The government is investigating a "serious security breach," as documents containing sensitive information regarding Prime Minister Theresa May's travel plans were found by a passenger on a train.

The two-page document contains details concerning the PM's schedule for a trip she took to northwest England to attend a regional cabinet meeting, as well as the address of the Mere Hotel in Knutsford where May was going to spend several hours working.

The PM's travel diary was handed over to the Daily Mirror by a passenger who found them on the floor of a first-class carriage of a train going from Manchester to Edinburgh on the day of May's visit.

Australian PM trips up Ukrainian claim of 'Russian terrorism' in shoot-down of MH17

Australian Flag
The Australian Government refuses to declare the destruction of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 a terrorist act, and is withholding state payments of $75,000 to each of the families of the 38 Australian nationals or residents killed when the plane was shot down in eastern Ukraine on July 17, 2014.

The Australian Attorney-General, George Brandis, has written to advise Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull there is insufficient evidence of what and who caused the MH17 crash to meet the Australian statutory test of a terrorist act. Because the Attorney-General's legal opinion flatly contradicts Turnbull's public opinions, Brandis's advice is top-secret; he refuses to answer questions about the analysis of the MH17 incident which he and his subordinates, along with Australian intelligence agencies and the Australian Federal Police, have been conducting for more than two years.

In public Turnbull said on Monday: "Vladimir Putin's Russia is subject to international sanctions, to which Australia is a part, because of his conduct in shooting down the MH17 airliner in which 38 Australians were killed. Let's not forget that. That was a shocking international crime."

The US military will permanently deploy armed Gray Eagle drones at Kunsan air base outside Seoul, South Korea, which could hit North Korean military targets and destroy its command-and-control infrastructure.

The deployment of drones, which will be assigned to the 2nd Combat Aviation Brigade of the 2nd Infantry Division, is part of a broader plan to reinforce each Army division with one Gray Eagle company, US Forces Korea (USFK) said in a statement:

"The US Army, after coordination with the Republic of Korea Armed Forces and the US Air Force, has begun the process to permanently station a Gray Eagle Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) company at Kunsan Air Base, Republic of Korea."

"The [unmanned aerial system] adds significant intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capability to US Forces Korea and our [South Korean] partners," spokesman Christopher Bush said in a statement.

He did not specify when the drones will arrive in South Korea.

Ponerized United States: How the American Republic was taken over by political cliques of criminally insane psychopaths

political ponerology
Can the ponerological Deep State ever be fixed?

Ponerization (from ancient Greek poneros - evil), is a ponerological term coined by Dr. Andrzej M. Łobaczewski. Ponerization is the influence of pathological people on individuals and groups whereby they develop acceptance of pathological reasoning and values.[1]

It's high time for the American people to face a hard reality.

They have been under the ponerological influence of an unbroken succession of political cliques whose central organizing principle is the perpetual war economy.

Because the United States of America was stealthily transformed into the military arm of the New World Order, numerous unprovoked wars of aggression have been waged around the world for well over a hundred years. These highly destructive and deadly wars have been fought in the name of the American people, and with their tax dollars. Hence, the American people are complicit in these misadventures by virtue of their inaction and indifference.

With this critical understanding, the U.S. citizenry has a profound karmic responsibility in so much wanton death and destruction across the planet. Nevertheless, it is never too late to reverse the course of the "Psychopathocracy" that the U.S. Federal Government has become as a tool of Deep State.

Comment: SOTT.net has been sharing this understanding of how things work in politics (and elsewhere) for many years, so we take heart when we see more observers of world events actually applying this 'science on the nature of evil adjusted for political purposes' - and noticing how accurate Political Ponerology is in its descriptions.

Russia-China-Iran: The strategic triangle that is changing the world

OBOR, china one belt one road

While the world continues to decipher, or digest, the new Trump presidency, important changes are afoot within the grand strategic triangle that lies between Russia, Iran and China

Away from the current chaos in the United States, major developments are progressing, with Iran, Russia and China coordinating on a series of significant moves crucial for the future of the Eurasian continent. With a population of more than five billion people, constituting about two-thirds of the Earth's population, the future of humanity passes through this immense area. Signaling a major change from a unipolar world order based on Europe and the United States to a multipolar world steered by China, Russia and Iran, these Eurasian states are carving out a leading role in the development of the vast continent. As part of the challenges faced by these leading multipolar countries, the disruptive events originating in the post-WWII Euro-Atlantic world order will need to be tackled.

Looking at major projects within the Eurasian continent, one thing that stands out is the role of China, Russia and Iran in different areas under their influence. The One Belt, One Road project proposed by Beijing (investments of around one trillion dollars over the next ten years); the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) advanced by Moscow to integrate the former Soviet republics of Central Asia; and Iran's role in Middle East aiming to bring stability and prosperity to the region - all are central to Eurasian development. Of course, being multipolar, all these projects fully converge, requiring concerted and joint development for the overall success of the Eurasian continent.

In this sense, the areas of greatest turmoil include areas that fall under the sphere of influence of these leading Eurasian states. The main concentrations of upheaval can be easily identified in the Middle East and North Africa, not to mention the area of the Persian Gulf, where Saudi Arabia's criminal war against Yemen has now continued unabated for the past 24 months.

Civil liberties watchdog board that keeps an eye on U.S. intelligence is comatose

A little-known civilian watchdog board whose responsibilities include monitoring the civil rights compliance of U.S. spy agencies is barely hanging on to life.

The Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board, a bipartisan entity that emerged from the surveillance state that mushroomed after the Sept. 11 terror attacks, no longer has an executive director, can't gather a quorum, can't hire staff and can no longer issue reports, say people familiar with its work.

"PCLOB is comatose," said Gregory Nojeim, senior counsel at the Center for Democracy & Technology, a Washington-based group that advocates for a free internet. "This is a case where you have to crawl before you run a marathon. PCLOB can't even crawl."

Of the board's five members, all of whom were seated in 2012 or 2013, only one, Elisebeth B. Collins, remains. The rest have rotated off or resigned, leaving the board unable to take action. The latest to drop off, Rachel L. Brand, saw her term end Feb. 21 and has been nominated to become associate attorney general at the Justice Department.

The board, whose staff holds security clearances, is empowered to oversee the secret federal court that can issue warrants to monitor foreign spies inside the United States. It also can review the actions of intelligence agencies to make sure they are lawful. And it can ask the attorney general to issue subpoenas on its behalf.

Western-backed Ukraine coup sent 2.5 million refugees into Russia

refugees from ukraine
On Tuesday, March 7th, Russia's top parliamentarian dealing with the Ukrainian refugee influx into Russia — dealing, that is, with the people who have fled Ukraine as a result of U.S. President Barack Obama's 2014 coup overthrowing Ukraine's democratically elected President Viktor Yanukovych — presented the first-ever comprehensive number of asylum-applicants from Ukraine who have received asylum there after that February 2014 coup. The Russian government had never before publicly provided a number, but does have an established system of processing refugees, including assignment of official refugee status, which "allows the recipient various social benefits, including unemployment compensation" and so each Ukrainian refugee has a file with the government.

Comment: Over the last two decades the west, and the US in particular, has created millions of refugees around the globe while slaughtering millions more. When will the true reign of terror end?

Merkel let in refugees 'to avoid border clashes that would look bad on TV,' claims insider book

A new book by a political journalist says that German leader Angela Merkel was on the verge of closing the borders instead of welcoming refugees, but was persuaded not to out of fear that images of violence would make her government unpopular.

Driven by Events: Merkel's Refugee Policy by Robin Alexander, a journalist with Die Welt, was published this week. It claims that as late as September 2015, the peak of the migrant influx into Europe, the German chancellor had still not formulated a policy.

According to excerpts from the book, quoted in the Sunday Times, the situation came to a head when officials warned that as many as 40,000 migrants moving from the Balkans could enter Bavaria in a single weekend.

Anything worth doing is worth doing right.

Kiev now seems determined to sever all remaining links to civilization, so that it can ride off into the sunset towards ultra-nationalist dystopia.

The Ukrainian war against common sense is now being fought on all fronts. In Donbass, Kiev is committing ISIS-style war crimes. Meanwhile, in the capital, Ukrainian officials are busy drawing up plans to destroy their own economy — in order to "spite" Russia.
