exists in unnatural borders. It should cede Transcarpathia to Hungary, Galicia to Poland, Bukovina to Romania, Donbass and Crimea to Russia. These are the territories of other countries."

Comment: When the 'one world' government tells us borders aren't allowed...'problem' solved.

Kremlin lauds Orban government's 'sovereign positions' within EU

Orban
© ReutersHungarian PM Viktor Orban
A Kremlin spokesman has praised a stubbornly allied Hungarian leadership for what it describes as Budapest's willingness to take "sovereign positions" on issues within the European Union.

The September 19 statement from Russian President Vladimir Putin's office came in a conference call between spokesman Dmitry Peskov and reporters. He said the Kremlin is following the EU-Hungary developments closely.

A day earlier, the European Commission called for the elimination of 7.5 billion euros ($7.5 billion) in EU funding earmarked for Hungary over corruption, rights, and rule-of-law disputes.

Critics in Brussels have argued that cronyism under Prime Minister Viktor Orban and his Fidesz party's 12-year leadership, year-old anti-LGBT legislation, and other backsliding threaten shared EU values.

The European Commission's proposal to cut off billions in so-called cohesion funds to Budapest was the first to be made by the EU under new policies aimed at protecting the rule of law in the 27-nation bloc.

The next EU step requires support by what's called a qualified majority, representing at least 55 percent of the member states and at least 65 percent of the total EU population.

Hungary has until November 19 to address the concerns, and some of its officials have pledged to form an anti-corruption body and make other moves to allay EU concerns.

Comment: Hungary is 'not a democracy'? It makes its own decisions, speaks its mind and does not march in lockstep with the dictatorship known as the EU.
