From as far back as 2008, video recordings of strange and disturbing noises that seem to come from the sky have been appearing on the internet. In the last 12 months, many more of these 'strange noise' videos have been recorded and uploaded by people from many different parts of the globe.

The precise origin and meaning of this phenomenon is, as yet, unknown. Are we dealing with a cosmic version of the 'bell tolling' for life on planet earth, or is there a more mundane explanation?

The impending apocalypse can be prevented..

... If we are ever going to have a peaceful, war-free, terror-free world, we must stop terrorizing helpless animals. As long as we torture and terrorize these innocent creatures we must accept the karmic reaction of ourselves being tortured and terrorized. Therefore it is absolutely required for world peace that every government throughout the world must now criminalize the slaughterhouses. The heinous, atrocious murder of the poor animals must immediately be stopped. If this is not done, what lies ahead for the sinful cow-killing (cow is our mother for the gift of her milk) civilization is indeed very dark and inauspicious. Totally agree with allenb here. It is absurd to attribute our suffering to the killing of one specific species of animal. Humans are meant to eat meat, whether you like to hear that or not. History has shown this to be the case. I am not at all condoning the inhumane slaughter of animals, but eating meat and inhumanity to animals don't have to equate to the same thing. And as allenbe pointed out, you really need to take a good, hard look at the way our fellow HUMANS are treated!

You do know that plants also feel pain, but because you can not hear them it's easier to ignore their pain ? I am not sure who suffers more: animal that has been killed right away and then eaten, or plant that is skinned or cut alive, and eaten while it is still alive by ripping it's living flesh bite by bite ? Vegetarian in terms of being more "humane" is nothing more then delusional myth, because IMHO plants have to suffer way more.

Hi, gaurnitai74, you're right, the mass-murdering of animals is a terrible disaster (actually there are no words to describe) and of course it has consequences for humans. And even if it would not have consequeces for humans it still would be wrong. It's not wrong to kill because you might get caught, it's wrong to kill period.To me it's unbelievable so few people understand, even on the altenative websites.

Man talk about missing the point! guarnitai74 and Paria, you need to read "The Vegetarian Myth" by Lierre Kieth (a vegan for 20 years whose health collapsed and looked deeply into the issues and was shocked at all the disinformation). It's agriculture that has destroyed the planets ecosystems and it probably beyond repair at this point.

Anyway, the only bright side to ignorance is that it can be remedied by learning (unlike stupidity).

Well I'm vegetarian for 29 years and vegan for 19 years and very healthy, last time I was sick is a long time ago. *knock on wood*
But even if it wasn't healthy I'd rather die with a clear conscience then live with a bad one.

Speaking of health, scientists are confrirming more and more that there's a direct link between eating meat and many diseases. especially prion disease, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, MS, Creutzfeldt-Jakob (these 4 may actually be the same disease) cancer and also heart disease.

Paria, I used to believe that eating meat was unhealthy and caused a host of diseases like cancer. That was until I stopped believing and started researching. It is an evil lie that was begun by the unethical "scientist" Ancel Keys who selectively used data that "proved" that higher saturated fat in diets causes heart disease (and many other diseases). This study was so far from being scientific it was laughable.

As SeekinTruth pointed out, you really have no right to feel high-and-mighty about your vegetarian choice when being a vegetarian actually causes MORE suffering of animals and environmental destruction than those who eat meat. Read "The Vegetarian Myth" by Lierre Keith (a vegan herself for a very long time) and prepare to completely change your views (if you have an open mind). But if you choose not to read the book (as I suspect), let me spell it out to you: your conscience may be clear, but the objective FACTS show that your lifestyle is anything but kind to flora and fauna.

Good intentions

Even if you think animal suffering is worse than human suffering or vegetable suffering, even if you don't take into account that it's possible to consume animals that didn't suffer, even if you don't realize that no killing is impossible because it would mean killing yourself, Lierre Keith (author of "The Vegetarian Myth") question is unavoidable "what feeds plants?"

Today their main nutrient is artificial nitrogen. It either comes from petroleum or from animal corpses.

So what's the best solution?
1/ A vegetarian diet including annual grains that require tons of petroleum and corpses (nitrogen), destroys the land (plowing, eradication of local flora, exhaustion of water ressources), leads to wars (control of petrol, acquisition of fertile land), destroys poor economies (flooding of small countries market with subsidized US transgenic grain), and endangers human health (gluten, GMOs, chemicals...)
2/ a paleolithic diet based on grass-fed non tortured animals grazing on naturally occurring, pesticide and fertilizer-free and renewable grass.

I've been vegetarian for 11 years and after reading Lierre Keith book, I can tell she open my eyes on a lot of myths and wrong beliefs I was clinging to. What she said was painful but above all it was true.

I think most vegetarian's heart is in a good place, I think they really want and believe they're doing something good for them, the animals and the planet by choosing this diet. It's just a massive disinformation that led them astray and made them chose a lifestyle that seem ethical, healthy and politically responsible. But if you dig beneath the surface, behind the MSM propaganda you discover that a lot of lies and misunderstanding surround the whole issue.

So gather as many objective data as possible about this topic because as the old saying goes : "hell is paved with good intentions".

First; thanks for report, good work guys.

Second; it never ceases to amaze me that these folks that claim to be more "spiritual" and "peace loving", have such harsh and vehement opinions, and have no problem displaying this ugliness publicly.

You would think that being so "developed" and "evolved" they would understand by now that the only way to really show that your lifestyle is superior is to "live your truth", and to be a shining example in behavior, virtue, and genuine tolerance for "others" who are not yet as enlightened as they are...

... IMO it seems as though the two comments here prove precisely the opposite! ( maybe they should search SoTT for some of the research that is showing a direct correlation between brain damage and excessively narrow minded thinking?)

One other thing...(which may be one of my own "programs" running) but,PLEASE consider ditching the MSM audio/video gimmicks ( once at the beginning is OK, but three times during the report?)...

...I understand you might be using these things to get the attention of certain people with a compromised attention span...but MSM you're NOT!...( its why I like you all so much!)...and the crawl!...what a horrible thing...IMO all its good for is pulling your attention away for what the speaker is saying, and in turn compromises your retention and understanding of whats being said...

I do realize you may be editing after a complete single camera tape is sent to you. I understand it is more work , but in lieu of having two cameras and a director, you could have Joe do the whole report twice, with the camera positioned differently each time, which would give you the ability to do a "camera 2" type cut and paste....just a suggestion.

i feel that we all have been missing the big picture here the truth is the suffering of people and animals alike is wrong, yes but we need to stop focusing on the syptoms of the sickness and treat the illness itself. people and animals dont need our pity they need our compassion. truth in these noises

i myself have witnessed these noises from southern california it was on the night of march 11 2011 8:30-9:00pm pacific time when a quick succesion of booms numbering a score sounded off it was so loud (and quite unsettleing might i add) that my entire household was staring off into the northern sky during and after the event took place for around 2 hours, it seemed to origionate from the north and i immediatelly had an infectious notion enter my mind one that i could not shake even now... that these are the trumpets of lore and you do not have to be religious to accept clearly defined steps and instructions for preserving oneself and ones family thru this ordeal. yern for jesus learn what it truely means to be "christ-like" dont just act it on sunday...live it. it isnt about religion its a way of life. religion is a buisness that has its own personal agenda that people unknowingly contribute to but if you allow his concepts and truths to take root then they will undoubtedly change your lives forever. and remember peace is not freedom from the strom, it is tranquility within it...

what is the big picture telling us?

vengeful cow gods and aliens pulling out heavy equipment aside, what is the big picture telling us?
mass animal die offs, strange out of place weather, increased earthquake and volcanic activity, relentless sun spot activity, strange noises, booms, shakes all over the media. no doubt some of these sky trumpet videos are fake, I've seen at least six of them on you tube that were blatant dubs of Kiev or Bucharest just dubbed onto different scenery.

but some are genuine right? so, how does this all fit together, what does the finished puzzle look like? Is it really that God or nature or whatever force one chooses to believe drives the universe has finally gotten around to checking "human extinction" off the cosmic to do list? or are these just a bunch of random statistical anomalies, a "rough patch" that will straighten itself out in a few years or decades or whatever? I guess normalcy bias would tell us, that because prior to today, the sky has not yet fallen that this will all sort itself out and we will be free to continue our own self destructive behavioral largely involving the printing, movements and distribution of little pieces of fiat paper.

but hey, you never know.

some of these vids ARE faked, infact, the one from 2009 in the vid is the loud thumping of a bass system playing a dance tune: i watched a second vid [now gone] filmed in the same area, at the same time, in a reply to it when it first appeared.
the russian video, very famous to those interested in the topic: is in fact a ship. the building does not show that it is actually quite reasonably close to a port for the noise: again, i cant find the rebuttal, but its OF the ship making the noise.[a really big tanker thing]

Sadly, youtube CANT be a source, due to people 'messing with you' for shits and giggles. A lot, if not most, of the stuff on there is fake, a symptom of our psychopathic society that will go to any length for attention. they dont need a reason, so dont try applying logic: they are psychopathic. they do it for fun. I think not. And Apocalypse would imply that I believe in that book of nonsense. Certainly the earth is undergoing changes as is has for aeons and will continue to do long after man has vanished, or invaded another planet. 2012 is the end of a cycle and the beginning or another. There will be a Dec 22, 2012 and a 23rd and a 24th. And apocalypse will be brought upon humanity by humanity. Foisted upon us by the greedy, self-serving, war mongering and baby-killing Israel followers.

Hello. I just comment when the talk rings inside my ears (not just above on the sky) so here I go folks.

Electromagnetism is all around us, over our heads, under the soil, the ocean... it´s everywhere. N. Tesla discover a way to employ stationary waves on the ionosphere to tap electric power and tried to harness it and provide limitless electric juice for mankind, for free. Who has read his story knows what I´m talking about. One of the effects that electromagnetic waves have on our brains concerns our very way of thinking.. that is, are we are really thinking by ourselves and not just running exogenous mind software that keeps us busy "believing" all the mumbo-jumbo this system is based on? From this same guy´s frustration to provide us all with free energy, came the technology that is being used on our backs to radiate upon us EM pulses and subconsciously create an artificial "feeling" of normality which is more inclined to stress than relax. It is called "The Woodpecker Signal" and it is not just plain rubbish to create misinformation... but the bottom of the matter is this: stationary waves can and are being created; a rise in amplitude can create this very sounds that people are reporting, a change in frequency will only change the pitch, not the case. ¿Are this sounds normal? Common people, at the light of what we are now witnessing, ¿what is normal, anyway?

Now, regarding food, as if it has something to do with the theme on the report, I can comment that I am a vegetarian, but for health reasons. I can said with no concern that I just love meat but I hate the taste of cruelty that it´s embedded in normal cattle´s meat. Not that I actually taste cruelty, but my gut was so dangerously stressed by something (doctors never found what was happening to my guts) that I started to avoid foods, eventually, meat was set aside. Now I have a regular digestion thanks for what I have found is best for me. Beside protein and all that nutriments on meat, we are actually eating pesticides, antibiotics and hormones. Just take a look on poultry. ¿Are you aware of what we are eating? It does not matter from where you get it, GMOs, flour on the water and table salt, MSG, Aspartame, sugar, you name it, it´s all full of hate and brutality. Our tables are being psychopathologically served by the PTB. So I believe it is not a matter of what you eat but from where is it coming. If I had a healthy steak in front of me I would devour it right away, it´s just I don´t trust must food. ¿Do you? In the past families use to have a little ground with farm animals, fruit trees, vegetables... must people with a reasonable status had they own crops of whatever it would be, but now, after two world wars (and another one cooking) we tend to forget this details of what it was to be "normal" human beings, no human cattle... ´cause that´s what we are now. And the animals on the market of today are being feed with the same quality foods that we are, with "scientifically (and officially) validated additives", chemicals to "make it better, faster and more profitable"... maybe even tastier... I believe that animals that feeds us should be treated with respect and nourished with all the love and care they deserve. That would be the best of all meals. The same with plants, trees and the rest of all we call natural resources. But again, as long as there is psychopathology among us we will suffer from every perspective, not just food... or heavenly apocalyptic trumpets.

I have to admit that when I wrote the above comment I haven´t yet heard the actual sound that is being reported from "around the world" with full attention. It has not sound here and so I have not had the actual experience but it makes me remember the sound of a cello or double bass string being played by the action of the friction between the bow and the string. It actually varies in pitch, although very slightly but the volume is huge. Now, I believe that this sound, even if it is only hypothetically, has to do with the sun and some EM waves either from the sun itself or from another source. We have to be aware that sun activity is increasing and that it perhaps has something to do with other levels of galactic order, but there is the story of Phëaton and how he was killed by Jupiter (Zeus) because he was destroying Earth after being allowed by his father, Apollo, to drive his chariot with which he drives the sun over the sky; Phaëton asked his father, the god, to probe him that he was his father by allowing him to ride his fire horses... it was a tantrum that cost his live and the lives of many human beings, plants, animals and perhaps this could be linked to the great flood... In any case, this is the kind of sound that we, mortals, would be hearing all over the planet, and maybe it could be even stronger so watch out for the sun activity, this weird noises, earthquakes and weather changes...

I heard it too...

We live in the mountains of western Colorado and we have heard these noises several times over the last year. It is different each time. The latest incident was about two weeks ago and it sounded like a heavy industrial noise, very loud like a steel mill or shipyard but the sound modulated like it was getting farther away and then coming close again. I want to make clear this was very, very loud. This happened between 3 and 4:30 am. There are no heavy industrial facilities here of any kind. There are sheep, cattle, wealthy retired people and skiing up in Telluride and after sundown it is very quiet here.
I think this would be a good time for random acts of kindness and senseless acts of beauty. Try to be the nicest person in the world. Forgive any and everyone who ever did you wrong. Buy a poor family a couple of bags of groceries. Sit and spend an hour of your time with a homeless person and imagine yourself in their shoes, be a friend. Try to be the kindness, nicest person in the world. In the end what we accumulate in this life means nothing, its what we give that matters.

It's not only greenhouse gas emissions: Washington's new world order weapons have the ability to trigger climate change.

The important debate on global warming under UN auspices provides but a partial picture of climate change; in addition to the devastating impacts of greenhouse gas emissions on the ozone layer, the World's climate can now be
modified as part of a new generation of sophisticated "non-lethal weapons." Both the Americans and the Russians have developed capabilities to manipulate the World's climate.

In the US, the technology is being perfected under the High-frequency Active Aural Research Program (HAARP) as part of the ("Star Wars") Strategic Defence Initiative (SDI). Recent scientific evidence suggests that HAARP is fully operational and has the ability of potentially triggering floods, droughts, hurricanes and earthquakes.

HAARP IS A MASS DESTRUCTIVE WEAPON - NOT PART OF ANY NEGOTIATIONS

From a military standpoint, HAARP is a weapon of mass destruction. Potentially, it constitutes an instrument of conquest capable of selectively destabilising agricultural and ecological systems of entire regions.

While there is no evidence that this deadly technology has been used, surely the United Nations should be addressing the issue of "environmental warfare" alongside the debate on the climatic impacts of greenhouse gases.

Despite a vast body of scientific knowledge, the issue of deliberate climatic manipulations for military use has never been explicitly part of the UN agenda on climate change. Neither the official delegations nor the environmental action groups participating in the Hague Conference on Climate Change (CO6) (November 2000) have raised the broad issue of "weather warfare" or "environmental modification techniques (ENMOD)" as relevant to an understanding of climate change.

The clash between official negotiators, environmentalists and American business lobbies has centered on Washington's outright refusal to abide by commitments on carbon dioxide reduction targets under the 1997 Kyoto protocol.(1) The impacts of military technologies on the World's climate are not an object of discussion or concern. Narrowly confined to greenhouse gases, the ongoing debate on climate change serves Washington's strategic and defense objectives.

"WEATHER WARFARE"

World renowned scientist Dr. Rosalie Bertell confirms that "US military scientists are working on weather systems as a potential weapon. The methods include
the enhancing of storms and the diverting of vapor rivers in the Earth's atmosphere to produce targeted droughts or floods."(2)

Already in the 1970s, former National Security advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski had foreseen in his book "Between Two Ages" that:

"Technology will make available, to the leaders of major nations, techniques for conducting secret warfare, of which only a bare minimum of the security forces need be appraised... Techniques of weather modification could be employed to produce prolonged periods of drought or storm. "

Marc Filterman, a former French military officer, outlines several types of "unconventional weapons" using radio frequencies. He refers to "weather war," indicating that the U.S. and the Soviet Union had already "mastered the know-how needed to unleash sudden climate changes (hurricanes, drought) in the early 1980s." (3) These technologies make it "possible to trigger atmospheric disturbances by using Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) radar [waves]." (4)

A simulation study of future defense "scenarios" commissioned for the US Air Force calls for: "US aerospace forces to 'own the weather' by capitalizing on emerging technologies and focusing development of those technologies to war-fighting applications." From enhancing friendly operations or disrupting those of the enemy via small-scale tailoring of natural weather patterns to complete dominance of global communications and counterspace control, weather-modification offers the war fighter a wide-range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary. In the United States, weather-modification will likely become a part of national security policy with both domestic and international applications. Our government will pursue such a policy, depending on its interests, at various levels. (5)

THE HIGH-FREQUENCY ACTIVE AURAL RESEARCH PROGRAM - HAARP

The High-Frequency Active Aural Research Program (HAARP) based in Gokoma Alaska-jointly managed by the US Air Force and the US Navy-is part of a new generation of sophisticated weaponry under the US Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI). Operated by the Air Force Research Laboratory's Space Vehicles Directorate, HAARP constitutes a system of powerful antennas capable of creating "controlled local modifications of the ionosphere".

Scientist Dr. Nicholas Begich-actively involved in the public campaign against HAARP-describes HAARP as: "A super-powerful radiowave-beaming technology that lifts areas of the ionosphere (upper layer of the atmosphere) by focusing a beam and heating those areas. Electromagnetic waves then bounce back onto earth and penetrate everything-living and dead." (6)

Dr. Rosalie Bertell depicts HAARP as "a gigantic heater that can cause major disruption in the ionosphere, creating not just holes, but long incisions in the protective layer that keeps deadly radiation from bombarding the planet." (7)

MISLEADING PUBLIC OPINION

HAARP has been presented to public opinion as a program of scientific and academic research. US military documents seem to suggest, however, that HAARP's main objective is to "exploit the ionosphere for Department of Defense purposes." (8) Without explicitly referring to the HAARP program, a US Air Force study points to the use of "induced ionospheric modifications" as a means of altering weather patterns as well as disrupting enemy communications and radar.(9)

According to Dr. Rosalie Bertell, HAARP is part of a integrated weapons' system, which has potentially devastating environmental consequences: "It is related to fifty years of intensive and increasingly destructive programs to understand and control the upper atmosphere. It would be rash not to associate HAARP with the space laboratory construction which is separately being planned by the United States. HAARP is an integral part of a long history of space research and development of a deliberate military nature.

The military implications of combining these projects is alarming. The ability of the HAARP / Spacelab/ rocket combination to deliver very large amount of energy, comparable to a nuclear bomb, anywhere on earth via laser and particle beams, are frightening. The project is likely to be "sold" to the public as a space shield against incoming weapons, or, for the more gullible, a device for repairing the ozone layer. (10)

In addition to weather manipulation, HAARP has a number of related uses: "HAARP could contribute to climate change by intensively bombarding the atmosphere with high-frequency rays. Returning low-frequency waves at high intensity could also affect people's brains, and effects on tectonic movements cannot be ruled out. (11).

More generally, HAARP has the ability of modifying the World's electro-magnetic field. It is part of an arsenal of "electronic weapons" which US military researchers consider a "gentler and kinder warfare". (12)

WEAPONS OF THE NEW WORLD ORDER

HAARP is part of the weapons arsenal of the New World Order under the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI). From military command points in the US, entire national economies could potentially be destabilized through climatic manipulations. More importantly, the latter can be implemented without the knowledge of the enemy, at minimal cost and without engaging military personnel and equipment as in a conventional war. The use of HAARP-if it were to be applied-could have potentially devastating impacts on the World's climate.

Responding to US economic and strategic interests, it could be used to selectively modify climate in different parts of the World resulting in the destabilization of agricultural and ecological systems. It is also worth noting that the US Department of Defense has allocated substantial resources to the development of intelligence and monitoring systems on weather changes. NASA and the Department of Defense's National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA) are working on "imagery for studies of flooding, erosion, land-slide hazards, earthquakes, ecological zones, weather forecasts, and climate change" with data relayed from satellites. (13)

POLICY INERTIA OF THE UNITED NATIONS

According to the Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) signed at the 1992 Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro:

"States have, in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations and the principles of international law, the responsibility to ensure that activities within their jurisdiction or control do not cause damage to the environment of other States or of areas beyond the limits of national jurisdiction." (14).

It is also worth recalling that an international Convention ratified by the UN General Assembly in 1997 bans "military or other hostile use of environmental modification techniques having widespread, long-lasting or severe effects." (15) Both the US and the Soviet Union were signatories to the Convention. The Convention defines "environmental modification techniques" as referring to any technique for changing-through the deliberate manipulation of natural processes-the dynamics, composition or structure of the earth, including its biota, lithosphere, hydrosphere and atmosphere or of outer space." (16) Why then did the UN-disregarding the 1977 ENMOD Convention as well as its own charter-decide to exclude from its agenda climatic changes resulting from military programs?

EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT ACKNOWLEDGES IMPACT OF HAARP

In February 1998, responding to a report of Mrs. Maj. Britt Theorin-Swedish MEP and longtime peace advocate--, the European Parliament's Committee on Foreign Affairs, Security and Defense Policy held public hearings in Brussels on the HAARP program.(17) The Committee's "Motion for Resolution" submitted to the European Parliament: "Considers HAARP by virtue of its far-reaching impact on the environment to be a global concern and calls for its legal, ecological and ethical implications to be examined by an international independent body; [the Committee] regrets the repeated refusal of the United States Administration to give evidence to the public hearing into the environmental and public risks [of&] the HAARP program." (18.)

The Committee's request to draw up a "Green Paper" on "the environmental impacts of military activities", however, was casually dismissed on the grounds that the European Commission lacks the required jurisdiction to delve into "the links between environment and defense". (19) Brussels was anxious to avoid a showdown with Washington.

FULLY OPERATIONAL

While there is no concrete evidence of HAARP having been used, scientific findings suggest that it is at present fully operational. What this means is that HAARP could potentially be applied by the US military to selectively modify the climate of an "unfriendly nation" or "rogue state" with a view to destabilizing its national economy. Agricultural systems in both developed and developing countries are already in crisis as a result of New World Order policies including market deregulation, commodity dumping, etc. Amply documented, IMF and World Bank "economic medicine" imposed on the Third World and the countries of the former Soviet block has largely contributed to the destabilization of domestic agriculture. In turn, the provisions of the World Trade Organization (WTO) have supported the interests of a handful of Western agri-biotech conglomerates in their quest to impose genetically modified (GMO) seeds on farmers throughout the World.

It is important to understand the linkage between the economic, strategic and military processes of the New World Order. In the above context, climatic manipulations under the HAARP program (whether accidental or deliberate) would inevitably exacerbate these changes by weakening national economies, destroying infrastructure and potentially triggering the bankruptcy of farmers over vast areas. Surely national governments and the United Nations should address
the possible consequences of HAARP and other "non-lethal weapons" on climate change.
