Adapt 2030 Ice Age Report: Now snow melts permafrost and sea ice evaporates

map arctic
In the effort of the corporate media to switch the "global warming" narrative to cooling because that isn't working out so well, now snow has caused heat to melt permafrost and ice can magically melt to create more clouds to create more snow. Remember solids don't evaporate. I present to you a perfect example of how the corporate media is switching to the narrative to a cooling planet.

Mounting dolphin deaths in Florida's red tide zone trigger federal investigation - 41 died in August

dead dolphin
Federal wildlife officials have opened an investigation into dolphin deaths off Southwest Florida, where a red tide is suspected of killing 41 dolphins in August alone amid widespread fish kills across five counties.

In a briefing Friday, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration said it was declaring the deaths an "unusual mortality event," allowing the agency to corral resources to research the ongoing deaths linked to the algae bloom. Since the 1990s, the agency has declared four similar red tide dolphin die-offs in the Gulf. Three occurred in the Panhandle and one, during a 17-month long tide that ended in 2006, covered the entire west coast.

"As we go through this event, if it's truly red tide, you may see a shift in the type and what the strandings look like," said veterinarian Teri Rowles, coordinator for NOAA's Marine Mammal Health and Stranding Program.

They're everywhere! dozens of tiger sharks have been filmed feeding on a whale carcass found floating north east of Karratha on Saturday
A whale carcass has been found floating off the Pilbara coast near Wickham, about 50km north-east of Karratha.

The dead whale was spotted on Saturday morning by Hone Heke drifting east of the shipping channel 18km offshore from Point Samson.

A video and photos taken by Mr Heke show several tiger sharks feeding on the carcass.

Mr Heke urged caution to any spear fisherman out in the area this weekend.

The Department of Fisheries has been notified.

An incredible natural phenomenon has been spotted taking place off the Whitstable and Herne Bay coast.

At least two sightings of waterspouts - rotating columns of water created when a whirlwind forms over the sea - have been reported this morning.

Just before 9am, fisherman Daniel Jadd was out on commercial fishing boat The Holladays when he witnessed the formations.

"We were out fishing from Whitstable harbour, about three miles from the Maunsell Forts when it happened," said Daniel, 36, from Whitstable.

Comment: Studies have shown that global wind speeds are slowing, and yet at the same time there appears to be an increase in storm strength and frequency, and other wind related phenomena:

Rare dust storm shrouds Brisbane, first in 'several years'

The large dust storm blanketing parts of south-east Queensland on Saturday morning is an event not seen in several years, the Bureau of Meteorology says.

Forecaster Adam Woods said the dust moved in to the area late Friday on a trough, and should clear by Saturday evening.

He said it was a rare occurrence.

"It's quite extensive and I believe it's the first dust storm we've had in Brisbane for a number of years," Mr Wood said.

"It's caused by a vigorous trough that pushed through the south of the country, and that trough is now offshore but we are left with some dust in its wake.

"It's probably more typical to see these dust storm events when the conditions are very dry and there's less plant material to bind that soil together, so it is an indicator of how dry it's been out west."

Super Typhoon Jebi - the Earth's strongest storm of the year - heads for Japan

Super Typhoon Jebi
© NOAASuper Typhoon Jebi (right) is forecast to curve to the north toward Japan over the next few days.
Super Typhoon Jebi - at 170 mph, the Earth's strongest storm of 2018 - continues to roar in the western Pacific Ocean.

Though forecast to weaken over the next few days, it's still expected to make a direct hit on Japan early next week as a dangerous storm.

According to the Joint Typhoon Warning Center, as Jebi approaches Japan on Monday, the typhoon should have winds of 120 mph, gusting to nearly 150 mph. This would be equivalent to a Category 3 hurricane.

Rainfall flooding, high winds, battering waves and coastal flooding are all expected as Jebi pushes ashore Tuesday into Wednesday, the Weather Channel predicts.

AccuWeather meteorologist Adam Douty said that "damaging winds and coastal flooding may be the most significant impacts with this storm."

Japan has already been hit hard by other tropical systems, historic flooding and a deadly heat wave this year, AccuWeather said.
