US officials said they see no end date to their bombing of Yemen in response to Ansarallah's efforts to defend Gaza.

Yemen's Parliament issued a statement emphasizing that the US, the UK, and Israel should be placed at the "top of the global terrorism list" in response to Washington listing Ansarallah on its own designated terror list last week.

Al-Maseerah TV reported on 21 January that "Members of the Parliament, in their discussions, pointed out the irony of the US designating its adversaries as terrorists while being the head of evil and terrorism worldwide. They emphasized placing the Israeli occupation entity and the US and British regimes at the top of the global terrorism list, asserting that they will reap the fruits of their evils and the crimes of Genocide committed against the Palestinian people."

Swastikas seen on US-made Ukrainian military hardware

A video featuring a Ukrainian crew repairing a US-supplied Bradley infantry fighting vehicle near the frontline with Russia has revealed the apparent fondness for Nazi symbols among Kiev's forces.

The footage, which was shared online by journalist Alla Khotshnyavska, showed a Ukrainian crew repairing the IFV's tracks at an unspecified location in Donbass. Covered in mud, the Bradley sports a pair of swastikas scratched into the dirt on the side of the vehicle.

Radical Ukrainian nationalists played a key role in toppling the government in Kiev in 2014, and later attained significant influence in the country's military. Their ideology stems from the forces that collaborated with the invading Nazis against the Soviet Union during World War II.

The presence of far-right activists, including neo-Nazis, in the Ukrainian armed forces was widely acknowledged in the West until hostilities with Russia erupted in February 2022.

Slovak premier reiterates intent to veto 'corrupt' Ukraine's NATO membership bid

Robert Fico
© AP ArchiveRobert Fico said he would visit Kiev and meet with his Ukrainian counterpart Denys Shmyhal. "I will tell him that I am against the membership of Ukraine in NATO and that I will veto," he said.
Robert Fico also accuses Ukraine of being one of 'most corrupt countries' in world, under total 'influence and control of the US'.

Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico has reiterated his opposition to Ukraine's bid for NATO membership ahead of his visit to Kiev next week, saying he will veto the move and describing Ukraine as one of the "most corrupt countries" in the world, with total "influence and control of the US".

Comment: Regarding corruption; it's quite an accusation, but he has a point: Organ trafficking, paedophile networks - The hell of children abducted by Ukraine's 'White Angels'

Fico told public broadcaster RVTS on Saturday that "Ukraine is under the total influence and control of the United States."

Comment: It seems that the veto may not be necessary, since there's reason to believe there's no intention to admit Ukraine into NATO in the first place; and probably because NATO members agree, it would lead to WWIII, and they're evidently not confident they'd win: Here's why the new British-Ukrainian defense agreement is great news for Russia

Best of the Web: Here's why the new British-Ukrainian defense agreement is great news for Russia

Zelensky Sunak
© Daniel LEAL / AFPUkraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky (R) shakes hands with Britain's Prime Minister Rishi Sunak. The deal, which is supposedly intended to strengthen Kiev in its fight with Moscow, actually does nothing to bolster its chances.
The Ukrainian elite have been obsessed with obtaining security guarantees from the West since the early 1990s. Over the years, as Kiev has increasingly sought conflict with Russia, it has also tried to hide behind the US-led bloc's back, hoping to one day join NATO and the European Union.

This carry-on eventually led to the start of Russia's military operation, almost two years ago. Its first stage ended with negotiations in Istanbul in March-April 2022. Under the agreements, Kiev was supposed to receive security guarantees as long as it complied with the terms. France, the UK, and the US were supposed to become the guarantors.

DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas
DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas
Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is one step closer to impeachment.

All 18 Republicans on the House Homeland Security Committee voted Thursday to recommend to the House that Mayorkas be impeached.

The vote came on the tail end of a hearing titled "Voices for the Victims: The Heartbreaking Reality of the Mayorkas Border Crisis," during which parents testified about losing their children from the fentanyl flowing across the Southwest border and crimes perpetrated by those coming here illegally on Mayorkas's watch.

Comment: In the rank and file who bear the brunt of Mayorkas' insane policies, the knives are definitely out:

SOTT Focus: NewsReal: Raindrops Before The Storm? Multiple Mid-East Countries Fire Missiles at Each Other

So many Mid-East countries have carried out missile strikes against each other of late, it's becoming hard to track them all... Just last week, Iran fired at Pakistan, Pakistan fired back, Israel fired at Lebanon, Iran fired at Syria, Iraqi militias fired at a US airbase in Iraq, Jordan fired at Syria, and the US-UK fired at Yemen. Is this just 'temporary tensions' playing themselves out? Or raindrops before an almighty storm?

Gazans, meanwhile, continue dying in droves as Israel's 'final solution' stops at nothing to drive them out: mass executions, extreme psychological torture, hunger and disease, and systematic desecration of cemeteries.

Also in this NewsReal: 'Ukraine' strikes Russian energy infrastructure (again), still no signs of life from US SecDef Lloyd Austin, and Putin just casually mentions that the 2020 US presidential election was rigged. All goes well at the end of empire...

Trump case 'could go off the rails' as Fani Willis love triangle, corruption investigation heats up

A messy love triangle between the high-powered district attorney in charge of the 2020 election-fraud case involving former President Donald Trump, the married lover she chose to be special prosecutor and his estranged wife is imploding in Fulton County.

Nobody on either side of the political aisle understands what Fulton County DA Fani Willis was thinking when she hired her reported boyfriend, a personal injury lawyer with zero high-profile felony trial experience, to be the lead special prosecutor in what is likely the biggest case of her career.

Nor do people understand why she'd blur her personal and professional life by jetting off for a $2,600 cruise and romantic trip to California's Napa Valley with still legally married Wade while working on the sprawling and complex racketeering case against former President Donald Trump and his allies.

Comment: Why is she so protected?

'You are the problem': Conservative speaker slams Davos globalists to their faces

Roberts
Heritage Foundation President Kevin Roberts
Kevin Roberts, President of the conservative think tank The Heritage Foundation, spoke to globalists at the World Economic Forum confab Thursday and told them directly that "You are part of the problem, you are not the solution."

During a discussion titled "What to Expect from a Possible Republican Administration," Roberts let rip on the elitists.

Roberts began:
"I will be candid. The agenda that every single person member of the [future Republican] administration needs to have, is to compile a list of everything that's ever been proposed at the [WEF], and object all of them wholesale. Anyone not prepared to do that, and take away this power of the unelected bureaucrats and give it back to the American people, is unprepared to be a part of the next conservative administration."
When the discussion turned to Donald Trump, Roberts told the host of the panel, Sir Robin Niblett, 'Distinguished Fellow' of Chatham House:
"It's laughable that you or anyone would describe Davos as protecting liberal democracy. It's equally laughable to use the word 'dictatorship' at Davos and aim that at President Trump... I think that's absurd.

"The very reason I'm here at Davos, is to explain to many people in this room and who are watching, with all due respect - nothing personal - that you are part of the problem.

"Political elites tell the average people... that the reality is 'x,' when in fact, reality is 'y'."

Comment: A straight shooter, Roberts is worth a listen...clear, precise, direct and on message.

EU's top diplomat accuses Israel of financing Hamas

Netanyahu has vehemently denied such claims, blaming Iran for the flow of arms and funds to the Palestinian group...

EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell has openly accused the Israeli government of funding Hamas, an allegation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has denied. Borrell did not elaborate on the claim, which has been repeatedly made by opponents of Netanyahu and the Israeli media.

Speaking at the University of Valladolid in Spain, Josep Borrell said Hamas "was financed by the Israeli government in an attempt to weaken the Palestinian Authority led by Fatah," according to El Pais newspaper.

Netanyahu has blamed the rise of Hamas on Iran, for supporting the Palestinian militant group "with money, training and weapons and technological know-how" and intelligence.

Israel claims Tehran was involved in plotting the October 7 attacks, in which around 1,200 people were killed and scores taken hostage in the surprise Hamas raid near Gaza. Israel responded with an intense military bombardment of the Palestinian enclave, so far leaving about 24,000 dead, according to local health officials. The operation is aimed at wiping out the militant group, Israel says. Hamas has ruled Gaza since 2007, when it defeated the Fatah movement, led by President Mahmoud Abbas, in an armed conflict.

Former IRS contractor admits to taking job with intent to steal and leak Trump's tax returns, DOJ reports

TrumpLittlejohn
© Washington Times/UnknownFormer US President Donald Trump • Charles Littlejohn
Charles Littlejohn, a former contractor for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), confessed to intentionally taking a role at the agency with the specific aim of stealing and leaking former President Donald Trump's tax returns.

In September, according to court documents and an official press release from the Department of Justice, Charles Littlejohn, 38, of Washington, D.C., stole tax return information associated with a high-ranking government official, referred to as Public Official A. He then disclosed this information to a news organization identified as News Organization 1. A source familiar with the matter informed CNN that the unnamed official mentioned in the legal documents is former President Donald Trump.

Littlejohn didn't stop at stealing the former President's tax information. He is also accused of stealing IRS information on thousands of the nation's wealthiest individuals, including tax returns and return information dating back more than 15 years. This information was then sent to a second unnamed news organization, News Organization 2.

Both news organizations that received the stolen information have published numerous articles describing the tax information they obtained. While the court records do not name these news organizations, it is worth noting that The New York Times and ProPublica both published articles based on tax records of the former president and other wealthy Americans around the same time frame.
