Has Vladimir Putin just established a different World Order?

One can only imagine how much the Kremlin enjoyed a print of a Radio Free Liberty/Radio Free Europe article headed "Oil War And Peace: A Russian-Saudi Standoff Is Over โ€” At What Cost To The Kremlin?"

Yet, nobody in the business of geopolitics knows RFE/RL stories are a two-way mirror that reflects the truth from the biggest lie while offering an unexpected view of the people behind America's propaganda circus. After all, who in the world believes Vladimir Putin ever made a bad deal for Russian business expansion? If the US State Department says Russia lost out or made a mistake, you can bet your last dollar, euro, or ruble Putin just outwitted someone at the top. And in the case of the recent oil cutback, a US president begged for, the Russian leader came out in the catbird seat once again. The real story comes at the end of the propaganda piece by RFE/RL:

Political bias: WHO lists Israel as 'European' in Covid-19 situ reports

Previously, the World Health Organisation was called out by Washington for allegedly "mishandling" its early response to the coronavirus pandemic and minimising the gravity of the outbreak, with the Trump administration mulling plans to temporarily freeze funding to the agency.

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic and a barrage of criticism aimed at the World Health Organisation (WHO) over its early response to the outbreak of the novel respiratory disease, the agency has now been slammed for allegedly manifesting a political prejudice towards Israel, reports Fox News.

The United Nations agency, which focuses on global health, issues regular coronavirus situation reports, where the State of Israel is listed as being in the "European Region" alongside Spain, Italy, France, and Germany. Its geographical neighbours, including Jordan, Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon, however, are all categorised as being in the Eastern Mediterranean Region.

The "Occupied Palestinian Territory" is listed under its own category - "territories".

There has not been an official response from WHO to the report.

Comment: Israel always has someone to blame - a necessary standard pathological rhetoric to deflect its actions.

The development comes as Iran finds itself battling on two fronts: firstly against the coronavirus crisis, that has so far infected over 88,000 Iranians and killed 5,574, and secondly against an increasingly assertive American presence in the Persian Gulf.

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani declared on Saturday that his country is closely watching U.S. activities in the Middle East but would not start a conflict in the region.

"The Islamic Republic of Iran follows America's activities and movements closely but it will never be the one that starts conflict and tension in the region," President Rouhani reportedly said during a telephone conversation with Qatar's ruler, Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad al-Thani.

Kim Jong Un in 'vegetative state', Japanese media claims; China medical experts dispatched to North Korea

Kim Jong Un
Kim Jong Un's health appears could be more serious than initially believed, according to reports.

Reports emerged earlier this week that Kim was gravely ill following heart surgery, although that has since been disputed. However, Japanese media now claims that Kim is in a vegetative state following a stent procedure.

Japanese magazine Shukan Gendai reported that Kim collapsed during a visit to a rural area in April. Kim reportedly required a stent procedure following the incident.

New evidence surfaces supporting the credibility of Tara Reade's allegation against Biden

A new piece of evidence has emerged buttressing the credibility of Tara Reade's claim that she told her mother about allegations of sexual harassment and assault related to her former boss, then-Sen. Joe Biden. Biden, through a spokesperson, has denied the allegations. Reade has claimed to various media outlets, including The Intercept, that she told her mother, a close friend, and her brother about both the harassment and, to varying degrees of detail, the assault at the time. Her brother, Collin Moulton, and her friend, who has asked to remain anonymous, both confirmed that they heard about the allegations from Reade at the time. Reade's mother died in 2016, but both her brother and friend also confirmed Reade had told her mother, and that her mother, a longtime feminist and activist, urged her to go to the police.

In interviews with The Intercept, Reade also mentioned that her mother had made a phone call to Larry King Live on CNN, during which she made reference to her daughter's experience on Capitol Hill. Reade told The Intercept that her mother called in asking for advice after Reade, then in her 20s, left Biden's office. "I remember it being an anonymous call and her saying my daughter was sexually harassed and retaliated against and fired, where can she go for help? I was mortified," Reade told me.

After yesterday's Coronavirus Task Force press briefing, the media quickly seized on a discussion over potential treatments for the coronavirus COVID-19 where the president asked about the potential for a disinfectant injection.
"And then I see the disinfectant where it knocks it out in a minute. One minute. And is there a way we can do something like that, by injection inside or almost a cleaning?" The President said. "So it'd be interesting to check that."
The President told a group of reporters Friday that he was being sarcastic.

Nunes to DOJ: 'Obama's dossier' part of the criminal referrals for Trump-Russia probe

In April of 2019, ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, Devin Nunes (R-CA) sent a notification to the Justice Department about eight criminal referrals of individuals who can be blamed for the origins of the Trump-Russia investigation. Shortly after, on May 1st, Attorney General William Barr announced the Justice Department opened "multiple criminal leak investigations" relating to the handling of the Russia collusion investigation.

Nunes has just revealed that one of the criminal referrals he sent focuses on "whether or not intelligence was manipulated for political purposes." Specifically, Nunes is referring to the 158-page "bipartisan" report the intelligence community put together on alleged Russian election interference in 2017. Nunes refers to the report as "Obama's dossier" and told Fox Business' Lou Dobbs that it was "suspect' the U.S. intelligence community put it together in a matter of several weeks, at the behest of former President Barack Obama."

A cyber security report debunks the accusation that the Trump campaign and Vladimir Putin were communicating secretly via Alfa Bank servers

A report released Friday by top cyber-security experts concludes, as did Special Counsel Robert Mueller, that the 2016 Trump presidential campaign did not secretly communicate with the Russian government via a computer server belonging to Russia's Alfa Bank.

In the report by the cyber consulting firm Ankura, cyber experts determined that the communication from Alfa Bank to servers on the U.S. East Coast were going to a company that runs marketing activities for several global hotel chains, including, for a number of years, the Trump Hotels - not servers owned or operated by the Trump campaign.

Mueller, when asked during a hearing in the summer of 2019 about allegations that Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin were exchanging covert communications via the Alfa Bank server, said, "I believe it's not true."

Lawsuits claim Bank of America, Wells Fargo, others shuffled stimulus loans for profit

Bank of America and Wells Fargo were among those accused of maximizing the fees these were paid to participate in the Paycheck Protection Program.
In a series of class-action lawsuits filed in California and New York over the past week, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank and JPMorgan Chase were accused of maximizing the fees they were paid to participate in the Paycheck Protection Program at the expense of mom-and-pop-sized small businesses.

The suits allege that the banks submitted larger loans to the Small Business Administration ahead of smaller ones, leading to bigger small businesses getting greater access to PPP funds before the program ran out of funding this month.

Banks are supposed to process the applications first-come, first-served.
