Hillary Clinton's use of a private email system rather than a government-run account while serving as secretary of state has been a major sticking point throughout the presidential campaign.

The news that the FBI has relaunched the congressional investigation into her email use is the latest firestorm in a multi-year saga, during which questions have been repeatedly raised about what rules she may have broken.

Here is a full timeline of Clinton's history with email, the federal guidelines that theoretically applied to her when she took office, and the events of this week.

Crazy like a fox: What the Philippines says vs. what it does

Duterte
Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte has been identified as a menace to US foreign policy in Asia Pacific by both his supporters and his opponents. For his supporters, he is propped up as a hero of "anti-imperialism," while his detractors claim his leadership incites instability, is nonconstructive and is leading his Southeast Asian state to ruin.

The truth, however, exists somewhere in between.

A look at the Philippines within Southeast Asia reveals a nation that has long existed within America's geopolitical and economic sphere, but also a nation more recently emerging from that sphere, pulled into the political and economic orbit of Beijing and in a wider sense, an increasingly influential and growing Asia.

The Philippines eventually replacing its various, compromising dependencies on Washington is inevitable. Whether or not President Duterte's recent rhetoric is proportional to the Philippines' actual ability to replace these dependencies in the immediate and sweeping manner he has suggested is another matter entirely.

The necessity to compromise the Philippines' sovereignty and independence in exchange for economic ties with the United States clearly is no longer in Manila's best interests. Its trade with China and other Asian states far outweighs its trade with the United States.

UN General Assembly (UNGA) members have defied the British government by voting to ban nuclear weapons.

The UNGA's First Committee passed an historic resolution last Thursday to begin negotiations for a legally binding nuclear weapons ban treaty next year.

The landmark resolution passed 123 to 38 - with 16 countries abstaining - and succeeded despite smaller states accusing nuclear-armed countries of "pressuring" them to oppose the ban.

Rumors Tokyo could ban US troops from stationing on disputed isles if Moscow hands them over

Ahead of Vladimir Putin's December trip to Japan, diplomatic sources told local media that Japan could block the US from being stationed on the islands off Hokkaido in the strategic Sea of Okhotsk, if this helps persuade Russia to give them back.

The islands are inhabited, and in Russia are called the Southern Kurils - but for Japan they are Etorofu, Kunashiri, Shikotan, and the Habomai islet group. These territories, which became Russian after Japan's defeat in World War II under the San Francisco Peace Treaty of 1951, saw a rift between the two countries preventing them from signing the peace treaty to formally end the war. Tokyo insists the four islets are not part of the Kuril chain and should be returned under its control.

In September, Russian President Vladimir Putin told Bloomberg that Russia does not "trade territories." But ahead of his visit to Tokyo in mid-December, Japan's diplomatic sources told Kyodo News that Moscow would hand over Shikotan and Habomai islet group following the peace deal, as stated by the 1956 Japan-Soviet Joint Declaration.

Killary is scrambling: FBI scouring 650k emails on Clinton aide husband's laptop in reopened case

hillary fbi
The FBI has reportedly obtained a warrant to dig through hundreds of thousands of newly-discovered emails allegedly related to a private server used by Hillary Clinton. It's unclear if the renewed probe will achieve any results before US Election Day.

The search warrant allows the bureau to scour through some 650,000 emails discovered on a laptop belonging to ex-Congressman Anthony Weiner and apparently also used by his wife, Clinton's closest aide Huma Abedin. The probe is set to check if any of the texts are related to the reopened investigation of the former secretary of state's private email use.

The authorization came two days after FBI Director James Comey finally revealed the existence of the emails stash which was reportedly discovered by the agency in early October.

"The process has begun," a federal law enforcement official told the New York Times.

Now Killary's accusing the FBI of rigging the U.S. elections

Hilary Clinton psychopath
A people get the president they deserve
Hillary Clinton calls FBI's reopening of her email investigation unprecedented and deeply troubling.

In a complete 180, Hillary Clinton is now the Presidential candidate that is talking about a US election that is rigged...courtesy of the FBI.

It's so enjoyable watching the neo-liberal left, Hillary Clinton crime syndicate, scramble to divert attention away from justice finally being carried out against her entire corrupt group of grifters.

Comment: Further reading:
The entire sordid affair of this year's totally rigged political election - pre-fixed in Hillary's favor - blatantly reveals to America the gross misnomer of the US "justice" system being two-tiered, one for elitist crime cabal bosses like Hillary and the other for the rest of us 99% no longer protected in a totalitarian police state by our once rule of law the US Constitution. Regardless of what happens in the future, the truth genie's already been let out of the bag, and for eyes open enough to see, it's floating in the Washington cesspool of filth, debauchery and deception regularly perpetrated by our "entrusted perps" we have as our so called leaders.

Saudi Arabia makes a mockery of Human Rights & the UN

saudi Arabia US flags
Saudi Arabia, one of the most barbatic countries in the world, just got re-elected to the UN Human Rights Council. Meanwhile Russia is left out of having a say.

When one thinks of beheadings for things which in most of the world are perfectly legal, when one thinks of treating foreign low-paid workers like slaves, when one thinks of treating women worse than animals, when one thinks of nepotism, bribery, a total lack of democracy, meddling in foreign elections, random justice, the export and funding of radical Islamic terrorism, belligerence towards one's neighbours, ideological warfare and corrupt arms deals; which of the following first comes to mind, Human Rights or Saudi Arabia?

The answer is of course Saudi Arabia where the aforementioned events are all in a day's work in the creepy Kingdom. The fact that Saudi Arabia just got re-elected to the UN Human Rights Council is just another reason why this important institution is in serious need of reform and democratisation, in order for it to better live up to the noble and crucial principles of its founding charter.

Comment: While Russia gets removed from the Human Rights Council over trumped up claims of human rights abuses, the UN's worked hard to cover up real human rights violations in the West's war against Syria. Re-electing the head-chopping Saudis to the Human Rights Council says it all - 'human rights' don't matter to these people, it's just another means to an end. As Putin noted in his Valdai speech,
"If the powers that be today find some standard or norm to their advantage, they force everyone else to comply. But if tomorrow these same standards get in their way, they are swift to throw them in the bin, declare them obsolete, and set or try to set new rules.

Thus, we saw the decisions to launch airstrikes in the centre of Europe, against Belgrade, and then came Iraq, and then Libya. The operations in Afghanistan also started without the corresponding decision from the United Nations Security Council. In their desire to shift the strategic balance in their favour these countries broke apart the international legal framework that prohibited deployment of new missile defence systems. They created and armed terrorist groups, whose cruel actions have sent millions of civilians into flight, made millions of displaced persons and immigrants, and plunged entire regions into chaos.

We see how free trade is being sacrificed and countries use sanctions as a means of political pressure, bypass the World Trade Organisation and attempt to establish closed economic alliances with strict rules and barriers, in which the main beneficiaries are their own transnational corporations. And we know this is happening. They see that they cannot resolve all of the problems within the WTO framework and so think, why not throw the rules and the organisation itself aside and build a new one instead. This illustrates what I just said."

Flashback US Attorney General Loretta Lynch investigating Hillary Clinton crimes ambushed by Bill Clinton

clinton lynch
Having been forced to remove herself from the Hillary Clinton email probe, Loretta Lynch admitted that her shockingly ill-advised private meeting with Bill Clinton has "cast a shadow" over the investigations and questions on the meeting are "fair." Her magnanimity was further expressed "I wouldn't do it again," while claiming that she had made the decision to 'recuse' herself days before her Bubba meeting.

Sham lawsuit to rock presidential elections? Trump lawyers given court date over supposed rape of 13yr old

Counsel for Jeffrey Epstein, associate of Prince Andrew convicted of underage sex crimes in Florida in 2008, also ordered to appear for December civil hearing.

A federal judge in New York has ordered counsel for Donald Trump and the disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein to appear in court along with the attorney for a woman referred to only as "Jane Doe" who alleges the Republican presidential nominee raped her when she was 13.

Judge Ronnie Abrams has slated an initial status conference in the civil lawsuit for 16 December in a New York district court.

The order raises the extraordinary prospect, were Trump to win the 8 November battle for the White House, of counsel for a US president-elect being called into federal court in proceedings relating to allegations of rape of an underage girl.

Comment: So the lawsuit itself was reportedly coordinated by an ex-Jerry Springer show guy who has been linked to other phony cases, and a 'publicist' who has failed to reveal his identity, tried to sell the individual's testimony for $1 million, and threatened to sue if anyone posted anything about him he didn't like. Smells like a rat!

Congressman's Extraordinary Warning on Washington's Think Tank Warmongers

Former Congressman Dennis Kucinich
Former Congressman Dennis Kucinich
"War is a racket. It always has been.

It is possibly the oldest, easily the most profitable, surely the most vicious. It is the only one international in scope. It is the only one in which the profits are reckoned in dollars and the losses in lives.

A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of the people. Only a small "inside" group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few, at the expense of the very many. Out of war a few people make huge fortunes."

- From Major General Smedley Butler's War is a Rackett
Former Congressman Dennis Kucinich has just penned an extremely powerful warning about the warmongers in Washington D.C. Who funds them, what their motives are, and why it is imperative for the American people to stop them.

The piece was published at The Nation and is titled: Why Is the Foreign Policy Establishment Spoiling for More War? Look at Their Donors.

Read it and share it with everyone you know.
