Though Watson brings a great deal of social commentary (and even humor) to his discussion, the conclusions and approach he advises for individual stability, balance and growth show great insight: Stoicism.
I follow your posts on you tube, so to see your expansion onto sign of the times says your doing summat right, again your post hits the nail on the head, yes I do feel angry at all these FAKE TWATS N TEARS, Im suffering outgoing depression aswell as fucked knees after quarter of a century doing civil engineering whilst my now ex ripped me off for the last two decades of my life, Isn't it amazing how these snowflakes get the help they need, I've been waiting for grief counselling for six years but even as tho the D.W.P. Classed me as dangerous for threatening to assault a government building with a 50ton excavator, I'm still forgotten about, sometimes I think I should have knocked down Wolverhampton mail handling site A, I might have got my help by now!!!!!!!!
We now have a world fully owned and operated by a self-described 'elite' core of humanity and it is made possible by 'technology' and everyone else is just acting and trying to imagine what to do to please these 'elites' so that they can get a salary so that they can live comfortably for the 80 year or so, lifespan they anticipate having if they can perform their 'act' successfully.
Of course, there are going to be problems with this type of arrangement. Mostly in the form a various derangement syndromes and chronic disease and issues of failed integrity aka habitual lying.

Right?
Have a nice day.
Don't do anything spontaneous or natural or that isn't within the script.
You will lose your 'job', your precious acting career.
an absolute brilliant phrase
EMOTIONAL INCONTINENCE; good one
