"On March 12 we received numerous calls about a rabid raccoon in faith plaza. The raccoon had attempted to get into the establishment at one point. Our officer's [sic] did find the raccoon, but it was not in an area that was safe to discharge a firearm due to the proximity of pedestrians and residences. They dispatched the raccoon as quickly and humanely as possible."The video clips posted by Catucci received more than 50,000 shares in less than 24 hours, and the Facebook users who responded to it were horrified by the scene. But the most scathing comments came from users who were responding to the department's support of the incident.
"There's a popular alt-right Neo-Nazi to be hosted at SMU McFarlin Auditorium on March 22, sponsored by SMU College Republicans. He calls graphically for murder and extermination of Jews and LGBT people.
You may leave a message with the president regarding Steven Crowder at 214-768-1206.
This is the second time that despicable Steven Crowder has been invited in the last month, previously hosted by Student Government and the Young Americans for Freedom.
I have contacted the Women's and LGBT Center on campus. They said there was a small demonstration outside last time, with little fanfare. There was some pushback on the student government for inviting him, but not enough, I was told. They were surprised he is invited back again so soon"

Secondly, calling someone a "Nazi" then demanding that Nazi be threatened or silenced simply because you don't like what he said (though it's clear Mr. Hermes is fuzzy on Steven's actual platform), makes you a fascist. That's right. I'm calling Charles Hermes a fascist. Rather than disagree with Steven, rather than invite Steven to debate him, rather than encourage others to hear what Steven has to say so they can combat him with their own ideas, Mr. Hermes advocated for the banning and silencing of Steven Crowder. As any good and loyal fascist would.Of course, being on the left, Mr. Hermes inviting Steven to debate him would mean that he'd be doing the rational thing, which nowadays, doesn't seem to be on their agenda anymore.
Comment: So Savchenko points out the truth of what some Ukrainian officials are guilty of during the 2014 Maidan massacre, and now she is supposed to be part of a plot to blow up the national parliament in Kiev? How convenient.
