U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, Nikki Haley says anti-gay abuses in Chechnya 'cannot be ignored'

Has Nikki Haley never heard of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia?

The propaganda war against Russia continues, and what better way to poison western minds against Putin and Russia than to play the LGBT persecution card.

Fake News: MSM pundits claim Turkey's referendum is 'bad because Putin will use it'

Fake News Invasion
© True Publica Org
London's Independent newspaper has published an analysis of Turkey's referendum result that is absurd even by the standards of pro-Erdogan propaganda literature.

Of the many pundits analysing the Turkish referendum vote, the most absurd, even by the standards of pro-Erdogan propagandists, comes from someone called Patrick Cockburn writing in Britain's Independent newspaper.

Recently, an exclusive Duran report exposed The Independent reporting fake news about Russia and Iran threatening military retaliation against American forces in Syria, when in fact the polar opposite is true. This has been repeated and confirmed many times by many officials, including the Presidents of Russia and Iran.

Comment: This 'blame Putin game' - where nothing and no one is safe from his nefarious meddling- is as transparent as it gets. As Michael Krieger recently wrote,
The believability of some of the stuff being pushed these days defies all logic and is easily dispelled with an ounce of critical thought, yet there it is, in our face on a daily basis almost taunting the intelligence of the U.S. population. Indeed, it appears the current strategy is no more sophisticated that proclaiming any and all dissent as being the result of "Russia operations." This is done to prevent any actual debate on subjects of grave national importance since the U.S. government knows its claims don't hold up to any real scrutiny. Why look into the veracity of a deep state claim when we can just dismiss alternative viewpoints as "Russian operations."

"USSR Spetsnaz" regiment arrives in Syria

USSR Septnaz Russia
Originally at Rusvesna

Special forces personnel from Central Asia, Caucasus and Transcaucasia have arrived in Homs, Syria.

A new and largely unknown "TURAN" regiment, who identify themselves as such via uniform badges, has sent from 800 to 1200 individuals to the region. According to witnesses, the new arrivals are mostly Central Asian in appearance; with a number of 'Russian faces', as well as North Caucasian and Transcaucasian - predominantly, Azerbaijanis.

Their uniforms vary - everything from the Soviet "Afghan" style, to a modern "multicamo." Their weaponry is also not standerdised - from classic, Soviet-made to new, foreign technology. This would indicate, writes Rusvena, that the regiment belongs to a new and 'trendy' type of warfare regiment - a private military company.

Comment: Meanwhile in Aleppo, terrorists are murdering children while the Western media trivializes their tragic deaths since they were 'Assad supporters'. Hopefully these special forces will bring some small measure of justice for the victims.

The leader of Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) is in talks with Al-Qaeda about a possible alliance, Iraq's Vice President Ayad Allawi said, citing information from Iraqi and other regional sources.

"The discussion has started now... There are discussions and dialogue between messengers representing Baghdadi and representing Zawahiri," Allawi told Reuters, adding that it is currently unclear how exactly the two groups may operate together.

Abu Bakr Baghdadi is the current leader of IS, while Ayman Zawahiri is the head of Al-Qaeda. Al-Qaeda disaffiliated with the previous incarnation of IS, Islamic State of Iraq, in February 2014, saying the group was no longer responsible for its actions. The two rival terrorist organizations have since been vying for recruits, funding and the laurels of global jihad.

Paranoid Ukrainian politician: 'All citizens working in Russia brainwashed by FSB, must be placed under surveillance'

Russia's Federal Security Service has been accused of "brainwashing" Ukrainians, who go to Russia to make a living. This comes from a Ukrainian political scientist and politician, Taras Chernovil.

"Everyone who works in Russia, with a small exception, has signed an agreement document to cooperate with the FSB. This even goes without saying. There is not one Ukrainian who has gone to Russia for work, that is not brainwashed" - he says.

'Rank hypocrisy: Western fake news caught in its own echo chamber over Syria'

Syrian war
For the last six years Western media has indulged itself in reporting Syria, it has stigmatized the Assad government while the opposition is portrayed as more or less the victims, says Middle East expert and journalist Martin Jay.

A terrorist attack on buses used to evacuate some towns in Syria killed as many as 80 children on Saturday, has been widely condemned by humanitarian organizations. The UN has called for greater protection for children across the country.

A massive blast targeted civilians waiting to leave rebel-held areas as part of a deal struck between the government and opposition forces.

Idlib chemical attack: Why has no one asked for antidotes?

In the course of two weeks since the alleged chemical attack in Syria's Khan Shaykhun, no one has asked for antidotes, the town is living its life, and the impact zone has not been identified, the Russian Defense Ministry's spokesman said on Tuesday.

"The impact zone in Khan Shaykhun, from where locals had to be evacuated, has not been identified. The town is living its life. Neither locals nor pseudo-rescuers have even asked for medicines, antidotes, decontaminants," Maj. Gen. Igor Konashenkov said.

"It is clear that, as in Iraq and Libya, there are simply no plans to carry out a qualified investigation in Khan Shaykhun by the current 'schemers' of the chemical attack," he added.

Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on Monday, allowing citizens of 18 countries visa-free travel to the Russian Far East starting August 2017.

The list includes Algeria, Bahrain, Brunei, India, Iran, Qatar, China, North Korea, Kuwait, Morocco, Mexico, UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Tunisia, Turkey, and Japan.

The new rule could dramatically increase the number of tourists to the region, according to the Ministry of Far East Development.

"We'd like to see an increase in tourism to the region by at least 30 percent. Given the fact that every wealthy tourist spends at least $1,000 in the territory, we assume this will significantly increase the opportunities for the development of the region, trade turnover, and currency flows," Deputy Minister for the Development of the Far East Pavel Volkov told TASS.

The Indian Navy deployed four warships in the Mediterranean Sea and along the East coast of Africa to ensure maritime order in solidarity with friendly and like-minded countries.

The ships — Mumbai, Trishul, Tarkash and Aditya — will remain at the Greek coast for three days to strengthen existing ties between India and Greece. The indigenously designed destroyer Mumbai and the frigates Trishul and Tarkash are equipped with state-of-the-art weapons and sensors.

"In recent past, Indian Navy has been involved in assisting countries in the Indian Ocean Region with Hydrographic Survey, Search and Rescue, EEZ Surveillance and other such capacity-building and capability enhancement activities. The current deployment in the Mediterranean Sea will contribute towards the Indian Navy's efforts to consolidate interoperability and forge strong bonds of friendship across the seas," read an Indian Navy statement.

During their deployment in the Mediterranean, the Indian warships will engage with the Hellenic Navy.
