'Dossier' on anti-mask parents ends badly for Arizona school board president

A school board president in Arizona, accused of maintaining a secret online dossier containing personal information about parents, has been voted out by board members after refusing to resign.

On Monday, the Scottsdale Unified School district (SUSD) governing board voted 4-1 in favor of booting Jann-Michael Greenburg out as school board president. Greenburg himself was the only member objecting to his removal.

"It is important to me that each member of our SUSD community is heard. This input helps us build and maintain a learning environment where our students can thrive," Greenburg said, adding that people should not rush to make a judgement and claiming that the board did not have all the facts yet.

Comment: The google drive dossier included parent's financial records, photos of their children, social security numbers, and a divorce proceeding. These people are not public officials but regular parents who have opposed the schools positions on things like mask mandates and CRT, and they quite justly felt that the 'dossier' was being used as an intimidation tactic against them.

Prosecution's star witness in Rittenhouse case is a career criminal but had charges DROPPED just six days before trial began

grosskreutz
The prosecution's star witness in the Kyle Rittenhouse case had a criminal charge dismissed just six days before the trial's start, meaning the jury had no insight into his extensive criminal record nor his history of lying to police, DailyMail.com can reveal.

Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger was well aware of this when he paraded Gaige Grosskreutz, 28, the third man shot on the night of August 25, 2020, as a paragon of selfless virtue. He was a paramedic, the court heard, just there that evening to provide medical aid, as he claimed to have done at countless other protests across the country.

In fact, DailyMail.com has learned, he is a violent career criminal with a laundry list of prior offenses and convictions stretching back more than a decade.

These include domestic abuse, prowling, trespass, two DUIs, felony burglary and two charges of carrying a firearm while intoxicated - one of which took place when he was banned as a felon from carrying a firearm.

Comment: While the prosecution pulled a number of tricks with trying to depict Grosskreutz as some kind of hero in an 'active shooter' case, his testimony was actually quite supportive for the defense. See this video from Bombards Body Language:

More than 10,000 Australians have filed claims for coronavirus vaccine injury

vaccination Australia
The government is facing more than 10,000 compensation claims for COVID-19 vaccine injuries.
Taxpayers are facing a hefty bill for rare but significant coronavirus vaccine injuries, with at least 10,000 people planning to claim under the federal government's no-fault indemnity scheme.

Services Australia is building an online portal, to be launched next month, for uncapped claims above $5000 from those who suffered injury and loss of income due to their COVID-19 vaccine, with compensation for medical costs and lost wages to be paid by the government.

Shine Lawyers head of medical negligence Clare Eves said the amount of the claims "could be really significant" for people who experienced rare but serious adverse vaccine reactions, such as stroke and inflammation of the heart.

"Adverse events, even though they happen to a tiny proportion of people, for the people it does impact it's really quite devastating," Ms Eves said.

'Tools of white supremacists': How Democrats degrade blacks who don't obey

© Reuters / Elizabeth FrantzRepublican candidate Winsome Sears celebrates winning the race for Lt. Governor of Virginia as she introduces Republican candidate for Governor Glenn Youngkin during an election night party in Chantilly Virginia, U.S., November 3, 2021.
It's racist, stupid, and plain wrong for black Democrats to label Virginia's admirable lieutenant governor 'dangerous' and a 'blackface'. How dare they discredit the achievements of a bright black woman.

In her Virginia victory speech, newly elected Lt. Governor Winsome Sears, who ran as a Republican, said.
"When I was in the Marine Corp, I was still a Jamaican, but this country had done so much for me, I was willing - willing - to die for this country..."
That sure rattled the cages of some black Democrats, who didn't like hearing that things are actually great for black people in the US... especially hearing it from a black woman.

Rittenhouse judge throws out misdemeanor dangerous weapon charge as closing arguments begin

The Wisconsin judge at Kyle Rittenhouse's murder trial Monday dismissed a count of possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18.

The misdemeanor charge seemed to be among the most likely for which prosecutors will get a conviction, according to the Associated Press

Rittenhouse, then 17, killed two men and wounded a third in the summer of 2020 during a turbulent protest against racial injustice in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Defense attorneys for Kyle Rittenhouse have accused the prosecution of lying to jurors in their closing statements, saying the state's lawyers played "fast and loose" with the evidence to smear the teen as a murderer.

Mark Richards, who leads Rittenhouse's defense team, blasted Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger for misleading jurors in the case, namely about the death of Joseph Rosenbaum. While prosecutors argued that Rosenbaum, 36, was killed in cold blood, Richards insisted the man was only shot after attacking Rittenhouse and trying to grab his rifle as the teen attempted to retreat.

"This case is not a game; it is my client's life. We don't play fast and loose with the facts, pretending that Mr. Rosenbaum was citizen A, number-one guy," Richards said. "He was a bad man, he was there, he was causing trouble, he was a rioter, and my client had to deal with him that night alone."
Kyle shot Joseph Rosenbaum to stop a threat to his person, and I'm glad he shot him, because if Joseph Rosenbaum had got that gun, I don't for a minute believe he wouldn't have used it against somebody else. He was irrational and crazy.
In addition to Rosenbaum, Rittenhouse was also charged for the death of Anthony Huber, as well as the non-fatal shooting of Gaige Grosskreutz, all of whom were captured on film chasing the teen before they were shot.

In their own closing statements, the prosecution said that Rittenhouse had "provoked" the incident, characterizing him as an "active shooter" and attempting to flip the self-defense argument on its head.

"When the defendant provokes the incident, he loses the right to self-defense. You cannot claim self-defense against a danger you create," Binger said, adding the fact that Rittenhouse was armed invalidated his defense and that "the crowd has the right to try to stop an active shooter."

At one point during his final argument, Binger turned heads after trying to recreate the scene on the night of the shootings, hoisting an AR-15 to his shoulder and aiming it into the crowded courtroom with his finger on the trigger. The defense challenged his presentation of the facts, arguing that Binger was facing the wrong way in his attempt to simulate Rittenhouse's actions, while many observers online raked Binger over the coals for disregarding basic gun safety.
Binger has been roundly mocked for his slimy courtroom tactics:

Whatever else he did, Donald Trump broke the woke stranglehold on our country, and on us

donald trump

Americans won't be shamed into ignoring the excesses of wokeness ever again. And Trump absolutely gets the credit for that.

One of the most central themes of Donald Trump's 2016 campaign was the fight against political correctness.

In New Hampshire early that fateful year, he said this: "I think the big problem this country has is being politically correct. I've been challenged by so many people and I frankly don't have time for total political correctness. And to be honest with you, this country doesn't have time either."

In the wake of Glenn Youngkins' victory in the race to be Virginia's governor, it is important to note the vital role Trump played — not as a surrogate or through campaigning — but by paving the way to fight back against wokeness, as political correctness is now known.

Put simply, without the salty-tongued, sharp-suited Trump attacks on wokeness, Youngkin's fleece-vested, aw shucks version could not have won.

Israeli military bugs Palestinian phone calls en masse for blackmail

The Israeli military has reportedly bugged all mobiles and phones imported into Gaza and actively monitors the mobile networks operating in the occupied territories to find "pressure points" used to blackmail Palestinians.

At any given time, hundreds of Israel Defense Forces (IDF) troops are listening in on phone conversations in the West Bank and Gaza, a former member of the IDF's 'Unit 8200' signals intelligence corps told the Middle East Eye news outlet.

The unidentified corpsman claimed that all mobiles and phones imported into Gaza through the southern Kerem Shalom crossing are implanted with an Israeli bug. Similarly, anyone making use of the occupied areas' only two operational mobile networks - Jawwal and Wataniya - is apparently under surveillance.

© Issouf Sanogo, AFPBurkina Faso's troops suffer from poor training and inadequate equipment to cope with a mobile war, experts say.
Suspected jihadists killed at least 19 gendarmes and a civilian in an attack early Sunday in northern Burkina Faso, officials said.

The pre-dawn attack, one of the deadliest to hit Burkinabe defence and security forces since jihadist violence erupted six years ago, targeted a "detachment of the Inata gendarmerie", the army chief of staff said in a statement.

The attack left 20 dead including a civilian according to a "provisional" toll, Security Minister Maxime Kone said on national radio.

He said the gendarmes "resisted and fought bravely", adding that survivors had been located, with a search still under way for others.

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost has filed a lawsuit against Facebook, recently renamed Meta, over its faulty algorithms and effects on children.

Court documents state that between April and October 2021, Facebook's management violated federal securities law by deliberately misleading the public about its algorithms and the negative effects its products may have on minors to boost profits.

Attorney General Dave Yost said in a statement on Monday:
"Facebook (Meta) said it was looking out for our children and weeding out online trolls, but in reality was creating misery and divisiveness for profit.
The truth began to emerge" after the publication of 'The Facebook Files' earlier this year.
