'Absolute hell' - German teacher describes sexism, bullying and racism in predominately migrant school

muslim student usa
A Muslim student was suspended for assaulting a teacher who objected to another Arab student provocatively waving a Palestinian flag in the Berlin schoolyard. It was just one case of recorded violence against teaching staff in Berlin in 2023.
In a harrowing interview, a long-time teacher in a predominately migrant school describes a "hellish" experience that involved "knife violence, bullying, and sexism." Her testimony is laying bare the lie that diversity is always a strength, and her experience may help explain Germany's plummeting PISA test scores and worsening educational outcomes.

Birgit Ebel has taught for 15 years at a "problem school," where she says everyday life was an "absolute hell," in her interview with Focus Magazine.

Ebel, who has since moved to a new school district, warns: "The system is coming back to haunt us."

The AfD has made claims about a link between the influx of migrants and a rise in crime.

Since 2014, the proportion of non-German suspects in the crime statistics has increased from 24% to just over 30% (when we take out crimes related to immigration and asylum irregularities).

Breaking that down even further, in 2017 those classified as "asylum applicants or civil war refugees or illegal immigrants" represented a total of 8.5% of all suspects.

This is despite their population representing just 2% of Germany as a whole.

Trump supporters in Pennsylvania targeted with threatening letters from the radical Left — "Your visible support comes with a price"

Trump supporters in Pennsylvania are reportedly being targeted with threatening letters from radical leftists, warning them that their visible support for the former President could lead to dire consequences.

Residents with Trump signs in their yards, particularly in Philadelphia, have reported receiving disturbing letters through the U.S. Postal Service, complete with fake Trump campaign letterheads, Post Millenial first reported. The threatening letters, which start off as a seemingly benign "thank you" note for being engaged in the electoral process, quickly devolve into dark, ominous threats.

One Trump voter, Janet from Penn Valley, shared her harrowing experience to Post Millenial. After proudly displaying Trump signs in her yard, she received one of these letters, filled with hateful rhetoric and explicit threats to her family and property.

The unsettling message was far from an isolated incident. Janet, who reported the matter to the Lower Merion Police, revealed that other Trump supporters in her area had received similar letters. Local law enforcement, however, has been unable to pursue the matter further, as the letters were delivered through the mail without any available video evidence.

Despite this, Trump supporters in the area have confirmed that this intimidation campaign is widespread, with reports of the same threatening letter being delivered both by mail and without postage directly into mailboxes.

The letter, which opens with pleasantries, swiftly transitions into a vitriolic condemnation of Trump supporters, labeling the former President a "felon, rapist, desecrator," and blaming him for political violence in the country.

Germany weighs 'woodstove-operating license' to teach users cleaner burning

Germany's enviro-nannies may be getting even loonier. Not only is CO2 a threat to humanity, they claim, but so is wood-heating and the fine particulates that get emitted.

According to Blackout News here, woodstove owners may soon need to get a "stove operating license" - in order "to learn how to use their fireplace properly."

Granted what's planned is not a new regulation, but will be a "voluntary training course" offered by local authorities - at least for the time being. But most of us know where this eventually leads: to more bureaucratic harassment.

According to Blackout News, the aim of a stove operating license is primarily to teach stove owners "how to operate their stoves more efficiently and in a more environmentally friendly way" and to "reduce emissions, especially particulate matter".

I resigned from Canada's largest broadcasting corporation over its complicity in Israel's genocide

I resigned from CBC after voicing my concerns over their coverage of Palestine. I have since seen how the CBC's policy on impartiality helped manufacture consent for genocide

Words can empower, arm, and evoke sentiments that stimulate new ideas, worldviews, and policies. Being the only Muslim in the newsroom, I feared the language the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) was using to talk about Palestinians and resistance could ignite similar emotions that justified the U.S. invasion of Iraq and mass killings of innocent civilians in 2001.

Days after October 7, 2023, I sat across from a CBC executive who appeared uneasy yet curious about my concerns over CBC's coverage of Hamas' attack on Israel. I was appalled by CBC's lack of historical context between Israel and Palestine and the language used to defend Israel's massacre of Palestinians.

The executive appeared empathetic but then quoted CBC's stance on impartiality and the importance of "balanced coverage". But, I argued, when crimes against humanity are being committed, there is no such thing as both sides to a story. There is only the truth.

Comment: Well said, and words that apply to the U.S. mainstream media in spades. Mindless stenographers, the lot of them.

CNN pundit downplays Big Tech censorship of Hunter Biden laptop in 2020, calls government collusion 'nonsense'

CNN contributor Kara Swisher raised eyebrows as she significantly downplayed Big Tech's censorship of the Hunter Biden laptop story during the 2020 election and called claims of collusion between tech companies and the federal government "absolute nonsense."

On Wednesday night, a CNN panel discussion put a spotlight on comments made by Republican vice-presidential candidate Sen. JD Vance, R-Ohio, who suggested that President Biden's victory was illegitimate by pointing to how social media giants "verifiably" "censored Americans from talking about things like the Hunter Biden laptop story," saying that had a "major, major consequence" on the results of the previous election.

"There is no proof that tech companies colluded to do this," Swisher reacted. "This is nonsense and he knows it."

Dissent in the mighty IDF: Regular fighters no longer willing to keep fighting, silenced and silent disobedience

"We do not understand what we are doing here": From the IDF to the Commando Brigade, from Givati to the Paratroopers - more and more fighters, from all the INFANTRY units, testify that the erosion and opacity of the IDF has left them no choice but to refuse
[ed note: The following is a machine translation from the Hebrew by Yandex. Some slang terms are not clear.]
After a year of war, the term is little changed for the fighters of the Nahal brigade. They entered their 11th round in September. Each round lasts about five weeks. After that, they take a break at home. For 11 months a fighting spirit filled their souls, round after round. But in the latter something changed. Out of a platoon of 30 soldiers, only six reported. The rest have retired.

"I call it disobedience and rebellion," says Inbal, the mother of one of the soldiers in the team. "They go back to the same buildings they purged, every time they are re-ensnared. In the Zeitoun neighborhood, they've been three times. They understand that it is pointless and pointless." Even though they were a fifth of the departmental workforce, the commander insisted that they enter Gaza. "Because they were a small team, they couldn't go on missions. They just stayed there and waited for time to pass. It was even more unnecessary."

Comment: Hamas fighters are motivated by an ideal: freedom from Zionist oppression. The average IDF recruit is incentivised by promises of financial help for education, peer and family pressure, not to mention societal brainwashing. Then they are treated as disposable. Who is more likely to prevail?

British counterterrorism police on Thursday raided the home and seized several electronic devices belonging to The Electronic Intifada's associate editor Asa Winstanley.

Approximately 10 officers arrived at Winstanley's North London home before 6 am and served the journalist with warrants and other papers authorizing them to search his house and vehicle for devices and documents.

A letter addressed to Winstanley from the "Counter Terrorism Command" of the Metropolitan Police Service indicates that the authorities are "aware of your profession" as a journalist but that "notwithstanding, police are investigating possible offenses" under sections 1 and 2 of the Terrorism Act (2006). These provisions set out the purported offense of "encouragement of terrorism."

Colorado resident slams media for downplaying Venezuelan gangs after being forced from apartment complex: 'Slap in the face'

© Edward RomeroNovember 2024, Aurora Colorado police announced the arrest of 10 members of the Tren de Aragua gang in connection with criminal activity around apartment buildings.
A woman who was forced out of her Aurora, Colo. apartment complex after it was taken over by members of the notorious Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua blasted the media for downplaying the terrifying situation — after GOP Vice Presidential nominee JD Vance clashed with an ABC reporter over the gang takeovers.

"I feel like it's a slap in the face," Cindy Romero told Fox News Monday. "How many gangs is okay to have in Aurora? How many properties is okay to take over? How many people, who are citizens paying their bills, is it okay to displace?"

Romero's comments came just after Sen. JD Vance slammed ABC News host Martha Raddatz after she tried to fact-check the Ohio lawmaker about reports of the Venezuelan prison gang's operations in the city.

Raddatz pushed back on former President Donald Trump's claims that the gang has "conquered" the city, telling Vance that the Aurora mayor has said the incidents "were limited to a handful of apartment complexes" that the police department has dealt with.

school fight classroom kids children violence
New data coming out of the Issaquah Police Department in Washington have revealed a 350% increase in fights among juveniles since the start of August this year, compared to last year.

The data, highlighted by KOMO News, was driven by "juveniles in middle school", according to the report.

Between August 1 and October 15, Issaquah police received 18 reports of juvenile fights, up from 4 during the same period in 2023.

Officers noted these incidents occurred in public settings and reported a pattern of increased fights at the start of the school year, with most reports coming from adult witnesses, parents, or students.
