SOTT Focus: Israel is Overrun With Covid. The Vaccines Have Failed. The Experiment Must Stop

Israel has always been the most important country to judge the mRNA Covid vaccines.

Why?

It has nearly total adult vaccine coverage. Efforts to blame "the unvaccinated" for whatever is happening won't hold. Israel has good data - far more complete and up-to-date than American figures. And it vaccinates quickly, so whatever impact the vaccines are having rolls through the population (and the data) quickly.

But most of all, Israel matters because Israel was first. It mass vaccinated with Pfizer's mRNA first and it boosted first. And human biology is the same everywhere.

So what happens in Israel happens in all the other mRNA countries eventually. As the chief scientific officer of Pfizer said in September, Israel is a "sort of laboratory" for the vaccines.

Here's how the Israeli experiment is going:

Leaked video shows tense exchange between Border Patrol chief and agents

Tensions rose again Friday between Border Patrol leadership and agents over President Joe Biden's policies on illegal immigration and protecting the U.S.-Mexico border, according to video obtained by the Washington Examiner.

Two days after leaked audio revealed a heated exchange between Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas and Border Patrol agents in the Yuma Sector of Arizona, the fresh footage shows Border Patrol Chief Raul Ortiz in Laredo, Texas, responding to agents accusing Biden administration leaders of hampering their ability to do their jobs and keep people safe.

"We don't give up. We stay focused. We continue to do the job and the mission we all signed up for. We all raised our hand," Ortiz said.

Among the group of agents in attendance, people could be heard getting restless, saying, "It's kind of hard to say that," with another retorting "to defend the Constitution."

Comment: The video offers a rare glimpse of the turmoil within the Border Patrol and the extreme frustration of the agents who obviously do not agree with Washington's policies.

Comment: America has been compromised and betrayed by Biden's policies - the ramifications to unfold for decades.

Man declares himself woman to retire early

A Swiss man reportedly exploited a loophole in the country's new simplified sex-change legislation and registered as a woman so that he could become eligible for a lavish pension a year earlier.

Starting from January 1, a ten-minute-long interview and a payment of 75 Swiss francs (about $80) is enough for a person in Switzerland to change their sex on paper. Such procedures as a physical examination and hormonal testing have been eliminated.

One citizen, a man from the canton of Lucerne in the German-speaking central part of the country, saw this as a good opportunity to profit, the local Luzerner Zeitung reported.

In the wealthy Alpine state, the retirement age for men is 65 years, compared to 64 for women, and the pensions are really high, varying from 13,480 euro (about $15to nearly 27,000 annually.

Marvel and 'Lost' star Evangeline Lilly protests vaccine mandates

Evangeline Lilly

Evangeline Lilly, best known for playing Kate Austen in ABC's drama series "Lost" and for her role as Hope van Dyne/Wasp in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, took to social media to confirm her attendance at a Washington D.C. protest over the weekend in support of "bodily sovereignty." The actress went on to explain that she stands in opposition to government-mandated vaccine policies.

"I believe nobody should ever be forced to inject their body with anything, against their will, under threat of violent attack, arrest or detention without trial, loss of employment, homelessness, starvation, loss of education, alienation from loved ones, excommunication from society...under any threat whatsoever," Lilly wrote in a post published on her Instagram page.

"This is not the way," Lilly added about vaccine mandates. "This is not safe. This is not healthy. This is not love. I understand the world is in fear, but I don't believe that answering fear with force will fix our problems. I was pro choice before COVID and I am still pro choice today."

Beijing locksdown more residential areas, Olympics will be held in "closed loop" bubble

Beijing mask lockdown
© AP Photo/Ng Han GuanA resident wearing a mask to help protect from the coronavirus walks past barricades and tents prepared for mass testing at a neighborhood in Beijing, China, Saturday, Jan. 29, 2022. Chinese are traveling to their hometowns for the Lunar New Year, the country's biggest family holiday, despite a government plea to stay where they are as Beijing tries to contain coronavirus outbreaks.
Beijing officials said Sunday they sealed off several residential communities in the city's northern district after two cases of COVID-19 were found.

Residents in the Anzhenli neighborhood in Chaoyang district were sealed off on Saturday, and will not be allowed to leave their compound.

Beijing is on high alert as it prepares to host the Olympic Games opening on Friday.

While the cases are low compared to other countries in the region, China has double down on its "zero-tolerance" policy, which includes breaking the chain of transmission as soon as it is found.

The city is also setting up 19 points in the area to test residents every day until Friday, officials said at a briefing on the pandemic, according to state-backed Beijing News.

Comment: At the rate they're going, much of the city will be on lockdown come the Olympic opening; in fact, that seems to be just what they're doing:
Meanwhile, the Winter Olympics will be held in a strict "closed-loop" bubble that separates everyone involved in the Games from the wider Chinese population in a bid to reduce the risk of infections leaking out.
One wonders whether the West's current provocations and destabilisation efforts over in Ukraine have had any influence on this decision.

Afghanistan faces imminent famine, issue exacerbated by suspension of foreign aid

Afghanistan
In August, the world watched in shock as the Western-backed Afghan government rapidly collapsed and the country spiraled into chaos, culminating in the Taliban's takeover of the capital, Kabul, and return to power after nearly 20 years.

Since then, Afghanistan has faded from global view. But almost 9 million Afghans are now at risk of famine, and a further 14 million are facing acute hunger, owing to a drought and an economic collapse triggered by the sudden suspension of foreign aid. The World Health Organization warns that 1 million Afghan children are at risk of dying this winter.

In December, the United Nations Security Council passed a resolution exempting humanitarian aid from sanctions against the Taliban. But that is just one piece of the puzzle in addressing the humanitarian and economic crisis in Afghanistan. The global community is facing an urgent challenge to prevent mass starvation and avoid a complete collapse of basic services.

Comment: That's perhaps how aid efforts should be conducted, however the West has proven time and again that they will subvert aid programs in order to further their hegemonic goals, whatever the cost: And check out SOTT radio's: NewsReal: Kabul Airport Atrocity - What Actually Happened?

Shocking video shows ruptured oil pipeline flooding Coca River in Peru

oil spill peru
Coca River oil spill
Indigenous leaders and environmentalists in the Ecuadorian Amazon said Saturday that oil released by the rupture of a pipeline is flowing into the Coca River.

Pablo Fajardo, an attorney who sued oil giant Texaco (now a unit of Chevron) of behalf of communities damaged by drilling operations, told Efe that residents spotted oil in the water.

Globs oil are visible in "videos from the Panduyacu community, which is on the banks of the Coca River and is one of the closest" settlements to the site of the break in the OCP pipeline, he said.

Comment: As you'll see in the videos below, much more oil was spilt than 'globs'. And this comes just two years after a similar spill.

Comment: Oil is critical to both the local and international economy, but its use should come with culpability. One of the few countries taking environmental responsibility seriously, and pragmatically - because our civilization will collapse without fuels like oil and nuclear power - is Russia that recently enacted legislation that will block the profits of companies that destroy the environment, fining one mining giant $2 billion for negligence that caused a fuel spill.

The pressure campaign on Spotify to remove Joe Rogan reveals the religion of liberals: Censorship

joe rogan bernie sanders
Joe Rogan interviews Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) on Aug. 6, 2019, roughly six months before he endorsed the Vermont independent for president.
American liberals are obsessed with finding ways to silence and censor their adversaries. Every week, if not every day, they have new targets they want de-platformed, banned, silenced, and otherwise prevented from speaking or being heard (by "liberals," I mean the term of self-description used by the dominant wing of the Democratic Party).

For years, their preferred censorship tactic was to expand and distort the concept of "hate speech" to mean "views that make us uncomfortable," and then demand that such "hateful" views be prohibited on that basis. For that reason, it is now common to hear Democrats assert, falsely, that the First Amendment's guarantee of free speech does not protect "hate speech." Their political culture has long inculcated them to believe that they can comfortably silence whatever views they arbitrarily place into this category without being guilty of censorship.

Constitutional illiteracy to the side, the "hate speech" framework for justifying censorship is now insufficient because liberals are eager to silence a much broader range of voices than those they can credibly accuse of being hateful. That is why the newest, and now most popular, censorship framework is to claim that their targets are guilty of spreading "misinformation" or "disinformation." These terms, by design, have no clear or concise meaning. Like the term "terrorism," it is their elasticity that makes them so useful.

Cash injection: NY nurses busted for forging vax cards in $1.5M scheme

© CBS New YorkInvestigators uncovered $900,000 in cash at Julie DeVuono’s home, as financial records at the home allegedly showed the duo made off with more than $1.5 million profits.
Two Long Island healthcare workers were busted for allegedly forging COVID-19 vaccination cards in a cash injection scheme that raked in over $1.5 million, according to officials and reports.

Julie DeVuono, a 49-year-old nurse practitioner, and Marissa Urraro, a 44-year old licensed practical nurse, are accused $220 for fake cards for adults and $85 for children, the Suffolk County Police Department said Friday.

"As nurses, these two individuals should understand the importance of legitimate vaccination cards as we all work together to protect public health," Suffolk County Police Commissioner Rodney K. Harrison said.

The women allegedly ran the scam from November 2021 until this month, out of Wild Child Pediatric Healthcare in Amityville, which is owned and operated by DeVuono, the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office told NBC 4.

Thousands opposed to COVID-19 rules converge on Parliament Hill

A convoy of thousands of truckers and other protesters converged on Parliament Hill Saturday to call for an end to COVID-19 vaccine mandates and other public health restrictions — a raucous demonstration that has police on high alert for possible violence even as organizers urge the crowd to be peaceful.

Hundreds of protesters on foot flooded into the parliamentary precinct on Saturday in the midst of an extreme cold warning, joining a lineup of truckers that started to arrive on the scene late Friday night.

They were later joined by other drivers and demonstrators from all regions of the country that, in some cases, travelled thousands of kilometres to take their message to the streets outside of the Prime Minister's Office in the downtown core.

Police said as many as 10,000 people were expected to be on hand by day's end, but by Saturday evening the force did not have an official estimate of the crowd's size. Also that evening, the group organizing the convoy sent out a schedule for Sunday events, including a prayer and press conference.
