The corruption of America takes a dangerous turn

Well, at least John Durham finally released a report exploding the claim that Donald Trump and his campaign colluded with the Russians in 2016. That is the "good news." The charges leveled against Trump and many of his associates since 2016 that he was a tool of Vladimir Putin were in fact the most despicable political dirty trick in history; a mega bomb of calumny. Durham's report lays out in startling detail that the FBI, the Department of Justice and the CIA all played a role in manufacturing a heinous allegation that was nothing more than politically lethal propaganda. Only one little problem — none of the decision makers at the FBI or the DOJ are facing any penalties, neither criminal nor civil. One more thing — I have been warning about this since 2017. That is six years ago for those of you not gifted with math skills.

More troubling is Durham's apparent refusal to look at the illicit activities of the FBI, the DOJ and the CIA prior to the kickoff of Operation Crossfire Hurricane. George Papadopoulos, for example, was identified as a potential target that could be used against Trump thanks to intelligence collected by the NSA and Britain's GCHQ. His calls and text messages to Trump's campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, in August of 2015 put Papadopoulos on the radar as an unwitting actor who could be used to help create the legend of Russian interference.

Techno-hell: US government rolling out AI to target 'Russian disinformation'

Secretary of State Antony Blinken appeared recently at an awards ceremony for the "Freedom House" — a nonprofit "founded on the core conviction that freedom flourishes in democratic nations where governments are accountable to their people." Close to 90% of the organization's funding comes directly from the U.S. government, providing the capacity to launder social control initiatives through the guise of "human rights."

Embedded within Blinken's rambling speech about Democracy™ and whatever, he slipped in a most troubling admission that the government is weaponizing AI to combat "Russian disinformation."

Comment: Bartee further comments:
As I covered recently at PJ Media, the technocrat with the single most punchable face in world history, Antony Blinken, announced that his brutal regime now has at its fingertips a propriety AI tool to comb the web for something called "Russian disinformation."

No word yet on when the AI to fight "US government disinformation" will be developed.

"Russia continues to push a steady, relentless stream of disinformation about its war of aggression against Ukraine, to lie about and cover up horrific abuses it's committed, to try to justify committing others.

In response, the State Department has developed an AI-enabled online Ukraine Content Aggregator to collect verifiable Russian disinformation and then to share that with partners around the world. We're promoting independent media and digital literacy. We're working with partners in academia to reliably detect fake text generated by Russian chatbots."
This Orwellian development follows the release of the Durham report.

"The FBI investigation of former President Donald Trump's alleged collusion with Russia in 2016 was "seriously flawed" and had no basis in evidence, special counsel John Durham said in a report released Monday.

Durham concluded his four-year review with a scathing indictment of official bias in the probe, which fueled Pulitzer Prize-winning coverage of Trump's theorized conspiracy with the Kremlin to win the White House.

"It is the Office's assessment that the FBI discounted or willfully ignored material information that did not support the narrative of a collusive relationship between Trump and Russia," Durham wrote."
In other words, totally incompetent, corrupt adult children who have proven time and time again that they shouldn't be in charge of a popsicle stand now get to gallivant across the web with AI technologies they don't understand quixotically hunting for "Russian disinformation."

What could go wrong?

The release of the long-awaited report by Special Counsel John Durham rocked the political world as it exposed that the Russia collusion narrative used to undermine former President Donald J. Trump was always a massive hoax.

Among the damning nuggets of malfeasance within the 300-plus page report is a revelation that the disgraced Trump-hating former FBI agent Peter Strzok buried a memo from the CIA that 2016 Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton may have been hyping the concocted ties to Russia to "frame" Trump who would later go on to spring the political upset of the century against the heavily favored former first lady.

Reporter Luke Rosiak combed through the Durham report on the FBI's anti-Trump Operation Crossfire Hurricane and highlighted a key passage that should have given pause to a less ideological agent than Strzok, who once remarked that he could "smell" Trump supporters at Walmart.

The United States-led "Group of Seven" cabal held one of their increasingly meaningless jamborees this weekend in the Japanese city of Hiroshima. The posturing of solemnity by these warmongering elites in a place that represents the ultimate barbarity of American imperialism is not only sickening in its hypocrisy and profanity. The evident lack of awareness and shame of these charlatans is a sure sign that their privileged historical charade is coming to an end.

American President Joe Biden took time out from his nation's collapsing economy and scandals over his rampant family corruption to attend the G7 summit in Japan. He was joined by so-called leaders from Britain, France, Germany, Italy, and Canada as well as the premier of the host nation, Fumio Kishida. Joining the lackeys was the European Union's chief ventriloquist doll, Ursula von der Leyen, and Ukrainian comedian-turned-arms-dealer, aka "president", Vladimir Zelensky.

The proceedings began with a cynical and disingenuous "dedication" at the Hiroshima Peace Park whose centerpiece is the Genbaku Dome, the iconic spectral ruin caused by the U.S. atomic bombing in 1945. The very gathering of leaders at this sacred place is the same people who are criminally pushing the world toward another conflagration.

Biden and his cronies soon dispensed with hollow talk about "peace" and "nuclear disarmament" to make the G7 summit a rallying call for more hostility toward Russia and China. There were plans for more economic warfare (sanctions) against Moscow, which was vilified as usual for "unprovoked aggression" against Ukraine. There were pledges of supplying more weapons to the powder keg that the U.S. and its NATO partners have created in Ukraine. There were high-handed dismissals of international diplomatic efforts to resolve the conflict, which have been proposed by China, and Latin American and African nations.

The U.S.-led G7 camarilla also made their hate fest a forum for drumming up more hostility toward China, accusing Beijing of building up nuclear arms and threatening the world.

In short, the Group of Seven held a de facto war summit in Hiroshima, a place that is synonymous with the horror and evil of war.

Argentine President Alberto Fernandez and protesters in Buenos Aires pushed back against the International Monetary Fund (IMF) on Thursday amid heightened tensions with the lender as the country faces nearly 109% inflation and dwindling dollar reserves.

The South American grains producer, which has a strained history with the IMF, agreed to a $57 billion program with the Washington-brd body in 2018 under former conservative leader Mauricio Macri to stave of economic crisis. That failed and was replaced by a new $44 billion deal last year.

But tensions have risen as a severe drought has battered grains exports, Argentina's top source of dollars, forcing both sides back to the negotiating table to revamp the deal. Buenos Aires wants faster payouts and easier economic targets.

US officials say the Biden administration has initiated an "unprecedented" effort bring the Pentagon and Israeli army into direct joint military planning.

"The Biden administration proposed to Israel a few weeks ago the idea of engaging in joint military planning concerning Iran, three U.S. and Israeli officials told Axios," according to the publication.

Already the two have been engaged in somewhat routine joint drills on Israeli soil, some of which employ scenarios of a conflict involving Iran or its regional proxies. There was also close intelligence coordination between Israel and the White House particularly during the Trump administration, for example when IRGC Quds Force chief Qasem Soleimani was assassinated in Baghdad in January 2020.

Comment: What makes the situation a little more difficult for the warmongers in the US and Israel is that Iran's 'activities in the region' are fast becoming aligned and part of the multipolar world's activities in the region.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky's alleged plans to blow up a Russian pipeline that supplies Hungary with oil represent a major threat to the country's energy security, Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto told journalists on Wednesday. He was commenting on a recent report by the Washington Post detailing Zelensky's alleged plan, citing leaked Pentagon documents.

Speaking during a visit to Austria, Szijjarto declared the idea nothing but "a threat against Hungary's sovereignty. Security of energy supply is a matter of sovereignty. If someone calls for Hungary's energy supply to be made impossible, [they] are virtually attacking Hungary's sovereignty."

The Ukrainian president reportedly proposed in February that Kiev should "blow up" the Russian Druzhba oil pipeline, that traverses the country, in order to "destroy" Hungary's energy industry, which is heavily dependent on Russian oil.


Comment: Zelensky conveniently forgets that much of the West is still knowingly purchasing sanctioned Russian energy products. Rather symbolically, Druzhba means 'friendship' in Russian.

Last week, Saudi Arabia invited Syria, long excluded from multilateral formats in West Asia, to the next rendition of the Arab League.

This was followed on Monday with the United Arab Emirates inviting Syria to the COP28 climate summit at the end of this year, giving the embattled country international recognition once again. Predictably, Western countries are mind-blown over what they see as the "normalization" of a monstrous regime.

However, what it really shows is that the West is no longer the biggest power player in the West Asia region and that Arab countries are taking the reins. For Saudi Arabia, this is part of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman's vision of an integrated West Asia, with more business and less conflict, that will be the next Europe. He hopes to turn the Middle East into another pole in a multipolar world.

That's quite remarkable because he, as expert Joshua Landis masterfully put it, turned two losing hands with Yemen and Syria into a winning one. Saudi Arabia had been hedging its bets by funding proxy forces to overthrow Syria's President Bashar al-Assad and was also leading a genocidal war in Yemen to overthrow the Houthi rebels. But, he finally accepted defeat in these wars after a China-backed rapprochement with Iran, which stood on the other side of both conflicts.
