The Trump regime has sabotaged Putin's peace efforts in Syria, Iran, Ukraine, and North Korea.

In the interest of peace Putin has avoided responding to US and Israeli provocations in Syria. Putin went so far as to invite the war criminal and genocidal maniac Netanyahu to Russia for the celebration of Russia's victory over Germany in World War II. Netanyahu accepted, but showed Putin who is boss by ordering illegal Israeli military attacks on Syrian army positions just prior to his departure for Russia. Washington rewarded Putin's peace efforts by occupying with US and French troops the part of Syria still held by Washington's mercenaries sent to overthrow Assad and by re-supplying the Muslim extremists Washington is using against Assad's secular government. With US and French troops present, Putin has halted the offensive to clear all of Syria of the foreign invaders. If Americans or French are killed, Putin knows that the demonization of Russia will reach a new high pitch and Washington will use it to counteract Europe's dissatisfaction with Washington. The box into which Putin has been put by the Russian government's misjudgement of US and Israeli intentions allows continuing US-led attacks on Syrian military positions.

Syrian army liberating three main commercial roads linking Damascus with Amman
The Syrian Army is gathering its forces to liberate the south of the country and liberate the three main commercial roads linking Damascus with Amman, Jordan (where the first is crossing Abtah, Da'el, Daraa, the second parallel road linking Damascus with Naseeb crossing and the third linking Sueida province with Basri, Saida and Daraa).

Simultaneously, the US State Department has issued its first warning to the Syrian Army reminding it that the south of Syria is part of the "de-escalation zone negotiated between the US, Jordan and Russia last year and agreed between President Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump" to keep the status-quo.

This means that the US would like to conserve what remains of al-Qaeda and ISIS (under the name of Jaish Khaled bin Al-Waleed) in Daraa and Quneitra on the triangle bordering Syria-Jordan-Israel. In this actual scenario, the only solution that remains for the Syrian government is to activate the trialogue - "Army- Population- Resistance" - and count on the Syrian armed resistance deployed in the south of the country to avoid exposing the Syrian Army to US or most probably to Israeli Air Force strikes. Interestingly, it will be difficult, if not impossible, for the US forces to overfly the Russian agreed operational zone, because this would certainly lead to Russian reaction.

Moscow has rejected any involvement in the crash of flight MH17 in Ukraine after the Netherlands and Australia declared Russia "responsible" for the deployment of a BUK missile system that downed the jet in 2014.

Moscow neither accepts nor trusts the results of an international investigation into the MH17 crash as it was not allowed to take part in it, according to the Russian president's spokesman Dmitry Peskov. "Of course, without being able to be a full participant, Russia does not know to what extent the results of this work can be trusted," he said.

Peskov echoed the position of the Russian president Vladimir Putin who earlier said that, although Ukraine was included in the probe, Russia was barred from participating in establishing the truth.


Comment: Denying Russian participation seems to be a strong pattern with Western countries and their accusations.


Asked if he can confirm that Russia vehemently denies any involvement in the MH17 downing, Peskov replied "absolutely."

Comment: A bit more on the accusations of NATO lapdogs the Netherlands and Australia:
A day after international prosecutors said they had unequivocal evidence of Russian involvement in the downing of a Malaysian passenger jet over Ukraine nearly four years ago, the Netherlands and Australia on Friday announced they were holding Moscow legally responsible for its role in the missile attack.

The move puts further strain on already tense relations between Russia and the West and opens a new legal front in the long-running process of apportioning blame for the July 17, 2014, missile strike that blew Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 out of the sky and killed all 298 people on board.

"State responsibility comes into play when states fail to uphold provisions of international law and that's clearly the case," Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte told reporters in The Hague.

On Thursday, a Dutch-led international team of investigators said they had strong evidence that the Buk missile system that brought down the Amsterdam-Kuala Lumpur flight came from a Russia-based military unit, the 53rd anti-aircraft missile brigade based in the Russian city of Kursk. It was the most explicit link yet published by the investigators between Moscow and the downing of the flight known as MH17.

Rutte demanded that Moscow fully co-operate with the criminal probe.

Australian Foreign Minister Julie Bishop called for international support for the Dutch-Australian legal initiative.

"If military weapons can be deployed and then used to bring down civilian aircraft in what was essentially a war zone, then international security is at risk and we call on all countries to inform the Russian Federation that its conduct is unacceptable," she said.

The two nations quickly got support from allies including the United States, Britain and the European Union.

"It is time for Russia to acknowledge its role in the shooting down of MH17 and to cease its callous disinformation campaign," U.S. State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert said in a statement.

British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson called Russia's involvement "an egregious example of the Kremlin's disregard for innocent life" and called on Moscow to co-operate fully with the investigation.
Russia is being kept on the defensive, no matter how far-fetched the now steady stream of incidents in question. There will likely be more false flags, planned destruction and civilian deaths until some such scenario finally sticks. Proof of innocence doesn't much matter. Propaganda to shape the geopolitical arena is the target. Forget about the deaths and lies. They are a means to an end.

Two French agents accused of passing state secrets to a foreign power

Two French former spies could face trial for treason over allegations that they passed state secrets to a foreign power, France's defense ministry said.

Confirming the December arrests of two retired spies, along with the spouse of one of the accused pair, Armed Forces Minister Florence Parly said on Friday the compromised information "could undermine the security of the state".

Quotidien, a TV show which first revealed the spying case, said China was involved.

Spygate is the biggest political scandal in political history. The embedding of an FBI spy in the Trump campaign and the Obama administration's illegal wiretapping and unmasking of targets in the Trump camp reveal dangerous and unprecedented acts of collusion against the most transformational president in our recent history.

The liberal mainstream media are pushing against this reality of course but the evidence is incontrovertible and the real Obama is being shown for the blatant criminal he truly is. "Spygate," the false allegation that the FBI had a spy in the Trump campaign, explained, reads Vox's typically incurious and misleading headline. Other headlines in a similar vein are blasting across the media's propaganda waves as they attempt to tamp down this bombshell.

On Wednesday, President Trump asserted that Spygate will turn out to be "one of the biggest political scandals in history!" The 45th president of the United States is correct in this assessment. FBI source and former Cambridge professor Stefan Halper had contact with at least three advisers during the Trump campaign to create a link between the Russians and Donald Trump.

Needless to say, he came up empty and so has Mueller's special counsel.

Trump is taking on the massive, power-hungry, and unelected Deep State cabal in Washington and he should fear for his life and political future because of it. The president claimed he is ''caught in a major SPY scandal the likes of which this country may never have seen before!''

The American Century, so triumphantly proclaimed in a 1941 Life magazine editorial by US establishment insider Henry Luce, was built on the control of oil and on an endless succession of wars for that control of global oil. Now, ironically, with the illegal and unilateral cancellation of the Iranian nuclear agreement by the US President, oil may be set to play a key, if unintended, role in the downfall of the global hegemony of that same American Century.

Each element of various countries' recent and increasing steps to get away from dollar dependency, in and of itself is insufficient to end the domination of the US dollar through Washington's ability to force other countries to buy or sell their oil only in dollars. Yet each unilateral provocation and sanction action by Washington forces other countries to find solutions only four years ago not deemed possible or practical.

Since the 1973 oil price shock following the Yom Kippur War, Washington and Wall Street have moved to ensure that OPEC, led by Saudi Arabia, would sell its oil only in US dollars. That insured that demand for the US currency could be more or less independent of the internal state of the US economy or of the Government debt or deficits. That system, dubbed petrodollar recycling by Henry Kissinger and others at the time, was a vital underpinning of US global ability to project its power at the same time it allowed its major corporations to walk away from national domestic taxes and investment, in the process of out-sourcing to places like China or Mexico, Ireland or even Russia. Were a significant group of nations to abandon the dollar and turn to other currencies or even barter at this point, it could start a chain-reaction of events that would lead to sharp US interest rate increases and a new US financial crisis that would be far uglier than that a decade ago.

Comment: The US has but one play to execute. Everyone else can jump-shift.

Three days before President Trump announced him as the new National Security Advisor, deranged mutant death walrus John Bolton appeared on Radio Free Asia and said of negotiations with North Korea, "I think we should insist that if this meeting is going to take place, it will be similar to discussions we had with Libya 13 or 14 years ago."

Bolton has been loudly and publicly advocating "the Libya model" with the DPRK ever since. "I think we're looking at the Libya model of 2003, 2004," Bolton said on Face the Nation last month, and said the same on Fox News Sunday in case anyone failed to get the message.

Bolton never bothered to refine his message by saying, for example, "Without the part where we betray and invade them and get their leader mutilated to death in the streets." He just said they're doing Libya again.

This was what John Bolton was saying before he was hired, and this was what John Bolton continued to say after he was hired. This was what John Bolton was hired to do. He was hired to sabotage peace and facilitate death and destruction. That is what he does. That is what he is for. Can openers open cans, John Bolton starts wars. You don't buy a can opener to rotate your tires, and you don't hire John Bolton to facilitate peace.

Comment: It's hard to know, at this point, what the US wants. If there is a plan within a plan within a plan...is this a plan?

John Brennan's plot: Infiltrate the Trump Campaign

It came out of his "inter-agency taskforce" at Langley.

As Trump won primary after primary in 2016, a rattled John Brennan started claiming to colleagues at the CIA that Estonia's intelligence agency had alerted him to an intercepted phone call suggesting Putin was pouring money into the Trump campaign. The tip was bogus, but Brennan bit on it with opportunistic relish.

Out of Brennan's alarmist chatter about the bogus tip came an extraordinary leak to the BBC: that Brennan had used it, along with later half-baked tips from British intelligence, as the justification to form a multi-agency spy operation (given the Orwellian designation of an "inter-agency taskforce") on the Trump campaign, which he was running right out of CIA headquarters.

Comment: We take for granted that choices made by agencies and personnel, charged with the security and lawfulness of acts within or affecting the USA, are under strict protocols and constraints. This is precisely why Brennan and cohorts were able to get this far. But trust is easily turned to blame when co-conspiracy is exposed man-to-man.
