A large mysterious fire that broke out at an ExxonMobil facility in Baytown, Texas has been extinguished. While all employees are accounted for and the community is not under orders to take cover, the air quality is being monitored.

The cause of the fire remains unknown, but ExxonMobil did confirm to KTRK that there were no injuries, adding that they were observing the air quality for any hazards to public health.

The black smoke billowed high enough to be seen miles away, near Houston.

TransCanada estimated on Thursday that about 16,800 gallons of oil leak in a field in South Dakota from the Keystone I pipeline. The spill, discovered by a farmer over the weekend, led the company to close down the pipeline.

The company reported the estimate to the National Response Center and the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Administration which is equivalent to 400 barrels of oil, according to the Associated Press.

The company began excavating the site on Sunday in a field close the town of Freeman, South Dakota, by turning over topsoil. It said they exposed more than 100 feet of pipe, and the estimate comes from oil being observed in the soil, and the potential area affected.

Why are enraged naked people going on the attack all around the world?

enraged naked person
Remember about a month ago when I reported on what appeared to be a mentally ill naked woman who shut down a major Texas highway after climbing on top of an 18-wheeler and refusing to come down as she ranted about government mind control?

Apparently this was not an isolated incident... by far.

Check out the video below. Naked people in fits of blind rage have been arrested around the globe in recent weeks for going completely insane, stripping down to nothing, and attacking anyone and everyone they come across. The assailants are typically described as enraged beyond all logic and reason, and feeling no pain as they run amok to beat up random people they come across, even smashing car windshields with their bare fists without even slowing down.

Comment: Sadly and frighteningly, it seems that these types of stories of people disintegrating and essentially becoming animals have become even more common place than a few years ago. But why? Are they a reflection of the collective insanity that seems to be gripping the world, or are there science-based reasons - or is it something else?

Nearly one-third of residents in Los Angeles County have feared going hungry or becoming homeless in the last few years, according to a new quality of life survey. The number jumped even higher for those with incomes under $30,000.

The results come from a survey of 1,400 LA County residents conducted by UCLA's Luskin School of Public Affairs, both in English and in Spanish. The survey showed a large disparity in concerns over hunger between white residents and Latinos.

Specifically, it found that 29 percent of residents feared going hungry in the past few years. When asking those who made under $30,000 a year, the number shot up to 49 percent. Even among those who made up to $60,000, 33 percent worried about going hungry, while 25 percent of those making up to $90,000 had the same fear.

Latinos were most worried about going hungry, the poll showed, with 44 percent expressing concern over the possibility. Only 1 in 10 whites worried about not having enough food.

Meanwhile, 31 percent of respondents said they worried about losing their homes. Of those making under $30,000, 54 percent feared homelessness. Even among those who made between $90,000 and $120,000, about a quarter worried about being homeless.

Anonymous plans to create new political party in the US, called 'Humanity Party'

They call themselves "legion," but, at the same time, they claim that they are an idea rather than a group of people. It's hard to say how large this decentralized community is, and who, exactly, are its members. But as their actions and messages always make headlines, people wearing Guy Fawkes masks are clearly becoming a new type of celebrity.

Their logo is a man in a black suit with a question mark instead of a head standing in front of a graphic of the Earth. Their messages on YouTube use text-to-speech computer software to mask their real voices.

"We are Anonymous. To most of you we are computer hackers. To your governments we are a terrorist organization. To corporations we are wicked infiltrators and harbingers of merciless justice."

A demonstration against police brutality in Montreal, Canada, led to cars being set alight in the streets and a police station being attacked. The protest was sparked by the death of a black man who was killed by a police rubber bullet last month.

The Wednesday demonstration was initially organized as a peaceful protest in response to the death of Jean-Pierre Bony, 46, who was shot by a police rubber bullet during a drug raid in March. He later died of his injuries.

Although the protest began quietly with around 200 people marching on the streets, it turned violent just an hour later, at around 9pm local time.

Romania has arrested two employees of an Israeli intelligence company on charges of spying on and trying to intimidate the country's chief anti-corruption prosecutor, officials say.

"An investigation has been launched and two people have been arrested," Mihaela Porime, a spokeswoman for the anti-crime and terrorist prosecutors' office, said on Wednesday, adding that the suspects work for the Israeli private intelligence agency, Black Cube.

The firm reportedly has several former operatives of Israel's Mossad spy agency on its payroll.

The pair were identified as Belgian David Geclowitz and Israeli-born Ron Weiner, who holds a French passport.

They are suspected of hacking the emails of people close to Laura Codruta Kovesi, the chief prosecutor of Romania's National Anti-corruption Directorate (DNA), and of threatening and harassing her family members.

Rome gives course in exorcism and demonic possession for eleventh year

An exorcist in Rome

The Catholic Church in Rome is offering a week-long course on casting out Satan, preparing priests and some lay people on the finer points of exorcism and demonic possession.

This extremely successful course, titled "Exorcism and Prayer of Liberation," is now in its 11th year and boasts over a thousand graduates. Students are introduced into a biblical understanding of the devil as the "father of lies," as well as being trained in distinguishing between true demonic disturbances and problems of a psychological nature.

The course, which runs April 4-9, is organized by the Sacerdos Institute in collaboration with the Group for Socio-religious Research and Information (GRIS) and the International Association of Exorcists (IEA).

According to the director of the course, Father Pedro Barrajon, the curriculum endeavors to separate sensationalism from sound theology, and strives to deepen the biblical and theological basis of the nature and the actions of angels and demons, in open dialogue with other sciences such as psychology, law and medicine.

Comment: While it seems unlikely that there is a single 'devil' that successfully possesses people, it is quite likely that there are great numbers of discarnate malevolent beings that have found a 'way in'. For an in-depth discussion of this fascinating and harrowing subject, listen in:

Pedophile volunteers wanted for chemical castration trial

Swedish scientists are using a British crowdfunding website to raise money for a controversial chemical castration program aimed at un-convicted pedophiles who feel they can't control their sexual urges.

The group of scientists are promoting their work in the UK, where British psychiatrists have expressed interest in the project.

The treatment would involve men voluntarily taking drugs that reduce their sex drive.

Britain already has a pilot scheme, co-managed by the National Health Service (NHS), which began in 2008 at Whatton Prison in Nottinghamshire and is currently being extended across the country.

The UK's chemical castration program has thus far treated more than 100 convicted sex offenders.

However the Swedish scheme - dubbed Priotab - would take the unprecedented step of treating men in the general population who are worried about their sexual urges.

In addition to trialing chemical castration, they will also attempt to find "biomarkers" - substances in the blood or brain activity that identifies individuals who could pose a danger to children.

Priotab lead researcher Dr Christoffer Rahm, from the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, said the project is aimed at preventing abuse before it occurs.

Comment: If a pedophile sees nothing wrong with their abuse of children, then castrating them physically or chemically will likely do nothing to stop their abusive behaviors. In fact, it may make things worse. The best thing these researchers could do to prevent child sexual abuse would be to share research and methods on how to spot sexual predators, so that parents can learn how to identify pedophiles and take steps to protect their children.

Lawsuit claims undercover cop and FBI agent beat innocent man unconscious without identifying themselves as police

In a case of mistaken identity, an undercover cop and an FBI agent beat an innocent college student unconscious because he matched a vague description of a different suspect. After a jury acquitted him of felony charges, the young man recently filed a lawsuit against the officers for using unreasonable force and ordering witnesses to delete footage taken of the incident.

On July 18, 2014, Grand Valley State University student James King was walking to his job when FBI Special Agent Douglas Brownback and Grand Rapids Police Detective Todd Allen approached him asking for identification. After King told them that he didn't have his ID with him, the undercover cops ordered him to lean against an unmarked SUV with his hands behind his head. As King complied and Brownback took his wallet, King reportedly asked them, "Are you mugging me?"

When the unshaven, plainclothes cops refused to reply or identify themselves as law enforcement officers, King fled in fear for his life. According to King's lawsuit, the then-21-year-old student managed to run three steps before the undercover cops tackled him to the ground. Before being choked unconscious, King screamed for witnesses to call the police.
