As The Duran previously reported the Russians rejected Kerry's offer of a place in a US led anti-ISIS coalition in return for letting Assad go.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has now confirmed publicly what we said previously: the talks in Moscow with US Secretary of State John Kerry were a failure.

This is what we said about the proposal Kerry took with him to Moscow:

Prior to going to Moscow Kerry also let slip that some of what he called "subgroups" affiliated to Al Qaeda would be targeted as well. It turns out that Donald Trump's proposed border wall is not such a bad idea after all. Though Mexico's current and former Presidents have both lambasted Trump for implying that a wall would curb immigration, it turns out that Mexicans like the idea.

There is one small caveat, however. Mexicans don't want to build the wall on the U.S.-Mexico border, but rather, they want to stem the tide of immigration into their own country by building the wall on their southern border with central America:

One of the largest newspapers along Mexico's border with Texas is calling for a border wall with Central America, similar to the one being promoted by Republican Presidential Candidate Donald J. Trump.

The editorial board of El Mañana, one of the largest newspapers in the border state of Tamaulipas, penned a piece called "Yes to the Border Wall ... but in Mexico's South." The piece praises the idea of border wall, not on the border with Mexico, but on the border with Central America.

"Along the Mexican border peace and quiet came to an end, Central Americans played a large influence," El Mañana's piece claimed.

The Mexican border newspaper provides a controversial view on the Border Wall; which is one of the main topics in Trump's campaign.

"Mexico's southeast has two borders; one with Guatemala and one with Belize, that do not provide any benefit, but on the contrary only problems are brought by these crossing points that are being used for the new invasion. The one use by Central American's looking for a way into the United States. " El Mañana's editorial board wrote.

One of the issues mentioned in the editorial piece points not only to the hordes of Guatemalans, Salvadorans and Hondurans that flock to Reynosa in an effort to get to the U.S., but also to the large number of Central Americans that are left in Mexico after deportation.

A French delegation of 11 lawmakers and senators are scheduled to visit Crimea from July 29 to 31 to take part in celebrating Russian Navy Day in Sevastopol, Chairman of the Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots at the State Duma, Leonid Slutsky said on Tuesday.

"A delegation of 11 French lawmakers led by National Assembly Member and ex-Transport Minister, Thierry Mariani will pay a visit to Crimea from July 29 to 31," he said.

The constitutional order of the US, such as it exists, faces a profound crisis of legitimacy, rooted in the multi-polarity of US society. In a fresh embarrassment for The New York Times, a photographic forensic expert has debunked a new amateurish, anti-Russian analysis of satellite photos related to the shoot-down of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 over eastern Ukraine in 2014, labeling the work "a fraud."

Last Saturday, on the eve of the second anniversary of the tragedy that claimed 298 lives, the Times touted the amateur analysis asserting that the Russian government had manipulated two satellite photos that revealed Ukrainian anti-aircraft missiles in eastern Ukraine at the time of the shoot-down.

The clear implication of the article by Andrew E. Kramer was that the Russians were covering up their complicity in shooting down the civilian airliner by allegedly doctoring photos to shift the blame to the Ukrainian military. Beyond citing this analysis by armscontrolwonk.com, Kramer noted that the "citizen journalists" at Bellingcat had reached the same conclusion earlier.
