Spur said this: The way the Kiwis rolled over for the Christchurch massacre and disarmament, I don't expect much resistance to this new tyranny.
Jason said: Are you going to rise up using arms to take back your government? Believe it when i see it.Replies followed as above.
I think you may no little of what you speak. Just saying.
The New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990 states quite clearly:She kicked the can to Chris Hipkins. No reply.
10 “Right not to be subjected to medical or scientific experimentation
”Every person has the right not to be subjected to medical or scientific experimentation without that person’s consent.
11 “Right to refuse to undergo medical treatment”
"Everyone has the right to refuse to undergo any medical treatment."
The Human Rights Act 1993 states quite clearly:
21 Prohibited grounds of discrimination(1)For the purposes of this Act, the prohibited grounds of discrimination are—….h) disability, which means—(i) physical disability or impairment:(ii) physical illness:(iii) psychiatric illness:(iv) intellectual or psychological disability or impairment:(v) any other loss or abnormality of psychological, physiological, or anatomical structure or function:(vi) reliance on a guide dog, wheelchair, or other remedial means: (vii) the presence in the body of organisms capable of causing illness
I am interested in understanding how it is that government can interpret vii as being compatible with such concepts as vaccine passports and other measures that discriminate against those who choose to exercise their rights under clause 11 of the 1990 act.
I represent a group of citizens concerned at what we perceive as inroads made into Constitutional rights by the current government. On 24 November I wrote to the Prime minister's department the following: (see above)No reply.
To date I have received no reply apart from a computer generated response referring me to irrelevant online information. To the layman, the above legislation seems abundantly clear - unequivocal in fact. Obviously, we must be missing out on something. If you can spare a moment to explain the point of law upon which the courts have relied in upholding government and employer directives that seem to be in violation of these rights as written, I would be most grateful.
Spur When the masses finally figure that out - that's when things get serious.Agreed, until a few lamp poles are occupied by parasite scum, they will keep laughing at the protests.
