Bannon prison statement - 'Biden-Harris are illegally holding me past my release date

Former Trump White House Chief Advisor Stephen K. Bannon has issued a blistering statement, sent to The National Pulse, explaining how the Biden-Harris regime is holding him illegally, refusing to accept his First Step Act eligibility, and incarcerating him longer than required in order to swing the election.

"Kamala Harris is the 'Queen of Mass Incarcerations'," Bannon told The National Pulse, "detested by black and hispanic men who are refusing to turn out and vote for her. She has done nothing to implement President Trump's heroic First Step Act, in fact welcoming hundreds of thousands of hardened illegal migrant criminals while allowing US citizens eligible for early release to rot in prison. No mass deportations, but continual mass incarcerations."

Revolt at the Guardian? Discontent deepens among staff over Palestine 'double standard'

'Please pass on my deepest fuck you.'

Susan Abulhawa saw the censor's hand before it even touched her piece. "As the Guardian doesn't typically publish people like me," she cautioned her editor at the paper, "I want to be sure the edits don't 'dilute' the piece to make it more palatable for their readers. We know a very different Israel than the one presented by the media for decades, and the tendency is to 'soften' Palestinian voices."

"I absolutely understand and I am going to do my best to protect and fight for your piece," the series editor V (formerly known as Eve Ensler) assured Abulhawa, adding: "I have the profoundest respect for you and your writing."

It would be hard not to: Abulhawa's debut novel Mornings in Jenin has sold over 1m copies in 32 languages since it was published in 2006, making her by some counts the most widely read Palestinian author in history.

Yet by the following month, the Guardian had stopped responding to Abulhawa's emails.

Canadian doctors reveal regret over euthanizing patients who were simply obese or poor

chart of MAiD
© Health Canada, Euthanasia Prevention Coalition
Canada's doctors are raising grave concerns about a rising trend in euthanizing people who are not terminally ill.

Newly-unearthed communications reveal many physicians charged with carrying out assisted dying have found the loosening of criteria 'morally distressing.'

In 2021, Canada expanded its medical dying law to include people with incurable - but not terminal - illnesses, which led to a 30 percent increase in assisted deaths in 2022.

Comment:

This topic can be seen from many different angles. There MAY be good reasons to choose such a death, but the question is where the line is. It is a sign of the times we live in that it is easier to choose death rather than deal with the many possibilities, chances and lessons in life, even if you are confined to a wheelchair, for example.

Many people live isolated and alone nowadays and no longer seem able to deal with problems and challenges. Perhaps they never learned how. In the age of social media, quick solutions are presented everywhere, and in the case of MAiD, you are no longer a burden on the state and society. There is a glimmer of hope that there is still morality in our society: Canada is having trouble finding enough doctors willing to perform this euthanasia and more and more doctors are expressing their doubts about the reasons.

Best of the Web: The Conspiracy Against Michael Jackson

michael jackson
I was never a fan of Michael Jackson (MJ). Neither what I had heard of his music nor what I had seen of his danse routines appealed to me, although I did find his moonwalk pretty cool. So MJ's artistic genius escaped me — until, that is, I very recently started to pay attention and realized that there was more to his genius (in the Roman sense) than music and dance. I had the vague impression that he was a product of the entertainment industry, and that his fame was undeserved. And of course, I had been very much influenced by the bad press he had gotten since the early 1990s, so that I imagined he was, at the very least, a very disturbed individual.

But then I listened to Candace Owens's video, "What really happened to Michael Jackson" posted last month, and I learned that MJ had powerful and nasty Jewish enemies which conspired to destroy his reputation, his wealth and his health. That triggered my interest, since Jewish power is one of my fields of research.

The Palestinian militant group Hamas has acknowledged the death of its leader Yahya Sinwar in Gaza, praising him as a "holy warrior" and "fallen martyr."

The announcement was made by a senior Hamas official, Khalil Hayya, in a televised address on Friday. Sinwar has "sacrificed his life to the cause of our liberation," Hayya stated, describing the late leader of the group as a "steadfast, brave and intrepid" man.

"He met his end standing brave, with his head held high, holding his firearm, firing until the last breath, until the last moment of his life," he added.

The death of Sinwar "will only increase the strength and resilience" of Hamas, with the group eager to continue with its activities "until the establishment of the Palestinian state on all Palestinian soil with Jerusalem as its capital," Hayya claimed.

Israeli soldiers attacked military police at gunpoint for arresting comrades over Sde Teiman abuse

Israeli soldiers from Force 100, which guards Palestinian detainees at the Sde Teiman detention camp in Israel, attacked military police investigators in July when they came to arrest their colleagues on suspicion of abusing and sodomizing a Gazan detainee, according to investigative military policemen involved in the arrest. The soldiers seized the suspects from the investigators at gunpoint and barricaded themselves with the suspects in another building at the base.

Even though the military police has witness testimonies to the assault, it has not investigated, on the grounds that the assaulted soldiers are afraid to officially complain even though in its aftermath, some of the investigators involved stopped fulfilling operational roles, and one stopped showing up for reserves duty.

According to sources and information obtained by Haaretz, shortly after the incident, the military detectives and investigators involved in arresting the suspects described a severe attack. Two testified that they were pepper sprayed and one told, in tears, how a rifle barrel was shoved against his torso to force him to release a suspect.

While lawfare frequently has targeted GOP politicians, the tactic is spreading to the legal profession as a group called "The 65 Project" has taken to social media vowing to go after the licenses of attorneys who chose to work for former President Donald Trump.

The 65 Project, which launched earlier this year as a "bipartisan" watchdog with both prominent Democrats and Republicans, announced it had launched digital and print advertisements in swing states such as Wisconsin and Michigan with the stark warning, "Don't lose your law license because of Trump."

The managing director of the project said that 86 bar complaints have already been filed against attorneys who have filed election lawsuits on behalf of Trump following the 2020 election.

90% of Ukraine's thermal power capacity destroyed - PM

Almost all of Ukraine's thermal power generation capabilities have been destroyed by Russian long-range strikes, Prime Minister Denis Shmigal has said, adding that the country must now rely on substitutes.

Writing on Telegram on Tuesday, Shmigal said Kiev is doing its best to increase energy sustainability, especially in frontline regions and areas bordering Russia. He added that "cities that depend on large thermal power plants are especially vulnerable," given that Russia "purposefully attacked" these types of facilities, "destroying or damaging almost 90% of all thermal power generation" in the country.

The prime minister added that Kiev's priority is to provide these regions with alternative sources of heat and electricity, noting that Kharkov, the country's second-largest city, has received dozens of energy equipment units, including powerful electricity generators.

Mayor and 15 others killed in Israeli strike on Lebanon council meeting

Lebanon bombing

The UN's special coordinator for Lebanon has criticised Israel after air strikes on municipal buildings in the southern city of Nabatieh killed the mayor and 15 other people.

Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert called the killing of mayor Ahmad Kahil "alarming" and said any violations of international humanitarian law were "completely unacceptable".

At least five of those killed in Wednesday's strike were municipal staff co-ordinating aid for civilians remaining in the area, Nabatiyeh Governor Howaida Turk told the BBC.

Lebanon's caretaker prime minister, Najib Mikati condemned the attack, saying it had "intentionally" targeted a council meeting.

The attack was the most significant against a Lebanese state building since the latest escalation in fighting, which began about two weeks ago, and has raised concerns about the safety of the country's state infrastructure.

Comment: It's a common Israeli tactic to kill those who're trying to help.

New fear campaign for Bird Flu vax - Dr. Peter McCullough

avian flu
Dr. Peter McCullough is a renowned cardiologist who has been fighting the government CV19 vax propaganda from the beginning. Dr. McCullough is on record saying "The CV19 vaccine did not help a single person." Now, Dr. McCullough is fighting a new false government narrative on the Bird Flu. They just held the "International Bird Flu Summit" near Washington D.C in early October. At the same time, they were holding a Bird Flu summit in Arkansas for veterinarians.

So, the evidence says, they are planning on a new pandemic. Dr. McCullough, who monitored both summits, says,
"This is what we learned. Bird Flu is spreading around because it actually came out of a lab. It came out of the USAD research lab in Athens Georgia. . . . Bird Flu has been around for a hundred years, and the current version is very mild. There have been just over 10,000 animal deaths, yet, they have intentionally culled or killed tens of millions of healthy chickens."
