Apartheid is still with us and will take generations to eradicate the concept from the people, as is the case with economic apartheid it will take a long time.

I employ a black Zimbabwean, rejecting local people as they are lazy and only want money and are surly.
I pay my Zimbabwean well over the top of that which is considered a good wage.
Zimbabweans are always ready to smile and the lights are on and somebody is at home, again not like the locals.
I personally will never employ a local.
The money he earns generally goes back to Zimbabawe. So much for economic apartheid.
