Kiev is relying on foreign fighters as it struggles to conscript troops for the fight against Russia.

A powerful Mexican drug cartel has acquired advanced drone warfare skills in Ukraine, the Milenio newspaper reported on Monday.

Moscow has long argued that the Ukraine conflict fuels global instability by spreading weapons and fostering reckless behavior by Kiev in pursuit of its war aims. Foreign fighters have become a key part of Ukraine's military strategy as authorities face resistance to conscription at home.

Milenio examined propaganda materials released by the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG), a major criminal group based in western Mexico, including footage showing a drone-armed hit squad operating with apparent military discipline and tactical expertise. Experts cited by the paper said the group's methods and armaments bore similarities to battlefield practices in the Ukraine conflict.

Mexican intelligence believes CJNG members received training in drone and urban warfare tactics in Ukraine, sources in the Jalisco state government told Milenio.

Don't say genocide: UK police arrest almost 900 at London protest supporting banned group Palestine Action

Defend Our Juries, the campaign group organizing the protest, said 1,500 people participated.

British police said Sunday that they arrested almost 900 people demonstrating in London against a ban on the group Palestine Action, which has been deemed a terrorist organization by the government.

Almost 1,600 people have now been detained, many for silently holding signs supporting the group, since it was outlawed two months ago. Protesters say the ban on Palestine Action is an unwarranted curb on free speech and the right to protest.

The Metropolitan Police force said 890 people were arrested at Saturday's demonstration, the vast majority, 857, under the Terrorism Act for supporting a proscribed organization. Some 33 were detained for other offenses, including 17 for assaulting police officers.

Undersea cable cuts kill internet to parts of Asia, Mideast

Undersea internet cables in the Red Sea have been cut, disrupting internet access to parts of Asia and the Middle East. The cause of the cuts weren't immediately clear, though China does have a shiny new deep-sea cable cutter (which we're sure a bunch of countries have too).

Associated Press (via NBC) seems to think ('there has been concern') that Houthi rebels from Yemen have been targeting the cables, which sounds absurd - though parts of the red sea are only as deep at 100m (330 ft).
While the Houthis might not have submarines, undersea robots, or the ability to hit the deepest parts of the Red Sea, it's possible to inflict damage on subsea cables without the backing of a major navy.

In March 2013, three divers were arrested by the Egyptian Navy off the coast of Alexandria after cutting the SeaMeWe-4 cable by detonating underwater explosives. Internet speeds reportedly fell around 60 percent after the incident. A motive wasn't revealed and it's unclear if they were charged and/or sentenced for the damage.

In 2007, it was reported that police had seized more than 500km of telecom cable taken by fishing vessels to sell for scrap - including an 11km segment identified as belonging to the SeaMeWe-3 cable.

So, who knows - but AP (deep state) spends considerable ink on the Houthis.

All messenger apps are 'transparent' to spy agencies - Kremlin

Governments and corporations should be aware of the risks associated with electronic communications, Dmitry Peskov has said.

Messaging apps are "absolutely transparent" to intelligence agencies and security services, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said. People who use them to share sensitive information should be aware of the risks, he added.

"All messengers are absolutely transparent systems, and people who use them should understand that they are transparent... to the security services," Peskov told journalists on Friday at the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok, Russia.

He added that it is particularly important to consider the risks when sensitive government or commercial data is shared through these apps, which can be accessed by foreign intelligence services.

Peskov was commenting on Telegram and WhatsApp in Russia, as well as the Russian government's support for developing a domestic messaging platform.

Best of the Web: Remember Iryna Zarutska: When does murder get ignored? When the victim is white and the killer black

The US mainstream media tends to operate by encouraging a certain prefabricated outrage. Sensationalized narratives are cultivated along predictable tracks. But no less egregious is what the media chooses to ignore. Few events of late have better exposed the ideological underpinnings of the media - and of the elite whose narratives it plugs - than the recent brutal and shocking murder of a young Ukrainian woman on a train in Charlotte, North Carolina.

On August 22, a career criminal, Decarlos Brown Jr., casually walked up behind 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska, who was seated on a train minding her own business, and stabbed her three times in the neck in cold blood, killing her. He sauntered away, still clutching the knife dripping blood.

The mindless and savage attack was captured on surveillance footage, but Charlotte's Democratic Mayor Vi Lyles pushed for it not to be released, ostensibly out of respect for the victim's family. But the footage did eventually surface, and the story spread like wildfire. But this was a wildfire that couldn't reach the impervious redoubt of the mainstream media - even after Elon Musk gave it the push into viral territory by chiming in on an End Wokeness thread pointing out the stunning media silence.

Six people were murdered Monday and 12 were wounded, six of them seriously, when a pair of Palestinian terrorists opened fire on vehicles and pedestrians in Jerusalem's Ramot Junction.

The two gunmen, residents of the West Bank, arrived at the junction shortly after 10 a.m. — according to some reports, by car — and opened fire at people waiting at a bus stop as well at a bus that had just stopped there.

Police said that a soldier and a number of civilians who were present at the scene fired at the terrorists and killed them.

The military said the soldier was an off-duty squad commander in the military's new Hasmonean Brigade, a unit for ultra-Orthodox troops. Magen David Adom said four of the victims were declared dead at the scene, while two others were rushed to hospital and later succumbed to their wounds.

At least six others were listed in serious condition, as well as two whose status was moderate and three who were lightly hurt, according to MDA.

French hospitals told to prepare for war in Europe by next year in leaked government letter

French hospitals have been told to prepare a potential armed conflict in Europe by next year, local media reported.

In a letter sent to regional health agencies, revealed by Le Canard Enchaîné, the Ministry of Health asked hospitals to prepare for a "major (military) engagement" by March 2026.

The newspaper warned that between 10,000 and 50,000 men could be expected in hospitals over a period of 10 to 180 days.

"In the current international context, it is necessary to anticipate the modalities of health support in situations of high-intensity conflict," the Ministry of Health reportedly wrote in the document. Health Minister Catherine Vautrin did not deny the details outlined in the letter or its existence in an interview with French broadcaster BFMTV. She told the broadcaster:
"It's part of preparation, like strategic stockpiles, like epidemics. I wasn't in office at the time of Covid-19, remember, there were no words harsh enough to describe the country's lack of preparedness. It is perfectly normal for the country to anticipate crises and the consequences of what is happening. This is part of the responsibility of central government."

Over Half Of Berlin's New Police Recruits Need German Language Training, Officials Admit

Berlin New Police Recruits
For some reason, Germany loves recruiting migrants into its police force in the name of diversity. In 2022, roughly 42% of police recruits who took the most common path into Berlin's police force were migrants or came from migrant families, according to a major survey (37% including all pathways).

What's more, Berlin is the only German state where the proportion of new police recruits with a migration background matches or exceeds the city's own population share (35%) according to that same survey.

Now, (shocker!) roughly 55% of Germany's new police recruits don't meet German language standards for the job - so obviously that percentage of migrant recruits went way up.

Comment: Such a predictable result that affects all levels of society.

Truckers Update: Three weeks in Ottawa, three years in Court: The untold story of Canada's "Other" Freedom Convoy Truckers

Freedom Truckers

A
key thing to remember about the Freedom Convoy protests of January-February 2022 was that they were wholly peaceful. Everywhere the truckers and their supporters travelled - along Prairie highways, through the Maritimes and Quebec, and down small-town main streets - they were greeted with applause and gratitude. Manitoba Hutterite colonies fed them pulled-pork and potato salad. At traffic lights, people passed cookies, pizza, water - and cash. Showers and spare rooms were offered and accepted. Bemedalled veterans saluted as they passed. From one end of this country to the other, ordinary Canadians - amounting to a massive jury of their peers - saw the Freedom Convoy truckers as their long-silenced voices, often treating them like rock stars or even saviours.

Consequently, the drivers who journeyed to Ottawa were not only breathing the heady air of freedom but carrying a burden. British Columbian Bern Bueckert, who was pulling an enormous "Mandate Freedom" sign behind his Peterbilt, later said, "It got to be a bit of a weight on our shoulders. We'd been riding the wave for a couple days, the adrenaline. Look at these people, this is awesome. And then it started hitting home. No, this is not a joyride. This is something this country desperately needs."

Comment: May societies around the world will remember these brave truckers and the people who endured freezing winter weather with their fearless support. May people will also never forget the oppressed (humanity itself) and the oppressors that caused this.

USA

UN/WEF/WHO: Innocent, Trump: Guilty

Trump
© Shrew Views
I think I have enough sense to know that Trump may not be the saviour many think he is. But I do have to admit that, for me, the jury is still out. It is easy to slip him into either role.

There seems to be much evidence that he is doing a lot of things (albeit in his crazy, whacky, "Trumpian way") that fit the "shrew paradigm" of a better world — ending the mutilating of children, attempting to make peace in Europe and the Middle East, boosting economic growth through deregulation, strengthening border security, and promoting energy independence — and a few other "ho-hum" things (as his opponents would say).

And there is also much evidence that he is just another NWO puppet pushing the US into the clutches of the New World Armageddon with his militarization of the police in Washington, DC, and his SciFi 1984-esque masked ICE pulling people out of vehicles on the streets of our nation's cities, dragging them off to alligator-infested prisons filled with caged humans awaiting deportation. Jeesh. What could be more obvious?

But I can't help but look at the good things happening, then I am forced to look at the bad things, then back to the good things. 'Round and round the mulberry bush, the monkey chased the weasel. I am just waiting for the pop.

What I am actually sure of is the scapegoat quality of the great yellow menace. I am reminded of an old Benny Hill gag where Benny secretly raises the skirt of a woman standing in line and then turns away as she turns to see the old man, not Benny, standing behind her. Assuming he is the one messing with her skirt, she slaps him. He wonders what the hell, and she turns back around, and Benny lifts her skirt again. Obviously, she turns and slaps the old guy, again and again. One of the oldest Vaudeville gags in the book. Trump is the old guy that gets slapped, Benny is the agenda, and the woman being offended represents the Trump-hating sheep.
