Obama-appointed judge in Manafort case dismissed lawsuit against Hillary over Benghazi attack

Judge Deborah Robinson
U.S. District Magistrate Judge Deborah A. Robinson, a Killary crony
By analyzing the track record of U.S. District Magistrate Judge Deborah A. Robinson, it looks like the fix was in when it comes to Paul Manafort's case. Robinson appears to be sympathetic to Democrats, as she was appointed by former President Obama and previously donated to former President Bill Clinton's campaign.

Robinson also "dismissed a lawsuit brought against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton by relatives of victims of the 2012 Benghazi attack," reports Fox News.

Dan Bongino on DNC-FBI fake dossier: 'How is this NOT the political scandal of the century?' (VIDEO)

hillary clinton
"You will all pay for not voting for me!"
Democrats and the FBI paid for a salacious, dishonest, and discredited report on Donald Trump, then used the report to spy on Donald Trump and their political opposition. Dan Bongino wants to know, "How is this NOT the scandal of the century?"
Dan Bongino: I can't say this enough, how is this not the scandal of the century? You have an organization affiliated with Barack Obama, OFA. We now know that, this is not speculation, shelled money to Fusion GPS who in turn bought fake Russian intelligence. And here's the critical point, Trish, as a former federal agent this means a lot to me. Bogus Russian intel that made it to the President of the United States and in the form of a presidential daily brief, made it to the FBI and may have made it into FBI documents used to obtain warrants to wiretap Barack Obama's political opponents. Please explain to me again how this is NOT the political scandal of the century?

Comment: It IS 'the political scandal of the century', except the media (with honorable exceptions) is inverting the truth 180 degrees to frame Trump.

From Russia with love: Moscow renegotiates $1 billion of Venezuelan debt

Maduro
Russia will not demand Venezuela repay its owed debt in the amount of $ 1 billion for 2017 alone, said the head of Russia's Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov.

Thus, Moscow continues to support Caracas and the regime of President Nicolas Maduro. At the same time, there is no coherent reason to demand a return of the money from Venezuela which due to the severe economic and social crisis in the country, accompanied by a currency deficit, would not allow it to be payed off.

"Venezuela turned to us for debt restructuring. The terms of this restructuring were discussed. We have worked out the conditions with the Ministry of Finance in general. If the Venezuelan side can quickly initial these agreements, there is every reason to agree and sign the terms of the restructuring before the end of this year," the minister said.

Comment: You'll not see the West conduct business this way. The US operates precisely through maintaining pressure of economic instability and the inability to repay loans. This in turn is used to create vassal states dependent on financing in exchange for following US policy. Russia is creating an alternative way based on partnership, reason, and mutual support.

Rule of the lawless: Democrat party bosses warn Trump not to interfere in Mueller witch-hunt

chuck schumer
"Attaboy Chuck, we got 'im by the nuts now!"
Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) is warning President Trump not to interfere with special counsel Robert Mueller's Russia investigation after Paul Manafort, Trump's former campaign chairman, was charged as part of the probe.

"The President must not, under any circumstances, interfere with the special counsel's work in any way. If he does so, Congress must respond swiftly, unequivocally, and in a bipartisan way to ensure that the investigation continues," Schumer said in a statement.

He added that "the rule of law is paramount in America and the investigation must be allowed to proceed unimpeded."

Manafort has been charged with 12 counts including conspiracy against the United States, according to the special counsel's office. Manafort's former business partner and protegé, Rick Gates, who was ousted from the pro-Trump group America First Policies in April, has also been charged.

Propaganda Alert: Trump vows 'justice' as he sends Navy SEALs to abduct 'key Benghazi militant' from Libya

More believable than US govt narratives about 'fighting terrorists'
U.S. special operations forces captured a militant in Libya accused of playing an instrumental role in the Benghazi attacks, officials said Monday, in a high-stakes operation designed to bring the perpetrators to justice five years after the deadly violence.

President Donald Trump identified the militant as Mustafa al-Imam and said his capture signified that the four Americans who died "will never be forgotten." Justice Department officials were escorting al-Imam by military plane to the United States, where he's expected to be tried in federal court.

"Our memory is deep and our reach is long, and we will not rest in our efforts to find and bring the perpetrators of the heinous attacks in Benghazi to justice," Trump said.

Comment: The US used Libya as a terrorist-breeding ground, giving them passports for covert training in the US and for sneaking them in with refugees to Europe, and giving them weapons for conducting terror attacks and eventually full-scale ground war in Syria and Iraq.

Best of the Web: Tucker Carlson: Podesta brothers and Manafort, not Trump, are 'central figures' in Mueller probe (UPDATE)

manafort mueller podesta
Paul Manafort, Robert Mueller, Tony Podesta
Fox News' Tucker Carlson said he has a source who told him that the Podesta brothers and Paul Manafort are the "central figures" Robert Mueller's investigation, not President Trump. The source, Carlson said, told him about events that implicate Manafort, the Podesta brothers, Hillary Clinton and her State Department, and Russian oligarchs. The source has been interviewed by Mueller's independent investigators.

"If true," Carlson said, the story weaved by the source shows the media is focusing on the wrong Russia story.

The source tells Tucker Carlson that Paul Manafort worked extensively with the Podesta Group as far back as 2011 on behalf of Russia. Manafort's Russian associates wanted to influence Washington and sought the Podesta brothers because of their ties to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

UPDATE: Carlson has given an update since the Manafort indictment:

From Fox:
A thus-far-reliable source who used to be involved with Clinton allies John and Tony Podesta told Tucker Carlson that press reports appearing to implicate President Trump in Russian collusion are exaggerated.

The source, who Carlson said he would not yet name, said he worked for the brothers' Podesta Group and was privy to some information from Robert Mueller's special investigation.

While media reports describe former "Black, Manafort & Stone" principal Paul Manafort as Trump's main tie to the investigation, the source said it is Manafort's role as a liaison between Russia and the Podesta Group that is drawing the scrutiny.

The "vehicle" Manafort worked for was what Carlson called a "sham" company with a headquarters listed in Belgium but whose contact information was linked to Kiev, the Ukrainian capital.

In August it was reported that the far left corrupt Podesta Group retroactively filed DOJ forms that they should have filed years earlier. Today we woke up to the announcement that Paul Manafort has been arrested for not filing the exact same forms. Did the corrupt Mueller investigation tip off the Podestas to get their forms filed?

Manafort indictment calculated move to protect Mueller

Robert Mueller
© Getty ImagesSpecial counsel Robert Mueller
More than anything else, the indictments of Paul Manafort and his partner Rick Gates demonstrate the fraudulent nature of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation. The probe has little to do with Russian interference in last year's election. Instead, it is calculated to protect Mueller and a cabal within the FBI and Justice Department who covered up crimes by Hillary Clinton because they believed it was likely that she would be elected president.

And once Mueller and then his friend and successor James Comey covered for Hillary, they had to keep covering. There was a reason that Mueller was so available when he was so swiftly appointed Special Counsel in May by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein. The Comey firing threatened to expose all that these same officials had swept under the rug. Yes, Rosenstein bit the bullet and drafted the memo that was the legal basis for firing Comey, but it would be followed by appointing Mueller.

Comment: More on Robert Mueller's less-than-sterling reputation. Flaherty's take is pretty lightweight. Sure, Mueller, Comey, McCabe and Rosenstein are trying to cover themselves and their past misdeeds - as are everyone else in Washington, all the time. That much is obvious. But the Manafort indictment coming now seems more like a desperate last attempt to scare anyone with knowledge of "Russia collusion" out into the open. Since there was no Russia collusion, it's unlikely to have any effect - unless they can get someone to make up accusations in order to get the Mueller probe to leave them alone. At the very least, Mueller can say he found something with regard to Manafort, Gates, and Papadopolous - even if it has nothing to do with Russia.

It's not about Trump and collusion: A simple explanation for Paul Manafort's indictment

A lot will be said about the federal indictment of Paul Manafort and his business partner Richard Gates. Much of that will involve talk of "collusion," Donald Trump, Jared Kushner, opposition research, etc. This talk might end up being relevant someday, but so far it's not really relevant to the indictment.

Here, simplified and translated into layman's terms, what the federal government is alleging:

Paul Manafort was a lobbyist for Putin-backed forces in Ukraine, and he allegedly covered it up by disguising payments and refusing to register as a foreign agent - which is required by law. Along the way, Manafort allegedly didn't pay taxes on this income. Manafort's partner Gates is named in the indictment, too.

Flashback 'We just got a tip': Email leak reveals more collusion between State Dept and Killary campaign

Hillary Clinton
A new Podesta email released by WikiLeaks today reveals further direct coordination between the State Department and the Clinton campaign during what should have been a confidential investigation. The following email chain starts with a note from Clinton Deputy Communications Director, Kristina Schake, on April 9th, 2015 informing Mook, Palmieri, Mills, Podesta and Samuelson that "Someone here just got a tip that the State Department may be planning to release her Benghazi emails tomorrow or Monday."

The emails further reveal a continued coordination between the State Department and the Clinton campaign with Heather Samuelson providing frequent status updates over the course of the following week.

As legal experts pointed out previously, ultimately another month passed before the State Department finally released the first Clinton emails on May 22, 2015. It is unclear what accounted for the delay. It is also extremely unclear why Samuelson would have received frequent updates from the State Department on the status of ongoing FOIA requests as she was no longer employed by the State Department in 2015.
Email release
It's also unclear, and curious, why all of the controversial conversations, like this one, always seem to be conducted through gmail rather than official campaign email addresses.
