"The Whole thing is a scam": Trump unloads on "Deep State"

Trump deportation
President Trump went way off script during a Tuesday speech at the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) - lashing out against everything from the "deep state" to the intense immigration debate, which he calls a distraction from Congressional hearings on the recently released Inspector General's (OIG) report on FBI bias during the 2016 US election.

The foxes and the henhouse: The public opinion manipulation of Wikipedia

Wikipuzglobe
© Wikipedia/SputnikWho's truth?
Independent German investigators Markus Fiedler and Dirk Pohlmann have told Sputnik Deutschland about some of the mysterious Wikipedia editors they say are responsible for 'safeguarding' mainstream viewpoints on the world's largest and most influential free online encyclopedia.

With Germans' trust in the mass media on the decline, more and more people are turning to the internet for their news and information. However, here too, search engine inquiries are filtered, with Google often directing queries directly to Wikipedia, the free, multilingual online encyclopedia which anyone can theoretically edit.

However, as independent bloggers Markus Fiedler and Dirk Pohlmann have found out, as important and valuable as Wikipedia is, its 'freely editable' model definitely doesn't mean an absence of censorship and biased political activism.

"If you're a journalist preparing to interview someone, chances are you'll look on Wikipedia to find out who this person is. If it's written that they're an anti-Semite and supporter of conspiracy theories, as is often the case with people who someone doesn't happen to like, there probably won't be much interest in interviewing them," Pohlmann explained.

"In other words, on Wikipedia one quite often finds a [political] coloring of this or that public person and whether they are believable or not. And this is a very effective tool," he added.

Comment: Valid sources of information are critical in the verification of viewpoints and facts for any news article. Wikipedia has a track record of untrustworthy filters of information which, by default, negates its viability for those purposes. See also:

Say 'NO' America! Trump is bought and paid for by Zionists demanding war with Iran

Adelson, wife, Trump

Following up on my column last week, Perpetual War: A Racket For Politicians, Bankers, And War Profiteers, I wrote this on my Facebook page on Monday, Memorial Day:
If we truly want to support our troops and honor our men and women in uniform, we would stop requiring them to have their limbs blown off, their bodies paralyzed, their eyes blinded, their minds destroyed and their lives lost for wars that have NOTHING to do with protecting America and EVERYTHING to do with enriching globalists, bankers, politicians, and war profiteers.

We would stop using them for political nation-building, regime change and drug dealing. We would stop using them as global cops. And we would especially stop using them to fight perpetual wars of aggression for Zionist Israel.

Short of the above, all of the hype about "supporting our troops" is just so much hot air. No! It's even worse than that: It's pure propaganda for the sake of benefiting the merciless, murderous war merchants and heads of state who profit off of the sacrifices of their country's sons and daughters, fathers and mothers, brothers and sisters and husbands and wives.

The best way to "support our troops" is to BRING THEM HOME.
Sadly, since World War II and the advent of the United Nations and Zionist State of Israel, the United States has turned into a militaristic, warmongering, arms-running, New World Order-building piranha state. The United States spends more money on its military than at least the next eight countries combined.

Bolton: 'We don't need UN advice on how to govern ourselves'

UN Human Rights Council session
© Denis Balibouse/ReutersEmpty seats, US delegation, UN Human Rights Council
US National Security Adviser John Bolton said the US was right to ditch the UN Human Rights Council because Washington doesn't need its opinion on how to govern itself.
"Getting off the council is an assertion of American determination to stick by its constitution and not to recognize that there is some higher authority at the UN, whether it's the [Human Rights] Council or the High Commissioner for Human Rights, to judge our performance or to give us advice on how to implement the constitution," Bolton said on Thursday. "We're perfectly capable of doing that ourselves."

Comment: Apparently not.

Washington's decision to leave the UN's top human rights agency drew criticism from foreign partners, including some of America's closest allies. Yet, speaking to the TV channel Fox News, Bolton confirmed that it was the right move, and the White House is fine in handling its own affairs, without an opinion from outside. "We don't need advice by the UN or other international bodies on how to govern ourselves," he reiterated.

Bolton, who was named national security adviser in President Donald Trump's administration two months ago, reminded those listening that the United States opposed the creation of the Human Rights Council in the first place, and, when he served as envoy to the UN under George W. Bush, had voted against it.

Comment: The Human Rights Council is not about the US -- it's about abuse and suffering all over the globe. The US should 'get over itself' and do its part of the job with humility and integrity - both of which Bolton is in very short supply. Benefit of US pullout (given the human rights atrocities exemplified by the Palestinian massacre) goes to Israel...or does it? Without the US negating Council decisions, perhaps 'human rights' finally stand a chance.

Zarif promises cooperation with US if it returns to Nuclear Deal

Mohammad Javad Zarif
© PressTVIranian FM Mohammad Javad Zarif
Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif wrote in an article that his country would come back to the negotiating table with the United States if it sticks to the 2015 nuclear pact.
"If the US government summons the courage to renounce these policies... a new image of the US will emerge in the world, including in Iran, paving the path to joint efforts for security, stability, and inclusive sustainable development," he pledged.
In the article for the Iran Daily news website, entitled "US foreign policy in crisis," Zarif slammed US counterpart Mike Pompeo for making "threats" against Iran in May when he made 12 demands that Tehran had to meet to avoid "the strongest sanctions in history."

Zarif said the ultimatum was a "desperate reaction" and an attempt to justify Washington's unilateral withdrawal from world powers' nuclear agreement with Iran. The diplomat suggested the Trump administration should cease treaty violations, "economic aggression" against Iran and acknowledge regional meddling.

Comment: What are Iran's incentives to make this approach? This symbolic olive branch offered to the US gives Iran the higher moral ground and a chance for the US to come to reason by rejoining the negotiation and avoiding war. We can surmise that Israel will see this as a threat and heavily bank against it by faking reasons for military action. The US has to decide if it is a global leader or a regional washout systematically taken down by its handler. Sadly, this determination - so far - has already been made.

China: US should assume responsibility for migrant crisis!

Migrantcrisis ripoff
© Unknown/KJN
Over 97% of Chinese agree that the US is largely responsible for the migrant crises that have led to tens of millions of people being displaced, adding that they don't believe that China should feel obligated to solve crises which other nations have created.

Almost all of the Chinese citizens who were polled on the matter of taking in migrants answered with the perspective that America made these messes, now they can take responsibility for them.

The following Global Times report covers the poll results, added emphasis is mine:

Comment: As they go hand-in-hand with 'the wall' and pro-active migration suppression -- were these global opinions, with potential reactionary consequences, calculated? Foreseen? Or did the US think it would skate by world opinion unscathed?

Are they insane? The US anti-Trump, pro-war Left

RachelMaddowPutinpic
© The OnionNBC Anchor Rachel Maddow
What's becoming ever clearer is that Democratic Party establishment and its media surrogates are no longer part of 'the Left' as it was once traditionally known.

Whether it's egging on increased tensions between the US and Russia, or a violent proxy war and regime change in Syria, (Obama's) war on Yemen, general support for Israel's brutal occupation and repression of the native Palestinians, or their opposition to any constructive peace between the US and North Korea - through their incessant pro-war rhetoric, it should be self-evident by now that America's Democratic establishment and its media arms in MSNBC and CNN - are clearly in common cause with Neoconservatives, the military establishment and transnational corporate monopolists. If they have their way, all of these illegal wars of aggression will carry on, and US will continue its 21st century downward spiral from world leader and once trusted force for mediation on the international scene. The Resistance is hastening America's inevitable demise and making mainstream politics and media a laughing-stock in the process.

American talk show host Jimmy Dore illustrates this point by revealing the complete insanity of America's hysterical anti-Trump, pro-war Left, featuring a disturbingly crass segment by unhinged MSNBC host Rachel Maddow who somehow managed to tie-in Russia with the recent North Korean talks - another case of someone purporting to be on "the Left" politically, but in actuality is attacking Trump from the (Neoconservative) right. Not only that, but Maddow is also engaging in toxic fake news too.

Comment: Quite amazing just how easy it is to synthesize a scenario and make it appear real.

Prince William infuriates Israel with 'Occupied' East Jerusalem statement before upcoming visit

Prince William has angered Israel's Jerusalem Affairs Minister Zeev Elkin by referring to East Jerusalem as part of the Occupied Palestinian Territories (OPT), in a statement detailing his upcoming trip to the Middle East.

In a Facebook post, Israel's Elkin was enraged by the Prince's OPT reference, claiming Jerusalem was "unified" and "has been the capital of Israel for over 3,000 years."

Elkin wrote:
"It's regrettable that Britain chose to politicise the Royal visit. Unified Jerusalem has been the capital of Israel for over 3,000 years and no twisted wording of the official press release will change the reality. I'm expecting the prince's staff to fix this distortion."
The Duke of Cambridge is due to arrive in the region on June 25 to embark on a tour of Jordan, Israel and the Occupied Palestinian Territories. As part of that tour, the prince will visit the occupied Old City of Jerusalem.

Kensington Palace has released a statement detailing that the prince would be meeting Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas in Ramallah, as well as visiting refugee communities; enabling him to enjoy the company of young Palestinians and "celebrate Palestinian culture, music and food."

'Shock waves': PM questions UK's role as 'tier-one' military power

UK DS Gavin Williamson
© QuartzUK Defense Secretary Gavin Williamson
Comments made by Theresa May have sent "shock waves" through the MoD after the PM asked the ministry to justify Britain's role as a "tier-one" military power amid escalating rows over funding increases.

First reported in the Financial Times, May allegedly threw down the gauntlet to Defense Secretary Gavin Williamson on Tuesday during a meeting attended by Chancellor of the Exchequer Philip Hammond.

One defense official claimed that the PM's intervention caused such a stir within the ministry that some staff had "their head in their hands" upon learning that May had questioned Britain's future as a leading military power.

During the meeting, May told Williamson to go and rethink the capabilities required for a modern military force, and to focus more on Britain's cyber-warfare capabilities and its capacity to counter new threats, including Russia, according to the FT.

Downing Street, meanwhile, has dismissed the narrative coming out of the MoD, which suggested that May was looking to downgrade Britain's military. It did confirm, however, that she had challenged Williamson's plans for future defense spending.

Comment: Why does the UK always seem to be in annoying disarray?

US strikes trade deal with Germany over automaker tariffs

© Jesco Denzel/German Federal Government via AP
There may not be a trade war over automakers after all.

Just a few weeks after President Donald Trump launched a Commerce Department review of how auto imports might be hurting national security, Germany's biggest automakers are ready to give up on the ten percent protective tariff wall that has shielded them from competition with U.S. cars, according to the Wall Street Journal. (WSJ)

Their proposal envisions full reciprocity between the U.S. and the European Union, according to the WSJ. The E.U. would scrap its ten percent tariff while the U.S. would give up its 2.5 percent tariff.

Comment: While the US may have a 'win' in its trade deals with Germany, most countries aren't looking to fall in line: Nations around the world hit back at US tariffs with retaliatory measures

The rest of the EU however, is likely to follow the lead of Germany's key industry and fold to the 'Trump state'.

China, Iran is all yours!
