Obama accused Ronny Jackson of 'betrayal' for talking Biden decline

Ronny Jackson Biden
Former President Barack Obama accused retired Navy doctor and Texas Rep. Ronny Jackson of betrayal for suggesting that President Joe Biden isn't mentally up for the job and should be forced to pass a cognitive test, the Republican has revealed.

In a podcast with fellow Republican Rep. Jim Banks, Jackson said that just 20 minutes after he tweeted a note about Biden's recent mental flubs, the former president wrote him a "scathing" email.

"He just tore me up," said Jackson, who was the White House doctor for former Presidents George W. Bush, Obama, and Donald Trump.

"An entire page about how disappointed he was in me and how it's beneath me as a physician and beneath me as an officer in the military to be attacking Joe Biden like this. And it was a betrayal of the trust that he and his administration put in me and he was so disappointed in me and yada, yada," said Jackson.

Comment: Jackson is just saying what pretty much everyone else in the world is thinking (and saying as well). The left was completely fine when their delusions about Trump's mental fitness were entertained. But it is sure making them uncomfortable when it comes to the real thing!

White House confirms Biden effort to shut down another major pipeline

In this June 8, 2017 file photo, fresh nuts, bolts and fittings are ready to be added to the east leg of the pipeline near St. Ignace as Enbridge prepares to test the east and west sides of the Line 5 pipeline under the Straits of Mackinac in Mackina
The White House confirmed that President Joe Biden is studying the impact of shutting down the Embridge Line 5 pipeline, at a time when fuel prices are up sharply.

White House deputy press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre confirmed that the Biden administration was exploring the idea.

"There is a review and we're waiting," she said during the daily press briefing, when questioned about the administration's position by reporters.

Jean-Pierre first called the reports "not accurate" before admitting to Fox News reporter Peter Doocy there was a study underway about shutting down the pipeline.

"Yes we are," she admitted, stressing that the Biden administration had not made a decision about whether or not to shut it down.

Comment: Golly gee willikers, it's almost as if there is a concerted effort to quicken the collapse of an already teetering economy on the brink of destruction.

Whitewashing Biden's Afghan war crimes

Mistakes were made, but no one did anything wrong.

No one will be held accountable.

This is the result of the Air Force's investigation last week into the drone strike that President Joe Biden authorized. The strike, one of several measures taken to distract the public from the completely incompetent withdrawal of U.S. military personnel from Afghanistan, turned out to target an innocent aid worker and nine others with no apparent terrorist ties, including multiple children. The drone footage shows that the children were visible two minutes before the missile. The excuse offered by Inspector General Sami Said was that it was "100% not obvious" that there were children there. "You have to be like, no kidding looking for it."

"No kidding" — you know, the way you might look for things around a target before launching a missile.

The UK government has lost control of its woke civil service

Alarming reports of the extent of the influence of LGBTQ+ group Stonewall at government departments - seemingly without the knowledge of ministers - beg the question: Who's actually running the British state?

Is it ineptitude or cowardice that has led to a situation where the UK government has lost control over a civil service that is quietly getting on with the project of turning the British state into a woke cultural institution?

The LGBTQ+ lobby group Stonewall is as woke as it gets. And yet despite its illiberal reputation for advocating the policing of language and demanding the usage of pronouns, it is busy re-engineering the culture of the civil service.

Seriously? Pelosi demands CRIMINAL probe into bizarre anime parody meme

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-California) has called for US law enforcement to investigate a Republican colleague who posted a meme anime video depicting himself fighting Democrat leaders.

"Threats of violence against members of Congress and the president of the United States must not be tolerated," Pelosi said on Tuesday in a Twitter post. She urged House minority leader Kevin McCarthy (R-California) to join her in condemning the "horrific video" and calling for criminal and House Ethics Committee investigations.

Comment: Funny isn't it, how memes portraying Trump in the same fashion didn't draw such outrage. Democrat feelings seem to have become more tender in the ensuing years. Could it be they sense the majority of the country is now turning against them?

Will Russiagate spell trouble for the US 'Deep State'?

Allegations he was secretly a Russian-backed Manchurian candidate haunted former US President Donald Trump's time in office. Now, though, long after he left the White House, the claims have gone from farce to clear falsification.

The indictment of Igor Danchenko on Thursday is the latest development in the painfully slow unravelling of the conspiracy behind the Russiagate hoax. At the same time, however, it is also a new window into the workings of the so-called 'deep state' forces that bought into the lies and wielded them like weapons against Trump's presidency.

The scandal began, all accounts show, when Democratic contender Hillary Clinton's campaign hired a private research firm, Fusion GPS, to dig up dirt on its political rival - then-Republican presidential contender Trump. Fusion GPS contracted the work out to former British MI6 agent Christopher Steele.

Comment: One may hope the Russiagate debacle will cause some heads to roll, but likely it will only be those of the foot soldiers. The true PTB are well insulated against any sort of recrimination.

Poland should stand strong and not yield to migrants besieging its border, and it should bill the EU

The EU has two choices now: it can do nothing over the upcoming migrant crisis and wait for things to get only worse, or they can start building frontier walls to manage the migrant inflow properly.

Poland's eastern border with Belarus is under siege, as thousands of migrants attempt to make their way into the European Union. This year alone, 23,000 migrants have attempted to cross into Poland from Belarus - 11,300 of those in October. Now, a further 4,000 have arrived at the frontier and are attempting to make their way over the border, some by using force.

The Poles have responded by erecting a barbed wire fence and deploying 12,000 armed troops to the region. In the longer term, the Polish government has announced its intention to build a 350 million euro border wall that stretches the length of its frontier with Belarus.

Shifty Schiff, champion of disgraced Steele Dossier, is now trying to duck association with it

Schiff

House Intelligence Committee chair Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) has scrambled to spin the Russiagate narrative following the arrest of one of the scandal's major sources, exposing some massive hypocrisy in the bargain.

Schiff acknowledged that anyone who lied to the FBI and to British ex-spy Christopher Steele should be prosecuted during a Tuesday appearance on The View, where he was grilled by Donald Trump's former State Department spokeswoman Morgan Ortagus over his role in the ever-metastasizing Russiagate scandal. However, the California Democrat managed to evade further questioning along that line with a bit of whataboutism, pointing out former president's pardoning of several cabinet officials who had been - in the ex-president's eyes - unfairly imprisoned.

Federal judge rejects Trump's efforts to block Jan. 6 committee from receiving White House docs

A federal judge has rejected a lawsuit by former President Donald Trump seeking to prevent the National Archives from turning over documents to the House Select Committee investigating Jan. 6.

According to numerous reports, Trump's lawsuit attempted to block certain White House documents from being furnished to the committee citing executive privilege.

In her ruling, U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan said the decision to turn over the documents wasn't up to Trump, and that President Biden was "best positioned to determine matters of executive privilege."

"Defendants acknowledge that executive privilege may extend beyond a President's tenure in office, but they emphasize that the privilege exists to protect the executive branch, not an individual. Therefore, they argue, the incumbent President — not a former President — is best positioned to evaluate the long-term interests of the executive branch and to balance the benefits of disclosure against any effect on the ability of future executive branch advisors to provide full and frank advice. The court agrees," Churkan wrote in her ruling.

Biden administration reduced to begging businesses to adopt COVID vax mandates after court block

Federal appeals court paused the rule that the Biden administration attempted to put in place for large workplaces amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
A week after President Biden announced vaccine mandates for roughly 2/3 of the nation's private workforce, the White House on Monday was left asking large companies to adopt their own COVID-19 vaccine mandates after a federal appeals court paused the rule.

White House Deputy Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre insisted that the Biden administration believes it can still win the court battle, but said firms should create their own mandates in the meantime as 26 state attorneys general sue — and as even some Democrats, such as Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly, object to the federal directives.

"We think people should not wait. We say do not wait to take actions that will keep your workplace safe. It is important and critical to do and waiting to get more people vaccinated will lead to more outbreaks and sickness," Jean-Pierre said at the daily White House press briefing.
