If you are unclear what's happening, frankly, you aren't paying attention. The central banks, at the urging of the World Economic Forum, have come from behind the shadows to assert their will over the world.

In order to create the imprimatur of depth and sincerity Fungal President Joe Biden tapped former FOMC Chair Janet Yellen as his Treasury Secretary.

It doesn't matter that Yellen was the architect of the worst recovery in history or that her incessant dithering on ending QE and raising rates. She's a woman. Right?

The only good thing about Yellen at Treasury is that Steve "Mr. Goldman" Mnuchin is gone. All Mnuchin did at Treasury was ensure the outsourcing of monetary policy to Blackrock through the loan programs of the CARES Act and sanction anyone who didn't pay Goldman enough Tribute.

So, from that perspective, I guess, Yellen is an upgrade. Because she's just an incompetent career bureaucrat. But what this means is that since personnel is policy in D.C. the central banks will become the center of policy.

If you enjoyed the Global War on Terror, you're going to love the new War on Domestic Terror! It's just like the original Global War on Terror, except that this time the "Terrorists" are all "Domestic Violent Extremists" ("DVEs"), "Homegrown Violent Extremists" ("HVEs"), "Violent Conspiracy-Theorist Extremists" ("VCTEs"), "Violent Reality Denialist Extremists" (VRDEs"), "Insurrectionary Micro-Aggressionist Extremists" ("IMAEs"), "People Who Make Liberals Feel Uncomfortable" ("PWMLFUs"), and anyone else the Department of Homeland Security wants to label an "extremist" and slap a ridiculous acronym on.

According to a "National Terrorism Advisory System Bulletin" issued by the DHS on January 27, these DCEs, HVEs, VCTEs, VRDEs, IMAEs, and PWMLFUs are "ideologically-motivated violent extremists with objections to the exercise of governmental authority" and other "perceived grievances fueled by false narratives." They are believed to be "motivated by a range of issues, including anger over Covid-19 restrictions, the 2020 election results, police use of force," and other dangerous "false narratives" (e.g., the existence of the "deep state," "herd immunity," "biological sex," "God," and so on).

Comment: Well here might be something hopeful to say - and that is that this New Normal / Great Reset / Totalitarian takeover is bound - and we mean - bound to fail - by its own design. It is such a bad proposition that the whole new set of diktats will turn back on their creators in splendorous style; it is THAT wrong-headed. History has shown us the lessons of these types of developments over and over again. Yes there has been, and will very likely be, an incredible amount of harm perpetrated in the process - but some (and perhaps many of us) can get through this troubling time if we remain aware, alert, networked and prepared (as much as possible) for the continued turmoil to come.

And then one day, with any luck, and by the grace of God, we may live to tell the tale of what we witnessed.

It will take an all-out national effort to dismantle the radicalization pipeline that has planted conspiracy theories in the heads of millions of Americans and inspired last month's attack on the Capitol, experts tell Axios' Kyle Daly.

Two key measures that could make a difference:
  • Keeping extremists out of the institutions where they could do the greatest damage — like the military, police departments and legislatures.
  • Providing help for those who have embraced dangerous ideologies.

Comment: Good idea. But they're going after the wrong extremists. The ones to worry about are the ones doing the purging.


Online platforms, meanwhile, must be unwavering in their commitment to root out conspiracy theories and lies that undermine faith in democracy, according to experts interviewed by Axios.
  • Radicalization and counterterrorism experts broadly applaud tech companies' efforts, now under way, to remove this material and the accounts that spread it off their platforms, despite heavy blowback from conservatives.
  • Twitter's decision to ban former President Trump is seen on its own as a major asset in the fight to slow or reverse radicalization.

Comment: Seems a tad...totalitarian, no? And banning Trump will not reverse or slow radicalization. If anything, it will create more of it than existed before (which wasn't very much on the right, at least not when compared to leftist radicalization, which is everywhere).


The U.S. needs a "Marshall Plan against domestic extremism," Daniel Koehler, director of the German Institute on Radicalization and De-radicalization Studies, told Axios.

The Philippines' new military chief says Manila will increase naval forces to protect fishermen after China tells its coast guard to fire on boats in territorial waters it claims.

Manila's announcement comes at a time of rising tensions in the region and with two US carrier strike groups currently in the South China Sea on joint exercises.

The Philippines have objected to an "alarming" new Chinese law that came into effect on February 1 that allows its coast guard to open fire during incursions by vessels into waters Beijing claims for itself.

Georgia election officials have opened up an investigation into former President Donald Trump's January phone call with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger in which Trump urged him to "find" votes so he could overturn the result of the state's presidential election.

"The investigation was prompted by a complaint from George Washington University law professor John Banzhaf III," the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported. "By opening the inquiry, the secretary of state's law enforcement investigators will be looking into allegations involving Raffensperger, who is their boss. Election investigations can take months or years before they're referred to the State Election Board, where Raffensperger is the chairman."

Can't we just all get along? No, apparently. Branding everyone to the right of Woke a "terrorist" and an "insurrectionist," as is the style these days with the sore winner party, will probably not warm a whole lot of hearts and minds among the politically disenchanted. It comes with an odor of desperation, too, as if Joe Biden's consolidated Deep State is so lacking in confidence, even in victory, that it can't distinguish policy from punishment — and so the beatings will continue until morale improves.

Outside the razor-wired DC perimeter, with its bomb-proof bureaucracy, the economy is in freefall. This has not quite come to the attention of a new regime aroused over systemic racism and the pressing need to expand athletic opportunity for transsexuals. But an inferno is racing across the land like a prairie fire and the remaining American buffalo out there may be inclined to stampede before long. Can Ol' White Joe hear their distant hoofbeats from the Oval Office? Maybe not with Nancy Pelosi and AOC screaming in his ears.

The Lincoln Project is back to targeting Donald Trump, waving off recent controversies about their own organization, and warning lawmakers to save their "legacies" and "save America" by voting to impeach the former president.

"For a moment, put aside your fear," announces the new Lincoln Project ad, which is rife with images of the US Capitol building and the riot that occurred there on January 6. The ad directly addresses lawmakers set to vote in Trump's Senate impeachment trial, which kicks off this week, telling them it will be the "most important vote" of their careers and warning that "your legacy is on the line."

Millions of Americans are projected to remain jobless for the next three to four years, according to the Congressional Budget Office (CBO), though President Joe Biden is looking to fill American jobs with foreign workers. In a report released this month, CBO analysts said the number of jobless Americans — all of whom want full-time jobs — will not return to pre-coronavirus levels until around 2024. The CBO report states:
"As the economy expands, many people rejoin the civilian labor force who had left it during the pandemic, restoring it to its pre-pandemic size in 2022. The unemployment rate gradually declines throughout the period, and the number of people employed returns to its pre-pandemic level in 2024."
The CBO analysis projects that while the unemployment rate, which hides the number of total Americans out of the workforce, will return to an average of about four percent between 2024 and 2025. Biden, himself, admitted on camera that the U.S. would not be at "full employment" until 2031. "That's not hyperbole. That's a fact," Biden said.

Comment: The goal is to hobble America by financially castrating it's primary economic engine: the public.

At the beginning of last year, the German Ministry of the Interior worked with several scientists on a strategy to increase fear of corona, in order to foster understanding for drastic corona measures. The newspaper Die Welt reports this on the basis of a leaked email exchange.

Minister of the Interior Seehofer and the scientists involved have so far not responded. Opposition parties demand clarification.
