President Trump asserted his authority on Tuesday and granted a full pardon to George Papadopoulos.

Papadopoulos was hunted down by the Deep State and Mueller's goons for the 'crime' of working on Trump's 2016 campaign.

In September of 2018, George Papadopoulos was sentenced to 14 days in prison, 12 months probation, a $9,500 fine and 200 hours of community service after pleading guilty to one count of making false statements.

Papadopoulos thanked President Trump.

The Pentagon fired back Wednesday at President-elect Joseph R. Biden, calling his claim that the Defense Department is refusing to brief the Biden transition team on key issues a "patently false" allegation.

In a blunt statement released shortly after midnight, senior Pentagon officials said they will resume formal meetings with the Biden transition team in early January, after a holiday break agreed to by both sides.

The statement came in response to claims by the Biden team that it never agreed to a holiday break.

Mr. Biden made headlines on Tuesday by saying "the Defense Department won't even brief us" on key issues, including a massive hack of the federal government that most security and defense officials have attributed to Russia.

The president-elect said his team isn't getting cooperation from the Defense Department and is in the dark on the extent of damage caused by the hack, largely because of President Trump's downplaying of the incident.

"Even if he doesn't take it seriously, I will," Mr. Biden said.

A congressional aide with ties to the Democratic leadership says that Indonesians should be wary of the proposal weeks ahead of Biden's inauguration.

A top Trump administration official wants to leverage development aid to have Indonesia, the world's largest Muslim-majority nation, recognize Israel.

Adam Boehler, the CEO of the U.S. International Development Finance Corp., told Bloomberg that Indonesia could get $1 billion to $2 billion more in development aid if it joins the rush being organized by the Trump administration in its final days to have Arab and Muslim countries openly recognize Israel.

"We're talking to them about it," Boehler said. "If they're ready, they're ready, and if they are then we'll be happy to even support more financially than what we do."

A clinical report of treatment of Alexei Navalny in the Charité Clinic in Berlin reveals that the atropine treatment by Russian doctors at the Omsk Emergency Hospital Number 1 was the same as provided to Navalny by the Germans. No evidence was detected by the Germans of a poison attack on Navalny in the Omsk hospital, as Navalny and the western press have recently alleged.

The British medical journal, The Lancet, published a four-page clinical case report on December 22. It is signed by fourteen doctors, including Kai-Uwe Eckardt (lead image, centre), the head of the Charité clinic's treatment unit who was publicly thanked by Navalny on October 7. Eckardt and David Steindl (lead image, right) are the principal authors; Eckhardt is a specialist on diabetes and kidney transplants. Steindl is a specialist on musculo-skeletal pathologies.

Although the German doctors refer in passing to the treatment of the Salisbury incidents involving Sergei and Yulia Skripal in March 2018, there has been no comparable clinical evidence from the British doctors in public. The German doctors do not report communicating with the British.

The Berlin medical report also reveals that a German doctor was at Navalny's bedside, making tests and reporting the results back to Berlin, without Russian government interference or control, on the afternoon of August 21, the day after after Navalny's hospitalisation in Omsk.

The Berlin doctors now admit they did not detect organo-phosphate poisoning in Navalny's blood, urine or on his skin; they tested no water bottle or clothing evidence which had been brought to Berlin by Navalny's staff on the evacuation aircraft. They also acknowledge they did not know what might have caused "severe poisoning with a cholinesterase inhibitor" until the German armed forces laboratory in Munich reported the Novichok allegation "2 weeks later".

"In an audacious pre-Christmas round of pardons, President Trump granted clemency on Tuesday to two people convicted in the special counsel's Russia inquiry, four Blackwater guards convicted in connection with the killing of Iraqi civilians and three corrupt former Republican members of Congress," the New York Times reports.

UK and EU negotiators have finally agreed a Brexit trade and security deal, just eight days before Britain leaves the bloc's single market and customs union on 31 December.

The eleventh-hour agreement, which only emerged after a litany of missed deadlines, averts a no-deal outcome that would have seen Britain trading on WTO terms with tariffs and quotas applied to its imports and exports.

It represents the largest trade deal ever signed by either side, retaining existing zero-tariff zero-quota arrangements on imports and exports totalling around £668bn a year.

Coronavirus lived on surfaces until it didn't. Masks didn't work until they did, then they did not. There is asymptomatic transmission, except there isn't. Lockdowns work to control the virus except they do not. All these people are sick without symptoms until, whoops, PCR tests are wildly inaccurate because they were never intended to be diagnostic tools. Everyone is in danger of the virus except they aren't. It spreads in schools except it doesn't.

On it goes. Daily. It's no wonder that so many people have stopped believing anything that "public health authorities" say. In combination with governors and other autocrats doing their bidding, they set out to take away freedom and human rights and expected us to thank them for saving our lives. At some point this year (for me it was March 12) life began feeling like a dystopian novel of your choice.

Well, now I have another piece of evidence to add to the mile-high pile of fishy mess. The World Health Organization, for reasons unknown, has suddenly changed its definition of a core conception of immunology: herd immunity. Its discovery was one of the major achievements of 20th century science, gradually emerging in the 1920s and then becoming ever more refined throughout the 20th century.

Herd immunity is a fascinating observation that you can trace to biological reality or statistical probability theory, whichever you prefer. (It is certainly not a "strategy" so ignore any media source that describes it that way.) Herd immunity speaks directly, and with explanatory power, to the empirical observation that respiratory viruses are either widespread and mostly mild (common cold) or very severe and short-lived (Ebola).

Why is this? The reason is that when a virus kills its host, it cannot migrate. The more aggressively it does this, the less it spreads. If the virus doesn't kill its host, it can hop to others through all the usual means. When you get a virus and fight it off, your immune system encodes that information in a way that builds immunity to it. When it happens to enough people (and each case is different so we can't put a clear number on it) the virus loses its pandemic quality and becomes endemic, which is to say predictable and manageable. Each new generation incorporates that information through more exposure.

They claimed it was a short-term, 'emergency' response to the COVID crisis. In March, the UK government announced a massive NHS data deal with private tech firms. Experts warned it could involve an 'unprecedented' transfer of citizens' private health information to controversial private firms like Palantir: a secretive artificial intelligence outfit founded by a Trump-backing billionaire.

During months of ensuing legal correspondence, the government assured us that this 'COVID datastore' would be unwound at the end of the pandemic and the data destroyed. They also assured us that any extension would go out to public tender, in which taxpayers could see and debate the issues at stake.

In a recent interview with DC-based al-Monitor, former U.S. envoy to Syria, James Jeffrey, revealed what many of us already knew and had been writing about long ago. Namely, that American foreign policy is not directed by the President, but by the military industrial complex and the Deep State itself.

In the interview, Jeffrey, who is supposed to work at the behest of the President, stated that he and his team misled the Trump administration during the course of the war in terms of which direction their "strategy" should take.

One revelation was that, while the Trump administration already viewed Iranian influence in Syria as a problem, Jeffrey and his team convinced the administration that there was no way to deal with ISIS (Trump's main goal in Syria) without first dealing with Iran. In other words, the Deep State of which Jeffrey was a mouthpiece directed the president to engage in hostility towards Iran under the guise of providing "stability" to the region and "defeating ISIS."

Nonsensical as the argument may sound to readers of my articles, it apparently worked on the President of the United States.

In the weeks before he landed a deal with a Ukrainian gas company in 2014, Hunter Biden strategized with his business partner on how to leverage an upcoming official trip to Kiev by his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, to clinch the lucrative arrangement, according to emails obtained a year ago by the FBI.
