Zelensky's Donbass civilian strike claim 'another false flag' - Russian MOD source

The Russian military says it did not conduct strikes in the area claimed and that the crater does not match an aerial bomb impact.

A source from Russia's Defense Ministry has rejected Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky's claim that a Russian airstrike killed more than 20 civilians in the Donbass village of Yarovaya, calling the allegation false and the footage staged.

Zelensky on Tuesday posted graphic video he said came from the settlement, which is under Ukrainian control in Russia's Donetsk People's Republic. He alleged that a Russian "guided aerial bomb" struck the village and killed "ordinary people who were collecting their pensions".

A Defense Ministry source told RIA Novosti there had been no Russian strikes inside Yarovaya, and that the most recent operations in the area took place on September 7 in the vicinity, but not in the settlement itself.

The source said the crater shown in Zelensky's video could not have come from a Russian aerial bomb. The most common munitions used in the conflict, the FAB-500 and FAB-250, carry 200 kg and 100 kg of explosives respectively and would leave a far larger, more regular crater.

Recent hours have seen too much Israeli depravity to write about, including an assassination strike in Qatar to sabotage peace talks, a second drone attack on the Global Sumud Flotilla, and a Guardian article featuring an IDF sniper who discussed killing civilians like a trophy hunter talking about game animals.

The IDF bombed a Doha residential building on Tuesday in an attempt to assassinate Hamas officials who had gathered to discuss US-Israeli ceasefire proposals, reportedly killing a Qatari security officer and four Hamas aides, as well as the son of the acting Hamas political bureau chief.

President Trump publicly criticized the Israeli attack, but Middle East Eye reports that according to US and regional officials the president had actually "blessed" the strike in advance. These would be the same Hamas officials who Trump had just been aggressively threatening to accept his ceasefire proposal or face severe consequences.

The suspected assassin of US conservative activist Charlie Kirk is now in custody, President Donald Trump has claimed.

"I think with a high degree of certainty, we have him in custody," he told Fox News on Friday.

Trump said he had been informed of the suspect's arrest just minutes before going on air. "Essentially, somebody that was very close to him turned him in," the president said, without revealing any further details.

NBC News has also reported that a suspect in the high-profile murder case has been taken into custody, citing senior law enforcement officials. The person was reportedly turned in to the police by a family member, who saw his photos released by the authorities.

US law enforcement has not officially confirmed the arrest or revealed the suspect's identity. The FBI released images of the alleged suspect on Thursday: A man wearing sunglasses, a black hat, and a long-sleeve black shirt featuring an American flag. The agency also offered a $100,000 reward for information leading to the identification and arrest of the assassin.

First, video surfaces of the young Ukrainian woman, 23-year-old Iryna Zarutska, slaughtered by a homeless psychopath, one Decarlos Brown, Jr., on the Charlotte, NC, light rail — weeks after the crime happened, because Charlotte police suppressed the CC video and the legacy news media barely reported the story. Suddenly, the country is shocked by what they see: wanton murder witnessed at the scene by a half-dozen other transit riders, who don't even react to the woman spurting blood as she topples to the floor and bleeds out.

"Progressives" hasten to cover for the psycho. He was mentally unwell and did not get the treatment he needed. Uh-huh. . . . Yet anyone with functioning brain knew the score at once. Decarlos Brown, Jr., was "justice involved" (arrested and convicted of crimes) more than a dozen times in recent years, including a five-year stretch for armed robbery. He was on-the-loose because of how the Democratic Party manages public safety, which is not at all. It allows the criminally insane to run free, but especially if they can be sorted into the "marginalized" minority basket to be presented as sob stories (George Floyd).

The agency's annual assessment of "threat actors" for 2025 takes damning aim at malign "attempts to influence Dutch politics and society" by the Israeli regime and its local lobbying apparatus. It's the first time a Western intelligence service has acknowledged the grave hazard posed by Tel Aviv's global Hasbara network.

I try to play it down the middle and be a centrist most of the time — I really do. I can admit that it feels like conservatives have outrage over nearly everything nowadays, and it can feel excessive.

Every time conservatives blow up over something like Cracker Barrel making slight changes to its logo — an idea I'll admit I've even written about — we risk becoming the very party that is outraged by everything. It's the old adage in action: "when you point one finger forward, three point back at you."

But even bearing that in mind, there are some situations that make me truly livid in a way a logo change at Cracker Barrel never could. What transpired over the last few days with the death of Iryna Zarutska, and the media's astounding lack of coverage on it, is one such instance.

Today - September 11, 2025 - is just one year shy of a quarter century since what Americans were told (and many still believe) was the day the "enemies of freedom" struck the United States, in New York City and Washington, DC. As the years inexorably pass, it gets harder to remember what actually happened. An entire generation of Americans has been born and raised up since that day and will never have any memory of it or - tragically - the America that existed prior to it.

The suspect arrested in connection with Charlie Kirk's assassination at Utah Valley University Wednesday was released after the FBI announced agents had detained the wrong person for a second time.


Comment: There're two ways of interpreting that: sheer institutional incompetence, or deliberate interference by the conspirators.


Kirk's killer remains on the run — with the FBI and local cops hunting for him across the Salt Lake City region.

"The subject in custody has been released after an interrogation by law enforcement," FBI Director Kash Patel posted to X Wednesday night, just over an hour after he announced "the subject of the horrific shooting" had been arrested.

"Our investigation continues and we will continue to release information in interest of transparency."

The wrongly accused man was nabbed after police initially cuffed - and then released - an older man, who had been seen in social media videos being escorted from the Orem campus following the fatal shooting.


Comment: This man (and the second man who was detained then released, and who was in possession of an air rifle) was probably a 'decoy'. His name is George Zinn, and he's a known political activist/agitator in Utah.


Authorities said Wednesday that the second suspect was identified through campus security footage.

He was also wearing dark clothing, police said.

Comment: Kirk's assassination was probably not primarily motivated by a need to silence the man himself. He was a relatively 'mainstream' conservative figure. But it could certainly be the case that his brutal death is intended to silence others, notably Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens, whose reach is arguably bigger and more potent. In the end though, the main intention is probably the one we're witnessing in the social media space: rage, division, and bitter civic disarray.

The Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund (LELDF), a pro-police nonprofit based out of Virginia, is publishing a report Tuesday alleging that a liberal group focused on criminal justice reform called the Wren Collective has helped guide and shape the offices of at least 40 progressive prosecutors across 22 states on their "policies, public communications, and legal decisions," according to the report exclusively obtained by Fox Digital titled, "Outsourcing Justice."
