The U.S. Marshals Service has flown in about a dozen deputies from the mainland to provide 24-hour protection to the federal judge whose order blocked the president's travel ban from taking effect.

U.S. District Judge Derrick Watson has received death threats after he issued a ruling last week.

Meanwhile, the FBI is also aware of the threats and are prepared to assist the U.S. Marshals Service if needed.

The FBI would not comment further on how the threats were made.

The agency would also not provide details on what states the threats are coming out of. However, sources say, they are coming from the mainland.

Former federal agent Tommy Aiu said it's not unusual for additional deputies to be brought in to help the local U.S. Marshals office with protection needs.

Pepe Escobar: Daesh, creature of the West

Islamic State militants
© AP Photo/Militant Photo This image posted online on Saturday, Dec. 10, 2016, by supporters of the Islamic State militant group on an anonymous photo sharing website, purports to show a gunman firing at an unseen target, east of of Palmyra, east of Palmyra city, in Homs provence, Syria,
James Shea, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Emerging Threats at NATO - now that's a lovely title - recently gave a talk at a private club in London on the Islamic State/Daesh. Shea, as many will remember, made his name as NATO's spokesman during the NATO war on Yugoslavia in 1999.

After his talk Shea engaged in a debate with a source I very much treasure. The source later gave me the lowdown.

According to Saudi intelligence, Daesh was invented by the US government - in Camp Bacca, near the Kuwait border, as many will remember — to essentially finish off the Shiite-majority Nouri al-Maliki government in Baghdad.

It didn't happen this way, of course. Then, years later, in the summer of 2014, Daesh routed the Iraqi Army on its way to conquer Mosul. The Iraqi Army fled. Daesh operatives then annexed ultra-modern weapons that took US instructors from six to twelve months to train the Iraqis in and...surprise! Daesh incorporated the weapons in their arsenals in 24 hours.

In the end, Shea frankly admitted to the source that Gen David Petraeus, conductor of the much-lauded 2007 surge, had trained these Sunnis now part of Daesh in Anbar province in Iraq.

Comment: Exactly; it's born in the paranoid Western mind. Why then did the author confuse the issue with false generalizations about the victims?

Davos for Democrats: DNC donors meet to plot the Trump resistance

corporate democrats
The Daily Beast just published an article previewing what should be referred to from this day forth as Davos for Democrats; a big-money infused orgy of wealthy donors telling their political puppets what to do as they mingle at one of the most luxurious hotel chains in the world.

Clearly learning absolutely zero lessons from their recent election pummeling, the Democratic Party is simply doubling down on its hopelessly failed strategy. Namely, a focus on more cash, even more donor influence and an absence of any new or interesting ideas that could actually get frustrated and struggling American voters excited. The post referenced below reads like something out of The Onion and would be downright hilarious if it wasn't so pathetic and deranged.

From the article, Democratic Donors Gather in D.C. to Plot the Resistance:
The Democratic Party's top officials will meet with some of their wealthiest donors in Washington, D.C., this week to plot the Trump resistance, according to documents obtained by The Daily Beast.

Comment: Is it any wonder that the Democratic party can't come up with any new ideas? Psychopaths are sorely lacking in creativity.

The Empire's Mission: Keeping the myth and Islamic State alive

Joint Syrian-Russian-Iranian operations against foreign-funded and armed militant groups across Syrian territory have incrementally dismantled and frustrated the fighting capacity of groups including the so-called Islamic State, Al Nusra, Al Qaeda, and a myriad of other fronts coordinated and arrayed from abroad against Damascus.

With the Russian intervention in late 2015, considerable air power was applied to these militant fronts' logistical lines extending beyond Syria's borders. As the supplies were cut, Syrian forces and their allies were able to isolate and eliminate one stronghold after another.

Now, many of these groups face defeat within Syria, prompting their foreign sponsors into two courses of action - posing as the forces responsible for their defeat as the US and Turkey are attempting to do amid their respective, illegal incursions into Syrian territory, and creating a narrative to serve as cover for the evacuation and harboring of these militant groups elsewhere for future use.

Comment: These two courses of action are not mutually exclusive. Both can be in operation and achieved.

Comment: The plan has always been to metastasize terrorism far and wide until it consumes or destroys all self-determined governments, societies and ethnicities that refuse or refute the NWO.

The Serbian children of Yugoslavia recall the horror of the 1999 NATO bombing

Eighteen years after the beginning of NATO's aerial bombardment of Yugoslavia, Serbian children who were born during that troubled time still bear the emotional scars left by war.

In 1999, the United States and its NATO allies utilized the air power of the formerly defensive organization to conduct air strikes in support of an internal Yugoslav conflict between Belgrade and the breakaway region of Kosovo. Their actions took a toll on the lives of the young children of that generation, leaving scars they still wear today.

Andjela S. was born in Pec, a city located in the Serbian province of Kosovo and the former seat of the Serbian Orthodox Church. After the events of the 1999, however, all of the city's Serbian residents had to abandon their homes and flee for their lives. According to Andjela, a great injustice was done to Serbia back then, when Western propaganda portrayed Serbians as the chief culprits behind the war.

Comment: The 'middle ground' concept is a fallacy that covers up the atrocities of NATO destroying a great country. See the Weight of Chains documentary as well as the following articles:

The federal agency that oversees the lease on President Donald Trump's luxury hotel in Washington, DC has ruled that he is not violating a clause barring government officials from being admitted to or benefiting from the building. On Thursday, the contracting officer for the General Services Administration (GSA) sent a letter to Donald Trump Jr, informing him that the Trump Organization is in "full compliance" with the lease for the hotel.
"I have determined that Tenant is in full compliance with Section 37.19 and, accordingly, the Lease is valid and in full force and effect," the officer wrote. Section 37.19 of the lease reads, "No member or delegate to Congress, or elected official of the Government of the United States or the Government of the District of Columbia, shall be admitted to any share or part of this Lease, or to any benefit that may arise therefrom."
Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), the legal watchdog group that filed a lawsuit against Trump after he was sworn in as president, released a statement, calling the decision a "disappointment."

Moscow expects that its exports to the United States will increase by some 11 percent and reach $11 billion this year, Russia's trade representative to the United States Alexander Stadnik told Sputnik.

"We are expecting to reach the pre-crisis exports level in 2017, which is $10.5-11 billion," Stadnik said referencing to 2013-2014 levels. "But that's the forecast in the first quarter and much will depend on how the situation develops."

According to the data of the Trade Representation, the exports from Russia to the United States in 2016 was $9.4 billion.

"We are also preparing a number of big events in various formats to realize these plans and search for new initiatives," Stadnik noted. "But to speak frankly, it's a big risk to make positive forecasts without stability and positivity in the bilateral relations."

Israel melts down over Russia not being their 'security blanket' in Syria

Putin trying to hear
The meltdown continues.

We knew that the Israeli media would go bananas over Syria's decision to defend itself against Israeli airstrikes. But who could have foreseen this level of bananas?

Compliments of a Times of Israel "partner", we learn: "Israelis Now Forced To Consider The Putin Factor: Is Russia no longer Israel's security blanket in the Syrian civil war?"

Strange. We remember when Putin announced Russia's air operations in Syria. But we don't remember him mentioning anything about Russian forces intervening in order to be "Israel's security blanket".

A controversial anti-abortion bill passed the Oklahoma House on Tuesday. The bill would ban doctors from performing abortions if the mother is seeking one due to a genetic abnormality.

House Bill 1549 passed with a 67-16 vote on Tuesday. It would hold physicians who violate the measure liable and face steep fines of up to $100,000.

Before Representative George Faught's bill passed, a heated debate took place on the floor of the Oklahoma House. The debate lasted for more than an hour.

"Abortion offends God, plain and simple," Rep. John Bennett said, according to KFOR.

'No evidence to back up claims' - Russian FM on US allegations Moscow aids Taliban in Afghanistan

Moscow has dismissed US allegations that it may be supplying Taliban insurgents as a "complete fabrication," saying the charge is Washington's attempt to cover up for its own failures in Afghanistan.

"Those are utterly false assertions, and we have reacted to such [allegations] on several occasions. It is not even worth a reaction since those statements are fabrications designed to justify the failure of the US military and politicians in the Afghan campaign," Zamir Kabulov, the Russian Foreign Ministry's director of the Second Asian Department in Afghanistan, told RIA Novosti on Friday.

"They are looking for someone to blame [for their failures] everywhere other than in Washington," Kabulov, who served as Russian envoy to Afghanistan in 2004-2009 and is currently a special representative of the Russian president, said.

On Thursday, US Army General Curtis Scaparrotti, who is NATO's Supreme Allied Commander in Europe, said that he had seen "Russian influence" on Afghan Taliban insurgents who are gaining momentum, raising the possibility that none other than Moscow helped supply the militants.

"I've seen the influence of Russia of late," the top US general in Europe told a senate hearing, as cited by Reuters.

While speaking of "increased influence in terms of association and perhaps even supply to the Taliban," the official offered no evidence to back up the claims and provided no sources for the serious allegation.
