If you study hundreds of bat viruses at biosafety level 2, "your luck may eventually run out", says Coronavirus expert

wuhan institute of virology
Back on May 14th, 18 scientists wrote a letter to Science calling for a new investigation into the origins of COVID-19. Among their number was a gentleman named Ralph Baric, one of the world's leading coronavirus experts.

Baric has been the subject of controversy over the last few months, given that he previously developed a method for engineering bat coronaviruses, and then taught that method to Dr Shi (the "Batwoman") at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

In a recent interview with the MIT Technology Review, he divulges some interesting details about how researchers work with coronaviruses in the lab, as well as how they should do such work.

Comment: Contrary to what the doctor above has asserted, there is a great deal of evidence pointing to the possibility (indeed, likelihood) that the Coronavirus was engineered by human intervention.

Assembling Covid jigsaw pieces into a complete pandemic picture

corona puzzle
© Amy Kapczynski
We're publishing an important piece today by Anthony Brookes, a Professor of Genomics and Health Data Science at the University of Leicester, in which he explains why the SARS-CoV-2 virus spreads across different populations in waves separated by three or four months. His theory is similar to that put forward by Dr Will Jones, namely, that the overall immunity levels in most populations are quite high, but need to be 'topped up' each time a new variant appears, causing infections to rise and then fall. Importantly, the decline in infections has little or nothing to do with non-pharmaceutical interventions - which is why daily cases started to decline before the second and third lockdowns were imposed in the U.K. and why the easing of restrictions on July 19th hasn't caused an 'exit wave' - or the vaccine roll-out, since vaccines don't appear to have much impact on infection or transmission.

Objective:Health - In The News: Patents Show Covid Was Manmade | The Digital Technocracy is Here

O:H header
It's time for another 'In the News' edition of Objective:Health and today we're focusing on (surprise, surprise) the Covid agenda!

On this episode we take a look at an article posted on Mercola.com where an interview with David E. Martin, Ph.D. who has been in the business of tracking patent applications and approvals since 1998 with his company M-Cam International Innovation Risk Management and has even monitored biological and chemical weapons treaty violations for the US government in 2001. Martin talks about the hundreds of patents that show SARS-CoV-2 is a manmade virus that has been tinkered with for decades.

We also talk about a new Biden proposal for a DARPA-like biomedical research agency that would operate under the guise of treatments for chronic disease, but seems to be really about merging national security and health security through hoovering masses of private data from digital devices and health care providers to assess pre-crime scoring. The digital technocracy we've been warning about for years is truly on our doorstep, and the Covid 'pandemic' was just the pretext needed to push it forward.

Join us on this episode of Objective:Health for a scintillating discussion on the above and more.

Fifteen pounds to slow the spread

The best thing you can do to fight Covid-19 might be just to become less fat.

The media, U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and World Health Organization (all really covering themselves in glory over the past year) have declared the variants of Covid-19 a veritable alphabet soup. Of course, we've got Delta from India, which the CDC labeled "a variant of concern" in June, and which we've heard lots about since. But there are other "of concern" viral pasta bits, too, from all over the world. There's Alpha, which first appeared in Great Britain. And there's Beta, which popped up in South Africa. Then there are not one but two Epsilon variants, spotted first in the U.S. Plus there's a Gamma found in Brazil.

Served this dish it is time to stop eating. Here's a slogan, some advice, and I plan to take it, too: Lose 15 pounds to slow the spread. By now we've all seen reports of breakthrough cases, where fully vaccinated people not only test positive for Covid-19 but experience substantial symptoms. The present and the future is beginning to look like ever-multiplying variants of the virus, many of them more contagious, with some vaccine-resistant. This seems to be the natural outcome of current selection pressures.

Comment: While it's still a very low percentage of the population that is at risk of death due to Covid, getting oneself healthier is a good strategy overall and could come in handy down the pipeline, when who knows what sort of mutant viral monster may be lurking - likely something much deadlier than Covid!

Spreading false vax info might cost you your medical license

no covid vaccine sign doctor
From: Spreading False Vax Info Might Cost You Your Medical License — Federation Of State Medical Boards Threaten Disciplinary Action, 3 August 2021
Physicians who intentionally spread misinformation or disinformation about the COVID-19 vaccines could be disciplined by state medical boards and may have their licenses suspended or taken away, said the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB).

Due "to a dramatic increase in the dissemination of COVID-19 vaccine misinformation and disinformation by physicians and other health care professionals on social media platforms, online and in the media," the FSMB, a national nonprofit representing medical boards that license and discipline allopathic and osteopathic physicians, issued the following statement:

Comment: In other words, don't deviate from 'consensus', Doc, or we'll revoke your license.

More from Becker's Health IT:
FSMB has not yet formally defined "misinformation" or "disinformation" in its policy, but the organization's ethics committee is studying the issues of physician misinformation and disinformation and plans to provide more guidance at a later date, an FSMB spokesperson said in an emailed statement to Becker's.

"However, we currently view misinformation as sharing or distributing verifiably false information," the spokesperson said. "We define disinformation as sharing or distributing information that the distributor knows is false."

While FSMB has not formed a recommendation yet for the definitions of misinformation and disinformation, state and territorial medical boards may use various terms, such as "professional misconduct" or "ethics violation," in their own procedures to address concerns surrounding misinformation and disinformation, FSMB said.

Mercola: mRNA expert Robert Malone speaks out on the COVID crisis

dr robert malone
When Dr. Robert Malone, the inventor of the mRNA and DNA vaccine core platform technology,1 spoke out about the risks of COVID-19 gene therapy vaccines in June 2021, he was surprised that the three-hour interview went viral. "It showed there was a huge thirst for information from people all over the world," he said, speaking with Aga Wilson with Newsvoice.2

The podcast was erased from YouTube, and Malone quickly realized that his message, which he felt morally obliged to share, would not be heard via mainstream media.

"When it became clear to me that I would not be able to speak through mainstream media, I, together with my wife ... made a conscious decision to reach out through alternative media and new media, and I've learned, from many, many podcasts and podcasters like yourself about the value of this new medium of podcasting," he told Wilson.3

Media blackout: Renowned German pathologist's vaccine autopsy data is shocking... and being censored

prof peter schirmacher
Dr. Peter Schirmacher is not just an average pathologist. The German doctor is world-renowned in his field, honored by The Pathologist as one of the 100 most influential in the world. He is the acting chairman of the German Society of Pathology, director of the Institute of Pathology at Heidelberg University Hospital, and president of the German Association for the Study of the Liver. Bottom line, this professor and doctor understands pathology like very few on the planet.

This is why it's so perplexing that a bombshell report he released this week has been absolutely censored. Mainstream media won't report on it and Big Tech has eliminated accounts who attempt to share it. Considering the incessant push towards universal vaccinations by government, academia, media, and Big Tech, it really shouldn't be perplexing at all that his work is being quashed because it details mind-blowing data about the dangers of the so-called Covid "vaccines."

In short, Dr. Schirmacher performed autopsies on 40 people who had died within two weeks of receiving a Covid jab. Of those, 30%-40% could be directly attributed to the "vaccines." He is calling for more autopsies of those who die shortly after getting injected to see if his numbers pan out. But Germany has thus far been reluctant to act. Meanwhile, the report of this highly respected pathologist and pro-vaccine doctor is being suppressed.

Comment: The original quoted article in German can be found here.

Seeing how the powers that be respond to this information will be very telling. If they really were concerned about the health and wellness of the population at large, they would accept Schirmacher's warning and increase the number of autopsies performed on individuals who died after getting the jab. After all, what harm could there be in uncovering the truth? Either the doctor is right, and the vaccination campaign would need to be suspended due to safety concerns, or he is wrong and the campaign can continue unimpeded (and likely vaccine uptake would increase, as some vaccination hold-outs would have at least some of their fears alleviated). It is highly unlikely that the elites will respond in this manner, however; the good doctor will probably be ignored or smeared.

Should we be surprised that Covid case numbers have been falling?

covid case numbers dropping
© Oxford Blavatnik School
"Scientists are scratching their heads over the precipitous decline in daily COVID-19 infections", says a recent article in the journal Nature. "A sharp fall in the number of people testing positive has surprised scientists", says a piece in the FT. According to the epidemiologist John Edmunds, "Nobody really knows what's going on".

Should scientists really be surprised by the fall in case numbers? Yes, some remaining restrictions were lifted on 19th July - the UK's supposed 'Freedom Day'. But cases have fallen in the absence of restrictions many times before. It's therefore hardly surprising they would do so again.

Japan's centenarians have unique gut bacteria, bile may hold clues to longevity

japan old ladies
Centenarians have unique gut bacteria that enables them to live to a ripe old age, according to new research. Scientists in Japan say this unique gut makeup fuels bile acids that protect against disease.

The discovery could lead to yogurts and other probiotic foods that increase longevity.

"In people over the age of 100, an enrichment in a distinct set of gut microbes generate unique bile acids," says lead author Professor Kenya Honda of Keio University in a statement per South West News Service. "They might inhibit the growth of pathogens."

Comment: One wonders what part diet has to play in all this; notably, Japanese citizens from the island of Okinawa are known for their exceptional health and longevity - even amongst the famously long-lived Japanese - and one particular difference in their diet is a lower intake of rice along with a higher rate of consumption of fatty pork:

'For $1/day'... Double-blind ivermectin study reveals COVID patients recover more quickly, are less infectious

Ivermectin
A double-blind Israeli study has concluded that Ivermectin, an inexpensive anti-parasitic widely used since 1981, reduces both the duration and infectiousness of Covid-19, according to the Jerusalem Post.

The study, conducted by Prof. Eli Schwartz, founder of the Center for Travel Medicine and Tropical Disease at Sheba Medical Center in Tel Hashomer, looked at some 89 eligible volunteers over the age of 18 who had tested positive for coronavirus, and were living in state-run Covid-19 hotels. After being divided into two groups, 50% received ivermectin, and 50% received a placebo. Each patient was given the drug for three days in a row, an hour before eating.

83% of participants were symptomatic at recruitment. 13.5% of patients had comorbidities of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic respiratory disease, hypertension or cancer. The median age of the patients was 35, ranging from 20 to 71-years-old.

Results

Treatment was discontinued on the third day, and patients were monitored every two days thereafter. By day six, 72% of those treated with ivermectin tested negative for the virus, vs. 50% of those who received the placebo. Meanwhile, just 13% of ivermectin patients were able to infect others after six days compared to 50% of the placebo group - nearly four times as many.

Hospitalizations

Three patients in the placebo group were admitted to hospitals for respiratory symptoms, while one ivermectin patient was hospitalized for shortness of breath the day the study began - only to be discharged a day later and "sent back to the hotel in good condition," according to the study.

"Our study shows first and foremost that ivermectin has antiviral activity," said Schwartz, adding "It also shows that there is almost a 100% chance that a person will be noninfectious in four to six days, which could lead to shortening isolation time for these people. This could have a huge economic and social impact."

The study, which appeared on the MedRxiv preprint server and has not yet been peer-reviewed. That said, Schwartz pointed out that similar studies - 'though not all of them conducted to the same double-blind and placebo standards as his' - also showed favorable results for the drug.
