Never Forget: For 2 years, tyrants locked us down, forcibly medicated us and destroyed our livelihoods

Mask Mandates

On March 16, 2020, the Trump administration released a 15-day plan to slow the spread of the coronavirus in the US. We are now 2 years, 2 presidents, 8 trillion dollars, countless stolen rights, and a decimated economy past that day and we have absolutely nothing to show for it but a laundry list of corruption and deadly mistakes.

Now, they are trying to do it again. After Biden extended the mask mandate and other municipalities are taking five steps back, Anthony Fauci appeared on MSNBC this week and let the truth about lockdowns slip. After he praised the horrifying measures taken by China this month, Fauci implied that lockdowns are theater designed to scare people into getting vaccinated.

"China has a number of problems, two of which are that the complete lockdown, which was their approach, a strictest lockdown you'd never be able to implement in the United States. Although that prevents the spread of infection, I remember early on they were saying, and I think accurately, they were doing better than anyone else."

After claiming that locking people in their homes, killing their pets, and starving millions was "better than anyone else," Fauci went on to make a telling admission:
You use lockdowns to get people vaccinated so that when you open up, you won't have a surge of infections.

French presidential candidate Le Pen says US should compensate France for loss of Russian gas

The US should compensate France for losses if the EU bans Russian energy carriers, French presidential candidate Marine Le Pen said in an interview with BFM TV.

"The Americans, who will sell us liquefied gas and get a solid profit from it, could transfer money to France as compensation for anti-Russia sanctions," Le Pen said, noting that Washington is pressuring the EU to sanction Russian energy carriers. The bloc placed multiple sanctions on Russia after Moscow launched a military operation in neighboring Ukraine. The operation has been widely criticized by many Western nations, but perhaps none have been more outspoken than the US.

Comment: Le Pen is on a roll. Not difficult considering the mess Macron has made of the country. But if elected, would she be able to carry through on her promises?

Institutionalizing military mediocrity: Pentagon rolls out its 'equity' plan

Lloyd Austin
Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin
The Department of Defense issued an equity report, aiming to equalize outcomes for employees and partners across racial, sexual and gender lines.

The DOD released its equity report alongside all other departments of President Biden's administration this week. In the text, the DOD explained a series of procedural changes to better align with the White House's demands for "equity."

"While the Department has historically focused on increasing equity within the DOD community, the collective actions described in this plan represent a shift in the Department's approach and focus to better ensure that we leverage our capabilities to create opportunities for all Americans," the Department of Defense wrote in its report.

Comment: Sounds like a recipe for disaster.

Judge rejects Stacey Abrams' bid for unlimited campaign contributions

Stacey Abrams
© AP Photo/Brynn AndersonGeorgia gubernatorial Democratic candidate Stacey Abrams talks to the media after qualifying for the 2022 election on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, in Atlanta. When she ended her first bid to become Georgia governor in 2018, Abrams announced plans to sue over the way the state’s elections were managed. More than three years later, as she makes another run at the governor’s mansion, the lawsuit filed in Nov. 2018 by Abrams' Fair Fight Action organization is finally going to trial on Monday, April 11.
Georgia Democratic gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams cannot immediately begin raising and spending unlimited campaign contributions under a state law passed last year because she is not yet her party's nominee, a federal judge ruled Thursday.

Abrams and her One Georgia committee filed a lawsuit last month challenging the constitutionality of the new law, which allows certain top elected officials and party nominees to create "leadership committees" that can raise campaign funds without limits. But they also asked the judge to order the state ethics commission not to take any action against them if they continue to raise money before the primary next month.

"This Court will not rewrite Georgia law to enable One Georgia to stand in the same shoes as a leadership committee that, in Plaintiffs' view, is operating in violation of the First Amendment," U.S. District Judge Mark Cohen wrote in his order.

Newly revealed text messages from two Republicans who voted to certify President Biden's election victory show they privately offered advice to Trump chief of staff Mark Meadows in navigating a challenge to the 2020 presidential election.

Texts from Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) and Rep. Chip Roy (R-Texas) obtained by CNN show the two men sought to aid Meadows on how former President Trump should proceed, including in his legal strategy.

The texts show in the early days following the election, both men lended their support to Trump.

US congressman reveals seats on committees are 'literally' bought

Seats on Congress' most powerful committees are literally offered for sale to special interest groups, said Representative Mo Brooks.

In a video that circulated online on Friday, Alabama Representative Mo Brooks told supporters that an entrenched system of corruption prevents Congress from passing legislation that would benefit the average American. Brooks said that both parties charge their members $1 million and beyond for chairmanships of committees, and that only those taking donations from lobbyists can afford these seats.

"Special interest groups run Washington, and I don't mean that metaphorically. I mean literally," Brooks told supporters at an event in March, video footage of which was shared on Friday by conservative pundit Lauren Windsor.

Strike comes just a day after Russia warned that it could target 'command centres' in Kiev as payback for the raids. Ukraine has refused to comment
Another Russian village located near the border with Ukraine was shelled on Thursday, Vyacheslav Gladkov, the governor of the Belgorod Region, has claimed. Earlier on Thursday it was reported that two Ukrainian helicopters were responsible for an attack on the border village of Klimovo in Bryansk Region, and in a separate incident a border crossing some 40km southwest of Klimovo was shelled.

The village of Spodaryushino in Belgorod Region was also targeted, Gladkov wrote on Telegram. "There are no injuries or fatalities among the civilian population," he said, adding that damage to property was also avoided.

The residents of Spodaryushino and the nearby village of Bezymeno have been evacuated to safety, while additional security personnel were deployed at both locations, according to the governor.

Sergey Karaganov: "We are at war with the West. The European security order is illegitimate"

Sergey Karaganov
Sergey Karaganov has served as a presidential advisor in the Kremlin both under Boris Yeltsin and Vladimir Putin. He is still considered close to Russia's president and foreign minister Sergey Lavrov. His recent proposals on Russian-speaking minorities in the "near abroad" are known as "Putin doctrine" and Professor Karaganov, who is honorary chair of the Moscow think tank the Council for Foreign and Defense Policy, was first to come out publicly about an all-out invasion of Ukraine in 2019. President Putin has mentioned on Feb. 24 that Ukraine's accession to NATO warrants Russia's military intervention to prevent it. However, Ukraine didn't even have a Membership Action Plan for NATO and Germany's chancellor Olaf Scholz clearly stated accession was many, many years off.

How can an attack be justified on such grounds?
For 25 years people like myself have said that NATO expansion would lead to war. Putin said several times that if it came to Ukraine becoming a member of NATO, there would be no Ukraine anymore. In Bucharest in 2008 there was a plan of quick accession of Ukraine and Georgia to NATO. It was blocked by the efforts of Germany and France, but since that time Ukraine has been integrated into NATO. It was pumped up by weaponry and its troops were trained by NATO, their army getting stronger and stronger day by day. In addition we saw a very rapid increase of neo-Nazi sentiment especially among the military, the society and the ruling elite. It was clear that Ukraine had become something like Germany around 1936-1937. The war was inevitable, they were a spearhead of NATO. We made the very hard decision to strike first, before the threat becomes deadlier.
But Ukraine was not about to become a member of NATO, not for at least many, many years. There was time to negotiate.
We have heard all kinds of promises by Western leaders throughout these 30 years. But they lied to us or they forgot about their promises. We were told at the beginning that NATO would not expand.

US conducted 'inhumane' laboratory experiments on psychiatric ward patients in Ukraine - Russia

A biolab in Ukraine has allegedly conducted unethical human experiments on behalf of the US government, Russia's defense ministry claimed on Thursday, in its latest update on Pentagon-funded research in the country.

The allegations concern a laboratory located in Merefa, a city in Ukraine's Kharkov region, located about 20 kilometers (12 miles) southwest of the provincial capital. The Russian military claimed that "American scientists from the lab" conducted a series of human experiments between 2019 and 2021, using patients at a psychiatric ward in Kharkov as subjects.

The research involved testing "potentially dangerous biological preparations," the ministry claimed, without explaining what exactly was being tested.
