Poison gas was fired at a government-held area of Aleppo on Sunday, causing at least 15 people to choke, Syrian state media said. State news agency SANA reported that "shells containing poison gases" had been fired at the residential district of al-Hamdaniya.

SANA did not report any deaths, but pan-Arab Al-Mayadeen channel stated that at least one person died, while 15 others are believed to have breathing difficulties after inhaling the gas. They are now being treated at the local hospital.

RT Arabic's crew in Aleppo reports 36 cases of suffocation.

According to the channel, all the victims of the attack are civilians.

Militants reportedly used the poisonous gas in an attack on the Assad Military Academy in the Assad Suburb in western Aleppo, as a part of a broader offensive against government positions in the city which was launched on Friday.

It is not yet clear what gas was used in the attack, but Al Mayadeen claims that fighting near the academy continues.

A brief timeline of the email scandal that Killary just can't shake

hillary teflon
Is the teflon finally wearing thin?
It's the investigation that doesn't seem to die.

Just a few weeks ago, FBI Director James Comey replied to Congress members asking about reopening the investigation of Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server that "I haven't seen anything that would come near to that kind of situation."

The assertion seemed to bring to conclusion a case that led Comey to announce in July that Clinton had been careless but did not break any laws.

Then came Friday, and Comey's surprise announcement that the FBI would, indeed, dip back in — to review a batch of emails "that appear to be pertinent" to the Clinton case, which were unearthed in an unrelated case. He said he wanted investigators to look at them "to determine whether they contain classified information."

Comment: Obviously the investigation should never have been dropped, but for it to be reopened now shows that the PTB seem to be switching sides. Is Killary being thrown under the bus by the same establishment which supported her exclusively for this whole campaign?

Flashlight

Zionist Wing of Alt-Right Pushes Huma Abedin Disinformation

Abedin Clinton
Yes, Clinton's closest confidante is of Muslim extraction, and yes, in her youth she once edited a publication promoting arguably extreme views, but that isn't the 'evidence' that links Clinton to ISIS, and it certainly isn't 'evidence' that the US
establishment 'loves Islam'.
The Jewish disinformation wing of the alt-right - headed by Ezra Levant, Mike Cernovich, Alex Jones, Paul Joseph Watson, Breitbart and others - have been grasping at straws to portray Hillary Clinton, the Zionist neocon warmonger whose main advisors and chief financial backers are fanatic pro-Israel Jews, as "pro-Islam". The "best" evidence they've come up with is that Clinton's top aide, Huma Abedin, has a Muslim background and at one point contributed to a Muslim publication of some kind.

What they deliberately leave out of the picture - besides the fact that Clinton is surrounded by Jewish-Zionist advisors and financial backing - is that Abedin is married to Anthony Weiner, the disgraced former New York congressman who got caught up in a major "sexting" scandal years back, leading to his resignation from Congress, and who has yet again found himself in another "sexting" ignominy. Notably, Weiner is Jewish. So, if Abedin is really a "radical Muslim," then why did she marry a Jewish man (a committed - let alone 'radical' - Muslim would certainly never marry a non-Muslim) and why is she working for Hillary Clinton, a war-hawk neocon who supported every single one of America's deadly wars in the Middle East against predominately Muslim countries and who is a monomaniacal Israeli bootlicker?

Comment: This conspiracy theory that 'Abedin is an agent of Islam who will bring Sharia Law to the American Heartland' is a ruse that serves to keep Americans ignorant of the extent to which 'ISIS' and other expressions of extremist Islam are tools of US foreign policy used precisely for the purpose of making people everywhere believe that Islam is inherently evil, an evil that only 'Murika' can 'save' the world from.

Washington's policy to 'blame Russia' for everything is part of superior righteousness culture

The US blame game with Russia is part of greater policy of always claiming political and moral righteousness, as well as sovereignty over entire states and even the skies, says Catherine Shakdam from the Shafaqna Institute of Middle Eastern Studies.

Representatives of the US Air Force offered apologies for an incident over Syria, in which US and Russian military jets were involved in a "near-miss" situation, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense. The MoD was forced to comment on the incident, as officials "were surprised by yet another attempt from the American military command to shift the blame [to] the Russian Air Force."

RT: Russia says the incident was provoked by the US plane changing its planned flight path. Do you think it's the reason why the Pentagon sounded cautious in its description of the incident, calling it "unintentional" and even "not too dangerous?"

Catherine Shakdam: I think the US is trying to backpedal a little bit. Because it realizes that every day when it intervenes in Syria it's actually breaking international law. Because Damascus, I don't recall, actually invited anybody else except for Iran and Russia to actually engage in Syria against terrorists.

So whatever intervention the US is in fact enacting on the ground is illegal by international law standards. And I think it's something it's trying to distance itself from rather than actually trying to emphasize on this illegality that they have been, you know, going at for, it's been months now.

For me, it's just really undisputed in this culture that America has today, that it owns everything. America seems to own the sky, it seems to own countries' sovereignties. It's insanity today that whenever America does something, and if anyone has the courage, I would say, to criticize and to even challenge, then they become a criminal. And this is why I think today Russia is being targeted. It's not of course the only country to be targeted, but today it has become almost a joke, where everything from global warming to internet crashing or Hillary Clinton's emails - it's always Russia.

Russia threatens to suspend supplying Soyuz rockets to France over frozen assets

Russia reportedly threatened to suspend supplies of Soyuz-ST rockets to French launch service provider Arianespace, citing the freeze of payments for the vehicles imposed by a French court over a lawsuit against Russia by shareholders of the Yukos oil company.

"We haven't received any money owed from Arianespace for our work. No money, no product. We can't work for free,"the Russian Roscosmos told AFP. "Then we won't deliver anything."

Roscosmos told the agency the fact that French authorities support the freezing of Roscosmos assets linked to the Yukos case "doesn't help the case."

Roscosmos is the supplier of Russia-produced Soyuz rockets for Arianespace launches from the Guiana Space Centre. The medium-lift vehicle complements the light-lift Vega and heavy-lift Ariane 5 for the company.

The ugliest ever US presidential campaign has broken all the rules - and so will the post election cycle

election
Voter beware: You ain't seen nothing yet!

When the Bush Family Political Dynasty was literally kicked out of the 2016 presidential race, you know something VERY big has happened.

When the Clinton Family Political Dynasty is also under extreme fire, you know the times have changed—BIG time!

And so they have ... in ways that few could ever imagine.

The critical point is that there are now three outcomes which can occur after the November 8th election day. Each one is very simple on the face of it, yet very complicated in the longer term.

Outcome #1: Hillary Clinton outright steals the election, which is the ONLY way that she can win.

Outcome #2: Donald Trump wins the election legitimately, which is the only way he would declare victory.

Outcome #3: The election results are not clear and each side digs in with lawsuits and counter lawsuits which drags the nation through a very tumultuous post-election battle.

Donald Trump's reputation for being racist wasn't helped when one of his black supporters was kicked out of his Kinston, North Carolina rally, and Trump called the man a "thug" as he was being removed by security.

"We have a protester!"Trump announced to the crowd at the Kinston Jet Center on Wednesday, before asking, "Were you paid $1,500 to be a thug?"

Trump was referring to accusations that the Clinton campaign paid people to rile up Trump supporters at his rallies.

"You can get him out. Get him out," Trump said as the crowd cheered and booed.

The "protester" turned out to be C.J Cary, a Trump supporter and ex-Marine who had come to the rally in the hope of delivering a letter to the Republican candidate.

Western-backed terrorists shell Aleppo escape routes, extort Syrians for $300 per fleeing civilian

Terrorists in Aleppo show no sign of deescalating attacks on residential areas and humanitarian corridors, Russia's Defense Ministry says. Only 12 people managed to flee the jihadist-controlled area overnight, and only after paying a hefty bribe.

The price of civilian freedom was valued at roughly $300 a head, an astronomical figure for the Aleppo residents who have been under the terrorists' yoke for years.

Commenting on the development of the Russian humanitarian pause, established on October 20 to secure the release of civilians via six specially-created escape routes, the Russian Ministry of Defense noted that on Saturday night only 12 Syrians had managed to flee east Aleppo. The MoD noted that terrorists in Aleppo continue to intensively shell the residential areas and humanitarian corridors.

"Last night 12 Syrians managed to move to safe districts through one of the corridors, in Al-Masharqa," the ministry's official spokesman Igor Konashenkov said on Sunday morning.

"According to refugees, it [the escape] became possible after a bribe to one of field commanders at a price of 150,000 Syrian liras [around $300] for every person. In order to collect 1.8 million liras, the three families had to sell all their belongings," he noted.

State Dept orders families of American diplomats to evacuate Istanbul following threats against US citizens

The US State Department has ordered the families of American diplomats in Istanbul, Turkey, to leave due to an increased risk of terrorism following extremists' threats to "kidnap and assassinate Westerners and US citizens."

Family members of personnel stationed at the US Consulate General in Istanbul have been asked to leave because the State Department's security assessment deems it unsafe for them to stay.

"The Department of State made this decision based on security information indicating extremist groups are continuing aggressive efforts to attack US citizens in areas of Istanbul where they reside or frequent," the Turkey travel warning states. "This order applies only to the US Consulate General in Istanbul, not to other US diplomatic posts in Turkey."

While the consulate remains open and fully operational, Washington is urging US citizens to avoid travel to southeast Turkey and "carefully consider the risks" of traveling throughout the country.
