Ferras Hamad has accused Mark Zuckerberg's company of bias and discrimination...

A former engineer has accused Meta - the parent company of Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp - of being biased against Palestinians, according to Reuters.

Ferras Hamad filed a lawsuit in California on Tuesday, alleging discrimination and wrongful termination. He had been an engineer on Meta's machine learning team from 2021 until February.

Meta was deleting internal employee messages by Palestinian-Amerians that mentioned the deaths of their relatives in Gaza and investigated their use of Palestinian flag emojis, Hamad alleged. By contrast, no such investigations were launched into employees using Israeli or Ukrainian flags, he said.

According to Hamad, he was fired after pointing out irregularities with an emergency procedure for handling "site events" (SEV), when it resulted in restrictions on Instagram posts by Palestinian personalities. In one case, he said in the complaint, a short video by photojournalist Motaz Azaiza showed a destroyed building in Gaza, but Meta had labeled it as pornographic.

DOJ indicts doctor who exposed the barbarism of 'Gender-affirming care'

Eithan Haim blew the whistle on Texas Children's Hospital's illegal child sex-change program. Now he's being prosecuted.

A few years ago, Texas Children's Hospital made no secret of its support for transgender medicine. Its doctors proudly administered puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and other medical interventions to children who self-identified as "trans."

Then the tone shifted. In the face of public pressure, CEO Mark Wallace announced that he was shutting down the child gender clinic. But doctors at the hospital, including Richard Ogden Roberts, David Paul, and Kristy Rialon, never stopped.

The public would not have known if not for a courageous surgeon, Eithan Haim, who felt morally obligated to expose the subterfuge. He contacted me about how the hospital had lied about terminating the transgender medicine program, and that doctors were, in fact, continuing to perform sex-change procedures on children as young as 11.

Comment: Haim threatened to shut down a surging source of illegal income.

Boeing plane engine bursts into flames during takeoff at Toronto Pearson Airport

An Air Canada Boeing plane burst into flames immediately after takeoff on Wednesday night at the Toronto Pearson Airport.

Flight AC872 was en route to Paris when the frightening deal occurred. The plane's engine began spewing fire and prompted an emergency landing just thirty minutes after departure, according to the Daily Mail.

"Holy crap!" gasped an individual who captured the terrifying incident on video, which showed flames shooting out of the engine shortly after leaving the runway.

"We've got an engine fire," the man could be heard saying in the video. "Holy sh*t!"

Comment: Boeing malfunctions appear too numerous to be accidental. Is the company incompetent, negligent...or something else?

Transgender who killed 6 at Nashville school bought guns with federal grant money

A report from the Tennessee Star indicates that Audrey Hale, the 28-year-old transgender woman who shot and killed six people on March 27, 2023, bought her guns with federal grant money.

CNN noted that Hale bought a total of seven guns "between October 20, 2020, and June 6, 2022," and all were legally purchased.

The Tennessee Star quoted 99.7 WTN afternoon radio host Brian Wilson noting that Hale allegedly "took money from an education grant she received to purchase her weapons and to pay for training at a local gun range."

Hale hid the guns in her family home and, a day after the heinous shooting, her parents said they were unaware. They thought Hale had a bought one gun in the past, then sold it.

But Hale had guns and she took three of them with her to carry out the heinous attack. And despite numerous establishment media reports, including CNN, which claimed Hale "was in possession of an AR-15 military-style rifle" in the school, she did not possess an AR-15 rifle during the attack.

France's credit rating downgraded, 'negative outlook' had been looming for several quarters

Ratings agency Standard & Poor's downgraded France's credit score on Friday citing a deterioration in the country's budgetary position, a blow to Emmanuel Macron's government days before EU parliamentary elections.

In a statement, the American credit assessor justified its decision to drop France's long-term sovereign debt rating from "AA" to "AA-" on concerns over lower-than-expected growth.

It warned that "political fragmentation" would make it difficult for the government to implement planned reforms to balance public finances and forecast the budget deficit would remain above the targeted three percent of GDP in 2027.

Comment: It's notable that the most of the Western nations that have slid into recession are also those that unleashed an unprecedented economic war on Russia; they're spending a hundred billion dollars and more on the failing proxy war in Ukraine; and some of them are even branching out into genocide with Israel in Gaza:

3 Israeli captives were killed in Al-Nuseirat refugee camp massacre

In the aftermath of an Israeli military offensive in the Al-Nuseirat refugee camp, the Palestinian resistance announced the deaths of three Israeli captives, including one with dual citizenship.

In a video posted on its Telegram channel Sunday, Hamas' armed wing, al-Qassam Brigades, said that three captives, including a US citizen, were killed during an Israeli military operation on Saturday.

The raid also resulted in the liberation of four other captives.

The operation began around 11 a.m. local time (0800 GMT) in the bustling market area of Nuseirat. Reports indicated that American forces, alongside Israeli occupation forces, infiltrated the camp using a truck disguised for humanitarian purposes, originating from the American floating pier.

Comment: A number of released hostages described how they were well treated - sometimes even better than Hamas themselves - but also that they were close to being hit during Israel's near-indiscriminate attacks on civilians, and so this was a predictable outcome: US cell IN Israel helped rescue 4 hostages, operation included airstrikes that killed 210 Gazans in Nuseirat refugee camp massacre

VW takes €60 billion out of the EV budget and puts it back into combustion cars

EV Wreck

EV manufacturers are backing away slowly from the Great EV Debacle

The government commanded the EV bubble, but even with billions in subsidies, schemes and advertising the chemistry didn't obey. Somehow, even with legislation, the right discoveries didn't discover themselves on cue.

VW has decided to use one third of its EV development money to develop a better fuel car instead.

Hey, it's only 60,000 million Euro.
VW Will Spend Billions of Its EV Development Budget on Gas Engines

By: Adrian Padeanu, Motor1.com

Of the €180 billion ($196 billion) set aside in 2023 primarily for next-generation EVs, the German brand will now use one-third to continue the development of combustion engines. The announcement comes from Arno Antlitz, the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at the Volkswagen Group. The company intends to spend roughly €60 billion ($65 billion) to "keep our combustion cars competitive."

It's a stark departure from the previous plan announced in late 2022 to build and sell only electric cars in Europe from 2033.
Only a year ago Volkswagon was confident it could build a cheaper EV. But a month ago they reported a 20 percent fall in first quarter profits.

Judge won't block North Dakota's ban on gender-affirming care for minors

north dakota ban gender affirming transgender minors children

A North Dakota law banning gender-affirming care for children will continue to be enforced pending a court challenge, but any kids whose treatments began before the law took effect in April 2023 can keep getting the care, according to a judge's ruling released Wednesday.

Judge Jackson Lofgren denied a preliminary injunction sought by families seeking to overturn the law, as he had previously done in November when the plaintiffs sought a temporary restraining order.

The plaintiffs said a grandfather clause in the law is so vague it led providers to stop treatments in the state, but the judge made clear those minors can continue any medical care they had before the law took effect.

It isn't clear that the plaintiffs are "substantially" likely to win their case, now scheduled for a November trial, on claims that the law violates rights to parent or to personal autonomy and self-determination, the judge said.

Comment: Another insane woke agenda is slowly being beaten back.

A recording of Jimmy Kimmel's late-night show featuring US Vice President Kamala Harris was disrupted by anti-Israel protesters who shouted her down on Tuesday, accusing her of supporting "genocide" in Gaza.

A video of the incident was shared by the anti-war Code Pink group, which describes itself as a "feminist grassroots organization" devoted to ending "US warfare and imperialism."

In the footage, several activists can be heard interrupting the recording of the show by shouting out "Stop the genocide" and "You're a murderer" at Harris.
