Man humiliates alleged FBI agents and sends them fleeing after they show up at his house to confront him over a social media post

There has never been a more critical time in America for citizens to understand and exercise their Constitutional rights. One man in New Hampshire proved this knowledge is invaluable after the Biden-Harris regime apparently attempted to turn him into a criminal.

Jeremy Kauffman, an entrepreneur and Libertarian political activist, was visited at his home Monday by two men claiming to be FBI agents regarding an unspecified X post he made. When he asks them who they are, the bald person claims he's "Donald from the FBI in New Hampshire," which understandably does not satisfy Kauffman, who wants full identification.

The bald man then demands Kauffman stop recording the encounter, which Kauffman refuses to do, citing his 1st Amendment right. He then asks the younger-looking and full-haired person for his name. He declines while also asking Kauffman to stop recording, which Kauffman again refuses.

Kauffman next lays down an ultimatum: Either show me your name and ID or walk away. The full-haired alleged agent sheepishly says they want to talk to him while the bald man attempts to pass off his supposed badge as identification.

Russia: 13-year-old boy goes on rampage at school with hammer and knife, multiple children wounded

russia school
The scene is sealed off after the National Guard were brought in to stop the rampage
A 13-year-old schoolboy slit his classmate's throat and wounded at least four people during a rampage with a hammer, knife and air pistol in Russia this morning.

Suspect Roman G was arrested after the vicious attack, in which a pupil entered the school in Chelyabinsk and began 'randomly beating up his peers'.

A girl was rushed to hospital in serious condition and was undergoing surgery to save her life after she had her throat cut and was hit on the head with a hammer.

Comment: It just goes to show that, despite Russia not suffering the same severe social and cultural problems that most Western nations are being overwhelmed by, unfortunately the malaise, and those vulnerable to it, seems to be a global phenomenon:

Arabica bean hits 2011 highs as coffee inflation soars

coffee beans
Consumers are furious that ground beef, orange juice, eggs, cocoa, and food in general have skyrocketed in price. For low — and middle-income households, a trip to the supermarket has become a painful experience in the era of Bidenomics. Adding to the strain, the cost of a cup of coffee will rise even higher into the end of the year and likely in the first half of 2025.

Bloomberg reports that premium arabica beans are experiencing adverse weather conditions in top producer Brazil, pushing prices up in New York to a 13-year high.
Coffee rallies have been gathering pace from ongoing concerns about harsh weather in top producer Brazil. The nation is wrapping up its 2024-25 harvest and production prospects weakened after heat and dryness hurt fields. Attention is now shifting to next season's potential, and Brazil has been gripped by its worst drought in decades, threatening further crop damage.-BBG

Bill Gates defends free speech — unless it hurts his investments

Bill Gates
In interviews this month with CNBC and CNET, Bill Gates said we "should have free speech" but not "if you're inciting violence, if you're causing people not to take vaccines." Critics accused Gates of protecting his investments in pharma.

Bill Gates took a shot at free speech, the First Amendment, and everyone who questions vaccines and vaccine safety in a CNBC interview earlier this month.

"We should have free speech, but if you're inciting violence, if you're causing people not to take vaccines, where are those boundaries that even the U.S. should have rules? And then if you have rules, what is it?" Gates asked on CNBC's "Make It."

Gates made similar remarks this month in an interview with CNET, during which he directly targeted the First Amendment:
"The US is a tough one because we have the notion of the First Amendment and what are the exceptions like yelling 'fire' in a theater. ... I do think over time, with things like deepfakes, most of the time you're online you're going to want to be in an environment where the people are truly identified, that is they're connected to a real-world identity that you trust, instead of just people saying whatever they want."

Best of the Web: Inside the mind of the alleged would-be Trump assassin

ryan routh book trump assassin ukraine
In a startling new development, our research team uncovered a book penned by an individual accused of plotting to assassinate former President Donald J. Trump, shedding light on the author's extreme disillusionment with global leadership. The book, titled Ukraine's Unwinnable War: The Fatal Flaw of Democracy, World Abandonment and the Global Citizen-Taiwan, Afghanistan, North Korea and the End of Humanity, is authored by Ryan Routh, a 58-year-old American now linked to a failed assassination attempt on Trump.

The self-published book, which reads like a manifesto, offers a sprawling critique of international leadership, particularly targeting democratic governments for what Routh perceives as their failure to uphold human rights and counter authoritarianism. The author draws direct lines from the conflict in Ukraine to broader geopolitical failures, lambasting world leaders for their perceived apathy and incompetence.

Comment: One gets a full-on Ted Kaczynski/Unibomber vibe, in that he points out of real political problems, but with an unhinged messianic sense of mission. Perfect patsy material.

Top lobbyists of 2024

lobbying
The US government operates on a pay-to-play basis. I've repeatedly called out lobbying groups who are openly permitted to bribe our politicians. A portion of these lobbyists circle within the government itself as it is one big revolving door. Open Secrets revealed the top lobbying groups in the United States. Notice a trend?

There are countless medical and pharmaceutical companies on this list, shelling out billions collectively to sway our politicians. It goes without saying that these lobbyists are actively working to prevent Donald Trump from entering the White House, especially now that he has partnered with Robert F. Kennedy to "Make America Healthy Again." In Trump's own words, the establishment hates him because he prevents lobbyists from shoving dollars in politician's pockets at the expense of the people.

'Only democracy in the Middle East'? Israel strips Al Jazeera journalists of accreditation, closes office, blocks website

The Qatari network "constitutes a threat to the IDF," according to a government statement

The Israeli government has said it is revoking the press credentials of Al Jazeera journalists working in the country. The move comes four months after the Jewish state closed the Qatari TV network's bureau there.

Al Jazeera's Israeli offices were closed on May 5 and its websites have been blocked since Israel called the outlet's reporting on the Gaza conflict "incitement" of terrorism. The company condemned the Israeli decision to block its operations as a "criminal act."

On Thursday, the Israeli government's press office (GPO) stated on X that it is "revoking the GPO cards of Al Jazeera journalists working in Israel (subject to a hearing), following the unanimous government decision in May to shut down the channel in Israel and prohibit its broadcasts."

Comment: Al Jazeera's Gaza journalists are some of the bravest in the world:

SPLC staff denounce CEO over 'inhumane' treatment

Margaret Huang splc Southern Poverty Law Center
Margaret Huang is the chief executive officer of Southern Poverty Law Center
"This was designed with trauma as a feature .. to keep us confused, hopeless, afraid, divided. It has been strategic, sloppily strategic, but it's to bust our union."

Workers at the leftist activist Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) gave their CEO a vote of non-confidence after Margaret Huang started to lay off staff last June. The staff have equated this with the union busting tactics they usually associate with conservatives.

The SPLC union announced a 92 percent vote of non-confidence in Huang, The Guardian reported. With that response in hand, the union is now calling for Huang to resign or to be removed and replaced with a new CEO - and to reverse the layoffs that have cut staff levels by 25 percent. The union is also appealing directly to the public with a petition to encourage people to support its demands.

Lisa Wright, the chairwoman of the union's bargaining committee, worked for the SPLC for 23 years before being laid-off. "Shock, horror, confusion. It's been sloppy, dispassionate, inhumane. It has been the absolute opposite of what the organization says they stand for and absolute chaos since then," Wright told The Guardian.

NYC subway murders soar 60% as nationwide data backs Trump on crime spike under Biden-Harris

Murders across New York City's subway system have surged by a shocking 60% so far this year, even as overall crime on the rails has dipped, leaving straphangers increasingly terrified for their safety.

According to NYPD data, eight people have been slaughtered on subway cars or in stations as of September 8, up from just five during the same period last year. The surge in killings is closing in on the 25-year high set in 2022, which saw ten murders in the transit system — a grim milestone unseen since 1997. For over two decades, from 1997 to 2020, the city never recorded more than five subway murders in a single year, the NY Post reports.

"It's not a safe environment to be waiting for the train," said Jakeba Dockery, 42, whose husband, Richard Henderson, was fatally gunned down in January on a 3 train in Brooklyn while trying to break up a fight between riders over loud music. "It just feels evil," she told The Post.

The latest casualty in the wave of violence was Freddie Weston, a 47-year-old grocer shot dead near the MetroCard booth at the Rockaway Avenue station in Brooklyn on September 5, just after 11 p.m. Weston, who was heading to work in College Point, might still be alive if there had been cameras near the station's ticketing area, his sister Tina claimed. "They took the opportunity because there wasn't [any] camera," she said, her voice cracking.

The Royal Navy has named the serviceman killed in a night-flying training exercise in the English Channel on 4 September as Lt Rhodri Leyshon.

Lt Leyshon's family released a statement on Friday saying he was "immeasurably loved by his parents, siblings, partner, friends and family and he was devoted to them".

A Merlin Mk4 helicopter ditched with three crew members on board, including Lt Leyshon, 31, on Wednesday off the coast of Dorset.

An investigation into the ditching - an emergency landing on water - is ongoing. The two other crew members on board were not seriously injured.

"We are all so very proud of the talented, passionate, strong and loyal man he was. We will always have him in our hearts. Our wonderful boy," the family said. "Our lives will never be the same without him."
