CIA spooks used PSI to scout Mars, spy on Martians

Recently declassified CIA files reveal that at some point the agency actually attempted to employ extrasensory perception (ESP) to scout out Mars.

Last month the CIA published over 13 million documents which, along with details of more conventional espionage operations, contained the records of the agency's more esoteric pursuits such as investigations into UFO sightings and studies into the use of ESP.

One such document reveals how the CIA, apparently dissatisfied with spying only on the people of Earth in the present, turned its attention to prehistoric Mars, and on May 22, 1984 performed a scrying of the red planet's ancient past with the help of a clairvoyant.

According to the document, the clairvoyant who took part in the experiment was given a sealed envelope containing a 3x5 card with the following information: "The planet Mars. Time of interest approximately 1 million years B.C."

The subject however was prohibited from opening the envelope before the end of the experiment, and the exact geographical coordinates of the areas his CIA handlers chose to survey were given to him verbally.

A remote viewing of the first site revealed an okra-colored "pyramid or a pyramid form," as well as what looked like a dust storm that was apparently an "after effect of a major geologic problem."

Further scryings of other areas revealed giant structures,

a giant stone marker resembling the Washington Monument,

and some structures that looked like aqueducts.

Peeking inside one of the Martian pyramids, the clairvoyant discovered that it contained "different chambers" that appeared to be almost completely stripped of furnishings and looked like some kind of very functional hibernation area.

The denizens of Mars observed by the scryer turned out to be "thin and tall" but at the same time "very large people" wearing "some kind of strange clothes."

One can only wonder what kind of value the information obtained during this scrying experiment has, especially considering the fate of the Stargate Project - a secret US military unit established by DIA in 1978 to investigate the potential for psychic phenomena in military and domestic intelligence applications. The program was shut down in 1995 after a CIA report revealed that the unit was never useful in any intelligence operation, having already cost the US taxpayers millions of dollars.

Laura Since receiving my stones, especially my dreamstone, I have been having more and more dreams of something monumental heading our way shortly. All of these dreams had different people or beings becoming part of the earth's population and integrating with humans on a social level.

I don't feel any fear in connection with this 'invasion', but more of a sense of frustration about losing space on this already crowded planet.

Take that as you may, but these dreams feel very portentous to me.

Baybars There is a train of thought(conspiracy theory) that around a million years bc there was a planetary catastrophe of some sort (possibly caused by an alien technology) that caused the major "scarring" we see today towards the equatorial regions, and finished the depletion of the martian atmosphere. Do I believe in this? I am open to it but do not give it much credence. Geologic evidence and timelines do not jive well, but this program was before we had much mars data. Maybe this is the origins of that theory.

When I read stories like this, I'm always disappointed that no one brings up the "ENKI - Sumerian Clay Tablet Texts".

Whatever one thinks of Zecharia Sitchin and his work, one must remember that Sitchin did not write these texts - he only presents them at face value with the best translations he could apply. (And let's not forget the expeditions into Iraq in the Bush days, who were looking for all of these clay tablets they could find. At one count, hundreds of thousands have been discovered.)

That being said, in reading the texts, much is revealed about this apparently first Earth expedition by an outside civilization which gave birth to what we now call "humanity".

The texts chronicle the arrival, settlement, purpose and daily lives of our progenitors in ancient times.

1 million BC? Well, no dates are given directly in the texts; but, other facts and clues are given and, should one read the whole story, also information of terrible wars in our distant past both on Earth and on Mars - and way stations on Mars, exiles to Mars and even an outpost on the Moon, used to escape punishment for some ill deeds here.

The texts answer many long held questions for me and I would recommend, as tedious as it seems sometime, this is a must-read.
