Why the 'Queen of War' Hillary won't unleash WWIII

The record shows Hillary "We Came, We Saw, He Died" Clinton is the 'Queen of War'.

She is fully supported by virtually the whole US establishment; a bipartisan, neocon/neoliberalcon, regime change/"humanitarian" imperialist axis.

On the opposite side, for all his personal pathology problems and incoherent twitter-mouth ramblings, Donald Trump seemed to be on the money when he said that if elected, Hillary would use Syria to unleash WWIII.

To check out if that holds, let's start with an essential backup.

The 'Queen of War', at the final US presidential debate in Las Vegas: "A no-fly zone [in Syria] can save lives and hasten the end of the conflict."

The 'Queen of War', in one of her 2013 speeches to Goldman Sachs, published by WikiLeaks: a no-fly zone would "kill a lot of Syrians."

The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs Marine Gen. Joseph Dunford, speaking to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee: a no-fly zone in Syria "would require us to go to war, against Syria and Russia."

Russian reconnaissance means have registered a US attack drone in the area where a school in Syrua's Idlib had been bombed, the Russian Defense Ministry said Thursday.

A US' MQ-1B Predator drone has been seen in the area, the ministry's spokesman Igor Konashenkov said. No Russian aircraft entered the area over the Syrian Idlib, where the alleged strike took place, he added. Moreover, Russian UAVs have not registered any signs of the destruction of the school's roof or shell craters, Maj. Gen. Konashenkov said. A Russian drone has been sent to the area Thursday morning, he added.

Comment: So now the US government and Pentagon have decided to start bombing school children in an effort to make Russia and Syria look bad. Is anyone surprised?

Washington War Party Not Giving Up on Syria - Still Want to "Save Aleppo" with More Jihadis

lister
Charles "Love Me Some Jihadis" Lister.
On October 21, The Washington Post published a noteworthy op-ed titled "Bring Syria's Assad and his backers to account now," written by retired U.S. Marine General John Allen and self-proclaimed Syria expert Charles Lister. Allen is a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution and serves on the board of advisors of The Washington Institute for Near East Policy (WINEP), an American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) cutout. The retired four-star general attracted a lot of attention earlier this year when he delivered a forceful endorsement of Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton at the Democratic National Convention.

Lister was formerly a visiting fellow at the Brookings Doha Center in Qatar and is now a senior fellow at the Washington, D.C.-based Middle East Institute, which describes itself as "an unbiased source of information and analysis" on the Middle East and partners with corporations such as Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, Chevron, ExxonMobil and Saudi Aramco. Lister has dismissed conflict of interest allegations by saying his contact with the Syrian opposition "had absolutely nothing to do with Qatar" and stressing that his "work on this is 100% funded by Western govts."[1]

Banana Republic: OSCE observer warns US elections don't meet international standards

The US electoral process hardly meets "international standards," a German OSCE observer warns, citing shortcomings that would make it easier to influence voters. The remark comes amid accusations from both presidential campaigns of election interference.

Juergen Klimke, a German observer of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), has told the Bild magazine that "the US electoral process still needs to catch up and adapt to international standards."

Klimke, who is also a foreign policy expert in Chancellor Angela Merkel's CDU party, cited difference in time zones as a major flaw.

Because of the time shifts, "the first election results would already be announced at the time when in other states the polling stations are not yet closed," he said, adding that it could have "an enormous influence on voters."

Comment: Having an OSCE presence won't prevent any voting 'irregularities':
...but it could at least flag them.

Greatest democracy on Earth, eh?

US intelligence has compelled Berlin to stop a $730 million Chinese acquisition of a Germany-based tech company over alleged concerns that its high-end products had "military applications" and might benefit Beijing's nuclear program, Handelsblatt reports.

The German Economy Ministry announced on Monday that it had canceled its approval for China's Grand Chip Investment Fund (FGC) to purchase the Aachen-based high-tech company Aixtron for $732 million (€670 million), citing "security-related information" that emerged. A review of the deal is pending.

US secret services were behind the unexpected decision, Handelsblatt newspaper reported on Thursday, citing sources within the German intelligence community.

According to the report, during a meeting at the US embassy in Berlin, American officers showed German government officials evidence that Aixtron's technology also has "military applications," although they had refused to hand the evidence over.

Comment: US is again caught meddling in Europe's business.

US Senator Richard Hayden: US supporting war in Syria

war in Syria
A leading US senator said the war in Syria would have been over by now if the US had put an end to its intervention when Russia entered the war-ravaged country.
"If the United States had just stayed out of it at that point, the war would be over by now; people would be rebuilding, refugees would be returning back to Syria, but the United States rushed anti-Tank missiles, and we used these so-called moderate rebels as a conduit to supply al-Nusra Front (also known as Fatah al-Sham Front), which is al-Qaeda in Syria," republican member of the Virginia State in US Senate, Richard Hayden Black said in an exclusive interview with Press TV.

"If we were not supporting the war in Syria, I believe that the Syrians, combined with their allied forces from Iran, Lebanon and Russia... would move very steadily and restore the borders of Syria."

The senate member, who visited Syria in April, refused to distinguish between militants and terrorists fighting the government of President Bashar al-Assad, saying, the two are "thoroughly integrated."

Assange claims 'crazed hornet's nest atmosphere' in Clinton campaign tried to hack WikiLeaks

Julian Assange has claimed the Hillary Clinton campaign has attacked the servers being used by WikiLeaks. Despite the Ecuadorian embassy shutting down his internet until the US election is over, the website will continue publishing, according to Assange.

"Everyday that you publish is a day that you have the initiative in the conflict," Assange said via telephone at a conference in Argentina on Wednesday.

The whistleblowing website has been releasing emails from Clinton's campaign chair, John Podesta, on a daily basis since early October.

Assange claimed the release "whipped up a crazed hornet's nest atmosphere in the Hillary Clinton campaign" leading them to attack WikiLeaks.

"They attacked our servers and attempted hacking attacks and there is an amazing ongoing campaign where state documents were put in the UN and British courts to accuse me of being both a Russian spy and a pedophile," he added.

The idea that Russia has a favorite in the US election was deliberately created by the media, Russian President Vladimir Putin said, adding that Moscow is "largely unconcerned" about the outcome of the vote and is ready to work with any future president.

"The image [that Russia supports a candidate in the US presidential election] was created by the media," Putin said at the Valdai Discussion Club in Sochi on Thursday, adding that it was done deliberately and on purpose.

Malta joins the hysteria: Won't refuel Russian carrier group even though Moscow didn't request stopover

The Russian aircraft carrier group heading to the Mediterranean will not be refueling in Malta, the country's foreign minister, George Vella, has said, dismissing earlier media reports.

Vella told the Times of Malta on Thursday that none of the Russian vessels will be serviced in Maltese ports.

However, the minister refused to confirm or deny that the Russian side had even requested for its ships to be refueled at the Mediterranean island state.

Meanwhile, a source close to the issue told Interfax that the Russian flotilla has no need for a stopover as it has three tanker vessels traveling as part of it.

"During the group's stay in the eastern Mediterranean there would be no problem in refueling of ships from the tankers, which can refill their supply of fuel on a rotational basis in the Russian ports on the Black Sea," the source said.
