They still can't get the CGI right. How is a cloud that size supposed to be spectacularly immune to a shadow cast upon it?
The boys running the CGI supercomputer at JPL still can't decide how big the shadow is supposed to be, especially in comparison to the "Great American Eclipse" last year (70 mile diameter shadow... Pfft!) with it's gigantic photoshopped "umbra". But wait! If the sun and moon are exactly the same size from a viewers perspective on Earth then how could an umbra possibly form. The diagrams that we are taught at school shows the sun way bigger than the moon with lines criss crossing to create an umbra but if the two are exactly the same size in the sky (taking distance into consideration) and with Sun's rays arriving at Earth less than three degrees off of parallel then explain to me how such a huge umbra can exist and further, how the moon's shadow could possibly be so small when the moon is a third the size of Earth. Look at the moon shadows on Jupiter - they are more or less the same size shadows as the natural satellites that cast them and with very little umbra. Why is the Earth/Moon example so spectacularly divergent from the very evidence we see everywhere else? Perhaps because the CGI follows a flawed scientific explanation that the astrophysicists can't see for their own cognitive dissonance?
