Could Romney Marsh be the site of an alien encounter of the first kind?

According to reports from an Ashford motorist it would appear so.

It was a dark but clear summer's night when Martin Seare, 31, noticed a strange light in the sky as he was driving along A2070 near Snave last month.

It was the start of an encounter which he believes caused his car to stall, gave him a strange pain in his neck and caused him to experience a loss of time.

As soon as Mr Seare noticed the light, he thought there was something strange about it.

US: Slow moving triangle UFO over Anacortes, Washington

An Anacortes, Washington, man and his son saw a triangle-shaped UFO with three red lights at each of its points, according to witness testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

The witness said the craft made two different sounds - "a high pitch whine" - and a "rumble."

"There were also two white alternating lights that appeared to be in a center-front position on the bottom of the craft."

They are not sure if what they saw was a military craft. The object was moving very slowly at a low altitude across the sky.

US: 'Dinner platter' size UFO hovers 4 feet off ground in Fairbury, Nebraska

A couple in Fairbury, Nebraska, witnessed "a self illuminating light about the size of a dinner platter hovering motionless about 4 feet off the ground of the city street outside their apartment building" on July 23, 2009, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

Don and Yvonne Aken watched a silent and pulsating object in the street from a window in their apartment - approximately 30 to 40 feet from the object.

Don Aken had gotten out of bed at 2:30 a.m. to use the bathroom, and as he left the bathroom, "he noticed a light shining through the window curtain. He woke up his wife, who also watched the object through the window.

The Aken's then called Fairbury Police, and they said an officer arrived on the scene, watched the object, and then came inside to talk to them.

On July 29, 2009 at 11:28 p.m., inn the city of Juanjuí of the San Martín region, a journalist recorded the apparition of a UFO for a total time of 45 minutes with a digital camera. This news became widespread throughout all of the Amazonian media.

Wiler Cumpa, 38, a social commentator, captured the event in images, and is startled by the find.

Juanjuí is located in the southern section of San Martín, a location known as the home of the ruins of Gran Pajatén.

Family members are scared to go outside at night because of what they say is lurking in the woods. They claim more than five alien encounters in the last four months have taken place. Now, an international UFO organization wants to crack the real-life X-file.

Michael Rowley and his son Shane moved to their North Port home in April.

"Well, I'm retired and I thought this was where you're supposed to go," Michael said. "The only bad part is the aliens around here."

Comment: According to Michael Rowley's web page, "3 different ones have been [observed], an ancient looking tall grey, a younger looking smaller grey and a reptilian." Friendly? We think not.

Ireland: 'UFOs' in Trim skies 'like a backdrop to Star Wars'

The sighting of dozens of bright objects in the skies over Trim last Thursday night prompted speculation on whether the strange lights which appeared to be flying in formation could be UFOs.

Several tabloid newspapers carried the story over the weekend of the bright circular objects that passed through the Trim skies between 10.15pm and 11pm last Thursday night and many people around the town say they witnessed the phenomenon.

Helen McGrath, who lives in Hamilton Place, was outside in her garden when she noticed the bright lights in the sky and said it was like "a backdrop for Star Wars".

US: Oak Island visitors report UFO sighting

Two visitors from the Midwest claim they saw an unidentified flying object over the ocean July 28 at Oak Island.

Brothers Sam and Davis Williams of Kirkwood, Mo., were vacationing with their family at a rental property in the 6600 block of West Beach Drive. They say they spotted a lighted object over the water around dusk on July 28. The brothers were standing at different locations on the beach at the time, according to their mother, Wendy Williams, but their accounts were similar.

I drew the circle in the photo with my Paint Program. The circle was bright white. You could see the palm trees, but not the mountain. It was not moving. I watched it for about 10 minutes then went back in the house. When I went back about 15 minutes later it was gone.

Witness Statement: My girlfriend was driving along the A3095 when she said she saw a bright red light. I said people had seen these things recently but thought it was just a plane and a bit of local hoax rubbish! Anyways, 10-15minutes later we return to my house in Bracknell and she says she has seen it again!I I look up and a ball shape (I think orange)Steph thinks red was going across the sky in no real direction at a considerable speed. I now can believe what people have been saying about the sightings and will never forget it.
