Judge throws out victim's lawsuit against admitted child rapist and former House Speaker Dennis Hastert

Dennis Hastert Bush
A judge has chosen to protect former U.S. House speaker and admitted child rapist, Dennis Hastert, by throwing out a lawsuit filed by a man who claims he was violently raped by Hastert when he was a child-and this is not the first time the man claims he has been denied justice.

According to a report from the Chicago Sun-Times, Judge Robert Pilmer dismissed the case citing the statute of limitations. The victim in the case, identified as "Richard Doe" in court documents, is the sixth individual to claim he was sexually assaulted by Hastert.

The man claimed that when he was in fourth grade in 1973, he was riding his bike in Yorkville, Illinois, when he stopped to use the restroom near Yorkville High School. His lawsuit states that a large man opened the door of the stall he was in, and then forcefully sodomized him.

The man said he saw his attacker's face but did not recognize him. Hastert was a teacher at Yorkville High School at the time, and the man claims he ran into Hastert weeks later during gym class where Hastert "took the alleged victim by the neck, led him into the hallway, dropped to his knees and asked if he had told anyone about the assault."

Comment: If this is the kind of bottom-of-the-barrel scum that end up in politics, no wonder we're all doomed. From this report:
The new accuser, referred to in the lawsuit as Illinois resident "Richard Doe," is seeking $50,000 in damages from Hastert and Yorkville Community Unit School District 115 for charges including battery, negligent infliction of emotional distress and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
$50,000? That's nothing compared to the $1.7 million he's already paid to another individual, which he is (to add insult to injury) suing the victim back for! This guy is a piece of sh*t of the lowest order. And it's not just in the US, almost anywhere you go, pedophiles run the government and nobody gives a damn!

China unveils hypersonic missile capable of speeds up to Mach 25

© GettyCHINA: Beijing is reported to have tested a hypersonic multi-nuke called the Dongfeng-41
The Dongfeng-41 will be capable of hypersonic speeds up to Mach 25 and has been in development for more than 30 years.

Chinese scientists have tested the weapon eight times since 2012 - and carried out their most recent tests deep in the desert earlier this month.

State media reports the missile is due to enter the arsenal of the People's Liberation Army in early 2018.

Carrying 10 nuclear warheads, the weapon is believed to be 33 tons and approximately 15 metres long.

China's state-owned newspaper The Global Times claims the weapon will be able to strike "anywhere in the world".

"It can carry up to 10 nuclear warheads, each of which can target separately," Missile expert Xu Guangyu said.

He added: "Once the Dongfeng-41 goes into service, China's ability to protect its own safety and to prevent wars would greatly increase."

Another WaPo 'sex scandal': Sexually explicit photo of Rep. Joe Barton released online, now under investigation

Rep Joe Barton
© Bill Clarke / AP, FileRep. Joe Barton leaves the House Republican Conference meeting, Sept. 29, 2015, in Washington.
Washington - Ennis Rep. Joe Barton said U.S. Capitol Police have launched an investigation into how a sexually explicit photo of him was released online this week.

Meanwhile, an unnamed woman has come forward, telling The Washington Post that Barton sent her lewd messages, videos and images from Barton during a relationship that spanned multiple years, beginning in 2011.

The woman, who said she subsequently discovered Barton was involved with other women, and that she began corresponding with them, provided a recording to The Post in which the Republican threatened to report her to the Capitol Police if she released the materials "in a way that would negatively affect" his career.

She told the newspaper that she did not publish the explicit image, though it's unclear whether she willingly provided it to someone else.

Barton confirmed late Wednesday that he warned the woman he might seek help from police to ensure that she didn't expose private photos to retaliate for his ending their relationship, and he believes he's the victim of a crime from this week's exposure of the lewd material.

Comment: So Rep. Joe Barton had a consensual relationship with a mature adult woman, and in the context of this, he sent her some sexually explicit photos. He apologized even though he did nothing wrong, but somehow the fake news outlet Washington Post has managed to create a sex scandal out of this, automatically tarnishing his name. Did the Washington Post 'encourage' this woman to come forward, just as they did with at least one of the accusers of Roy Moore?:

British media's Russian election coverage based on nothing but idle gossip

Putin thumbs up
Nice one UK
On Saturday night, a supposed "scoop" circulated like wildfire around the Russia-focused Twittersphere. If it had any basis in reality, it would have been a bombshell: Vladimir Putin was "tired" and "considered leaving the presidency in autumn last year."

Properly sourced, it would have confirmed a rumor which spread around Moscow in the summer of 2016. Because, back then, at least six Russian officials, or people connected to them, suggested a similar scenario to me, in various exchanges. I tried to stand it up, but nobody would go on-the-record. Then, later that year, in October, three more apparatchiks and some media people brought up the topic again, on the fringes of the annual Valdai Club event in Sochi.

At that point, I contacted one of Russia's most prominent journalists, who knows Putin personally and has interviewed him many times. During a lengthy chat, the famous figure told me that even if Putin were genuinely "tired" and considering retirement, nobody outside his very close circle would know... and they NEVER EVER leak. A habit which, naturally, greatly upsets Russian hacks, who, unlike their American counterparts don't have an endless flow of "classified" information to reveal.

Putin-Assad meeting confirms US has lost all credibility in Middle East

I'm not a terribly religious man. But, I'd like to believe there is a special corner in Hell reserved for those that fomented the Syrian Civil War.

From its beginnings in Libya with gun-funneling through the U.S. embassy in Benghazi to yesterday's meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, this entire affair will be remembered as one of the most cynical and abusive periods of history.

The Syrian 'Civil War' was meant to be the crowning achievement of U.S./Israeli/Saudi policy in the Middle East, the apotheosis of neoconservatism.

Saudi insider: 'American mercenaries are torturing' arrested Saudi elite - Prince Alwaleed was hung upside down 'just to send a message'

Saudi prince Alwaleed

  • Source in Saudi Arabia says American private security contractors are carrying out'interrogations' on princes and billionaires arrested in crackdown
  • Detained members of Saudi elite have been hung by their feet and beaten by interrogates, source says
  • Among those hung upside down are Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, an investor worth at least $7 billion who is being held at Riyadh's Ritz Carlton
  • Arrests were ordered three weeks ago by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman
  • Source claims mercenaries are from 'Blackwater', a claim also made by Lebanese president
  • But its successor firm denies it has any operations in Saudi Arabia whatsoever and says its staff abide by U.S. law
  • Americans who commit torture abroad can be jailed for up to 20 years
Saudi princes and billionaire businessmen arrested in a power grab earlier this month are being strung up by their feet and beaten by American private security contractors, a source in the country tells DailyMail.com.

The group of the country's most powerful figures were arrested in a crackdown ordered by Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman three weeks ago as he ordered the detention of at least 11 fellow princes and hundreds of businessmen and government officials over claims of corruption.

Just last month, the Crown Prince vowed to restore 'moderate, open Islam' in the kingdom and relaxed a number of its ultra-conservative rules, including lifting a ban on women driving.

DailyMail.com can disclose that the arrests have been followed by 'interrogations' which a source said were being carried out by 'American mercenaries' brought in to work for the 32-year-old crown prince, who is now the kingdom's most powerful figure.

Comment: This is not the first report we have of the arrested Saudi royals being beaten and tortured.

We have also read information on Prince Salman offering a deal to the detainees to let them go: Give up 70% of their wealth and pledge loyalty to him. Either get tortured or walk free - it sounds like an "offer you can't refuse" in Don Corleone style. But will they remain 'loyal' once they have walked away?

American 'net-neutrality': Censorship re-branded for a US audience

Net neutrality censorship redefined rebranded don't tread on me
The Trump administration is making moves to repeal Obama era Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules on so-called "net-neutrality". Straight away, social media became a kind of ill-informed circus with many fearing that online free speech is now endangered-which it very much is, but not for the reasons generally being proffered.

The concept of net-neutrality as defined by the FCC, has nothing specifically to do with policing internet content. So while many are saying that ending net neutrality will mean that one will no longer be allowed to post political content online that challenges the mainstream media/deep state narrative, this is technically not true, although the danger is a lurking one, for reasons which shall be explored subsequently.

The deceptive term net-neutrality, brought to you by the same country that called the massacre of one million innocent Iraqis "operation Iraqi freedom", was a series of new FCC rules passed in 2015, designed to regulate internet providers, the biggest of which in the US today are, Comcast, Time Warner, Verizon, AT & T and Cox. It must also be said that the current debate in the US will only effect US based web users.

Clinton White House doubled down on 'abusive behavior', says Sebelius; says it's fair to criticize Hillary Clinton

Kathleen Sebelius
Kathleen Sebelius testifies as HHS Secretary before the House Energy and Commerce Committee in 2013.
As a wave of stories unfold about sexual harassment and assault by men in power, a senior Democratic leader says her party should reflect on how it handled such charges when they were leveled against former President Bill Clinton.

"Not only did people look the other way, but they went after the women who came forward and accused him," says Kathleen Sebelius, the former secretary of Health and Human Services and Kansas governor. "And so it doubled down on not only bad behavior but abusive behavior. And then people attacked the victims."

The Franken-grope continues: Two more women accuse Sen. Al Franken of inappropriate touching

al franken
© Bloomberg via Getty ImagesThat makes it four women who have accused Sen. Al Franken of groping them.
Two more women have told HuffPost that Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) touched their butts in separate incidents. These are the third and fourth such allegations against Franken in the past week. Leeann Tweeden, a radio host, wrote last week that Franken had kissed and groped her without her consent during a 2006 USO tour. On Monday, Lindsay Menz accused Franken of groping her at the Minnesota State Fair in 2010.

The two additional women, who said they were not familiar with each others' stories, both spoke on condition of anonymity. But their stories, which describe events during Franken's first campaign for the Senate, are remarkably similar - and both women have been telling them privately for years.

In a statement to HuffPost, Franken said, "It's difficult to respond to anonymous accusers, and I don't remember those campaign events."

Former NSA official William Binney says Russia election meddling is propaganda to increase war spending

A veteran NSA official is exposing "Russiagate" as the operation of intentional deception backed by the military-intelligence industrial complex that it is.

Washington, D.C. - William Binney is a 30-year National Security Agency veteran, who served as the global Technical Director for geopolitical analysis at the NSA and was an architect of its surveillance program before becoming a famed whistleblower upon resigning in 2001.

Binney was persecuted for attempting to expose lies and distortions of intelligence by the George W. Bush administration used to justify systematic, massive, and all-encompassing surveillance into all Americans' private electronic communications.

In regards to Russiagate, Binney has been a strong proponent of the idea that the Democratic National Committee was not hacked by Russians, and in a November 15 interview, published on the Washingtonsblog news-site, titled "How to Instantly Prove (Or Disprove) Russian Hacking of US Election", he provides a technical analysis that exposes how the Democratic party allegations of "Russian hacking" are a part of an operation of intentional deception backed by the military-intelligence-industrial complex.

Comment: Mike Whitney has written an article in which he speculates that Russia is being blamed, not for domestic political reasons, but because of geopolitics. In other words, Hillary is being used as a pawn by the deep state.
