Science media now showing changes in Earth's atmosphere are connected and cyclical, especially that more and more reports out are focused on extreme floods. This is the drip feed to tell you that the intensification of the Grand Solar Minimum will continue. Rare tornadoes in three parts of the world in the same week, five foot hail in Mexico, massive floods in Mali desert west Africa and flood maps being changes in cities across the planet to look at the once in a 500 year flood for insurers.

The Climate Revolution is a 'Must Read' for understanding our Sun driven climate as we progress deeper into the new Eddy Grand Solar Minimum. Weather extremes leading to Global food scarcity and high food prices are here now, and this book describes the expected changes, how to survive & thrive during future challenging times with practical preparations.

Surge in sick, hungry sea lions off California coast puzzles marine biologists

sea lion
A rise in the number of ailing and malnourished sea lions along the California coastline has marine experts somewhat puzzled, KNTV reports.

About 130 sea lions and pups are now being treated at the Marine Mammal Center in Sausalito, California, KRON reported.

The center normally treats 50 to 70 young sea lions from April to June, said Greg Frankfurter, wildlife veterinarian at the facility, KNTV reported.

Some of the adult California sea lions may be suffering from domoic acid poisoning, related to toxic algae blooms in the ocean, according to the station. But experts aren't sure why they're also seeing more malnourished pups.

New all-time July cold record in the Netherlands

frost
Summer seems to have temporarily fled the Netherlands. Where last week saw record high temperatures, residents of Eastern Netherlands woke up to a frost covered landscape on Thursday. At the former air base in Twente, a minimum of -1.6 degrees Celsius was measured - a record low for July, according to Weerplaza.

This is only the seventh time since Dutch meteorologists started taking temperature measurements at a height of 10 centimeters in 1971 that there has been frost in the Netherlands in July. The last two times were on 9 and 10 July 2015, and before that on July 1st, 1984.

Cherry harvest in Spanish Calderechas Valley severely hit by April frosts - up to 90% lost

frost damage
The cherry production in the Calderechas Valley has been reduced as a result of the severe frosts of the month of April. "The losses in some places amount to around 90% of the production. In a normal year, around 200,000 kilos are harvested, but this year, the total figure will barely exceed the 60,000 kilos," said Eduardo Hernando, technical director of the Calderechas Valley Guarantee Mark.

Despite the lower volume, the price is not expected to increase. The region's lower areas have been the most hit by the frosts of the past few months, and in the high areas, the producers will be able to pick cherries until mid-August.

The heat of recent days hasn't been too much of a concern for the entrepreneurs, as the high temperatures haven't taken a toll on the harvest and the quality of the cherries hasn't been affected.

Several large trucks ended up swallowed inside what officials believe may be a sinkhole in central Florida early Wednesday.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office said the hole opened up around 1 a.m. on private property along Boggy Creek Road, located near Orlando International Airport.

Deputies arriving at the scene discovered "a large fracture in the ground between two lakes that had collapsed" that is estimated to be at least 30-feet wide.

The Orange County Fire Rescue said on Twitter that several trucks had been swallowed.

An incredible timelapse of satellite footage shows two of Earth's greatest phenomenons, a category-4 hurricane and a solar eclipse, moving across our planet at the same time.

Satellite cameras tracked the magnificent total solar eclipse as it passed over Argentina and Chile on July 2, while also catching a major hurricane as it percolated in the Pacific Ocean.

A rare tornado that hit Kaiyuan, Tieling in Northeast China's Liaoning Province on Wednesday afternoon has killed 6 and injured 120 as of press time.

An industrial zone in the Tiexi district of Kaiyuan was the most severely-hit, with private vehicles upturned and windows in residential compounds shattered. Power in some areas of Tiexi district was also cut by the extreme weather, The Beijing News reported.

Search and rescue work has begun after the local emergency management department received a report that some were stuck under the ruins of factory buildings, the Beijing News said.

Multiple trees were uprooted at a highway in the city, Liaoning local media reported.

Ambulances, firefighters and police have been also dispatched.

Comment: Other rare, unseasonal and very large tornadoes have formed around the planet in recent times including: Study: Tornado outbreaks are increasing - but scientists don't understand why. A coauthor of this paper states "What's pushing this rise in extreme outbreaks is far from obvious in the present state of climate science."

A couple of years ago other climate scientists were saying hurricane Harvey "should serve as a warning", as they continue to push the man-made climate change/global warming lie. They are not considering the importance of atmospheric dust loading and the winning Electric Universe model in their research.

Such information and much more, are explained in the book Earth Changes and the Human Cosmic Connection by Pierre Lescaudron and Laura Knight-Jadczyk.
The accumulation of cometary dust in the Earth's atmosphere plays an important role in the increase of tornadoes, cyclones, hurricanes and their associated rainfalls, snowfalls and lightning. To understand this mechanism we must first take into account the electric nature of hurricanes, tornadoes and cyclones, which are actually manifestations of the same electric phenomenon at different scales or levels of power.
